    Technical Delivery Condition for Pipe Material required for Pressure Vessels.

    1) Material: - Seamless Pipes.

    2) Governing Code: - ASME Sec. II, Part-A, Edition-2021+API 934 C (2019 edition) +IBR
    2020

    3) Specification & Grade: - ASME SA 335 GR. P12

    4) Supply Condition: - pipes shall be in normalized & tempered condition, fully killed.

    5) Chemical Analysis: - As per above material Specification & chemical restriction as per
    API 934C & X-BAR {(X-BAR=10P+5SB+4SN+AS)/100<=15 PPM}, Additionally C=0.15
    WT% MAX, NI=0.30 WT% MAX, CU=0.2 WT%

    6) Mechanical Test requirements: - As per above material specification. Pipe shall be


    impact tested as per UCS-66 (ASME SEC VII DIV 1, edition 2021) at -18 degree
    Celsius. Impact energy values shall be 54J average of three specimen & 27J minimum
    of one specimen. pipe shall be simulated for shop PWHT cycle & two additional PWHT
    cycle, which includes one shop repair PWHT & one extra PWHT for future use. Sample
    for impact & tensile test removed from each heat at the ½ T location, where T is the
    thickness of the pipe. Specimen shall be oriented transverse to the working direction.

    7) Manufacturer’s Test Certificate: - Required original with EN 10204 TYPE 3.1+ FORM
    III A

    8) Dimensional Tolerance: - As per above material Specification.

    9) Visual Inspection: - Pipes will be free from Injurious Imperfections, seams, scabs,
    laps, tears, silver, mechanical marks, abrasions, pits.
