    Mood Swings

    Being optimistic sometimes does not help my work done easier and quicker, however positive traits can be toxic
    sometimes as well. I believe in miracles and blessings in life but the generosity of the universe did not become
    generous for me. My personality changes drastically from time to time but that does not mean I am qualified for this
    kind of work but the real question is – how I conduct myself in the work immersion area during my work immersion
    period?

    Adapting to an environment of workforce is not a force nor mandatory but rather the willingness of a person to open
    the heart and learn how to love my work. I know it is not easy and there are always obstacles, hurdles, struggles and
    challenges that will get in my way but this does not stop me from working. I am fully aware that there are no
    shortcuts of everything but rather learn it from experience. Everyone starts from the beginning with curiosity and
    amateur personality until we become expert on our field by abiding the work ethics and etiquettes and that is what I
    am going to do as a fresh start.

    It is too good to be true. Honesty is the best policy as they say but for me it is the best in terms of everything.
    Honesty is the best form of trait and that is who I want to be to be true for myself. Being true to one self is one of
    the key to have a successful outcome.

    Early bird. Being punctual serve as the backbone and foundation on how I dedicated I am. This is a good impression
    to show early in the first day and succeeding days. This standard I should meet is to express and not impress which
    plays a vital role in work immersion.

    Formality. Going to immersion site to dress neatly and appropriately makes me feel that I am an employee already.
    This is also include working effectively and efficiently being good at what I do.

    Self determination. Consistency and competitiveness is a must and very essential in a workplace. If I have this trait, it
    can help me in performing in some aspects of being professional. I should have passion and devotion to exert
    extreme effort.

    Openness. If I do not know what the supervisor told me to do, I should tell the truth. By doing this I am able to learn
    and do the task perfectly without a doubt or temptation. This kind of attitude is very handy especially when I really
    need to learn from experience.

    These are the work ethics ingredients I should keep in mind and carry not just in workplace but also from different
    places and those people who I will encounter with.
