2. All the personnel including drivers, helpers, operators and

4. The contractor will have to submit the health fitness certificate,


COVID Final dose Vaccination certificate and ID card of the workers
at the time of Induction.

5. Workmen screening report Need to be submitted by Contractor


at the time of Induction.

6. Competency certificate need to be submitted by the contractor


for all the technician and supervisor at the time of Induction.

Training calendar for upcoming 3 month’s need to be prepared by
