CPNP Guidance (April 22, 2024) during the D-Staff:

1. Premium for promotion should be with remaining 5 years but not mandatory
2. SWIM should be conducted after office hours (not 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
3. No social media during office hours
4. DPCR activities - no more feeding programs dahil di din naman galling sa atin
yung pinangpapakain – let us prioritize our own people/personnel first.
5. No duty for police with case (IAS/IMEG) – to be rated poor (including
supervisor)
6. No legal support PSMBFI willing to assist at 300/personnel di alam yung
batas sila gumagastos – our personnel below
7. DICTM – Artificial Intelligence na ang projects
8. Come up with better policy and better equipment
9. Requirement for LTOPF/PTCFOR you don’t need to undergo PPE (Neuro
Exam) to be issued with firearms for PNP personnel
10. Madaming floating galing ibang bansa naka assign, pagbalik walang
assignment – PCOD
11. Promotion from SAF/PNPA/PNTI/PNPTS - 2 years tenure
12. With case (guilty) – you cannot go back to your unit
13. FEO/SOSIA – streamline new/renewal
14. No solicitation (mayroon naman tayo) - nawawala dignidad/nakakahiya, let us
stand on our own
15. High threat/med threat/low threat – for VIP Security. PNP to determine with
approval from DO, DI and DCO, not with D, PSPG (Ginagawang driver ng
foreigner yung PNP personnel)
16. Approval for VIP security should be based on threat level - No security for no
threat
17. Police retired with security
• 1 year na lang
• 2 years wala na
18. Bakit LTCOL may security? General lang
19. 6 years assignment to units at NHQ – we give chances to others
20. NOSU/NASU – special units (technical units) no 6 years
21. Police news/articles should have no name of arresting officers
