If you become ill, your first three days away from work are considered paid sick leave. Employees who are away from work for more than three days are not eligible for
further paid sick leave or short-term disability benefits.
All employees receive my benefits dollars (MBD). Inbound mobility assignees, fixed-term contract workers, and co-op/summer employees receive
an amount of $50 per pay until your assignment ends. You may need to bank your MBD before you can use them. You can allocate your MBD as you
like to the following three options:
