From personal experience I have assisted in overseeing the HR operation. As well as play a
critical play role in assisting with the design and implementation of the organization’s Human
Resources strategy. I’ve learned flexibility, containment people and circumstance, added to my
willingness with care and concern to help and to cooperate with people surrounding me i.e.
guests, superiors, colleagues and subordinates; feeling satisfied on fulfilling my duties with

OBJECTIVE
Team member with leadership skills seeking a managerial position leading to a career in a
dynamic organization and atmosphere to combine my knowledge and experience in
business studies to serve my interest and ambition in Human Resources Field.
• To contribute with a qualitative mind set to successfully close a large number of diverse
recruitment assignments of Top Executives, in different company’s departments
• To plan sourcing and attraction strategies for a large number of diverse assignments from
entry level to middle- management vacancies
• To successfully handle Executive Search assignments through the full life cycle of the

• To design processes for the capture, analysis and reporting of key recruitment metrics and
initiatives such as optimal use of the E-recruitment system, on-boarding and induction
processes and talent pipeline
• To advise and support related business functions, including sharp internal consultancy, quality

• Develops and maintains a recruiting network with sister properties in our region.
• Active member of some of Activities Committees and actively involved in colleague events.
• Attends monthly departmental meetings – updating colleagues on the latest programs,
opportunities in the hotel, turnover statistics, retention topics, etc.
• Plays a supporting role in developing action plans from Employee Engagement Survey
Feedback.
• Provides backup support for all areas of Human Resources.
• Analyzes monthly turnover numbers and provides a monthly summary and recommendations
to the Executive Committee.
• Assists Department with creating a Talent Bank for their areas.
• Monitors and reconciles Employment requisition Forms, follows up with Department Heads
regarding open positions.
• Maintains recruitment board and Internal Posting process.
• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in
relation to position requirements.
• Interviews all candidates and provides all information about company, our business strategy ,
department back ground, job description , specific line manager, and expectation – setting.
• Conducts different methods of interviews such as competences , behavioral, banal, individual,
exit interview.
• Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
• Prepares the daily , weekly and monthly recruitment reports in indicating to recruitment
updates.
• Confers with senior management to identify the personnel needs, workforce planning,
strategies, jobs requirements, and search assignments.
• Activates online recruitment resource to identify and recruit the qualified candidates.
• Opens communication channel with international and local recruitment agencies to collect the
qualified candidates.
• Build-out campus recruiting program. Participate in famous employments fairs (American
university CAPS, American Chambers, MIU University ……
• Performs detailed reference checking and reference analysis on selecting candidates and
review with line manger
• Manager the presentation, selection, negotiation, closing, and administrative components
involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Maintains accurate and well- ordered documentation on all candidates , searches, line
mangers interaction, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if
required.
• Prepares the jobs proposals and delivered to the chosen calibers.
• Follow up the jobs offers and hiring process.
• Designs the attraction jobs ads in the famous newspapers and magazines.
• Monitors company budget to identify the vacancies position and hire the qualified candidates
