Feedback System:

Collection of Feedback from Students, Teachers, Alumni, and Employers:

The institution collects feedback on curriculum aspects and courses from different
stakeholders such as the students, alumni, Faculty, and Employers.

The Institution established Academic Council to ensure and analyse academic excellence at
student and faculty levels. The Periodical analysis is made by Academic Council from the
following: student performance, faculty performance in every semester, utilization of
infrastructure, and requirements for quality enrichment.

Institute collects the feedback physically from stakeholder

stockholders viz. Students and Teachers on
Curriculum which is prescribed by the university, further college website invites all stake
stack
holders to provide feedback through online.

The college conducts an annual Alumni Meet, in which suggestions and feedback are
received from Alumni students. Feedback from industrial management and professionals is
obtained through the college web site’s feedback blog. The provided feedback data is
presented to the Academic Council Meeting for necessary implementation in the curriculum.

Alumni surveys are conducted during alumni interaction at the alumni association meeting
held every year. Whenever any alumni visit the college, feedback is taken.

Feedback collected and analyzed:

The feedback collected from various stakeholders is used to analyze for a various aspect to
identify the problem regarding the course curriculum and their data is used to rectify the root
cause and further their suggestions are considered and placed before the Academic Council
for discussion and possible incorporation in the curriculum.

Syllabus review given by the concerned subject faculty at the end of the semester in respect
to the implementation of the syllabus, mode of presentation, lecture material, suggested
books, and updated information.
Curriculum Overview is an expositive survey done by every out-going batch about
concerning syllabus designing, faculty sufficiency, campus placements, and infrastructure.

The academic council is formed to assess three major aspects, viz., Faculty Performance,
Students Support System and Evaluation.

Apart from this, management supports student involvement through seminars, webinars, and
student innovations for the further development of the curriculum.

After collecting and assessing the feedback from the various stakeholders on curriculum
aspects, the valuable suggestions if any, will take notice to the Academic council and further
to the university curriculum review committee whenever they invite the suggestion from the
affiliated colleges, to possible changes in the course structure for the next curriculum
regulation.

The College follows a continuous review system of the curriculum. The functioning of
various committees of the College strengthens the quality sustenance and enhancement
measures to ensure the effective development of curricula. The college makes efforts to
integrate socially relevant issues into the curriculum with the help of the different cells
functioning in the college like Career Guidance Cell, Anti-Ragging Cell, SC/ST Cell, and
NSS. The Academic Audit Committee ensures quality enhancement. IQAC has been
organizing

Faculty Development Program every year to enhance the professional competency and
teaching pedagogy of the faculty. The Curriculum is enriched through mini - projects/student
conferences/symposiums and innovative clubs in the college.

Students are also introduced to engineering as a profession that requires not only technical
skills but also an ethical orientation, of the need for lifelong learning, and of the importance
of Basic Sciences and Humanities courses.
