    safe and environmentally sound recycling of ships”. The supplier is required to provide MD & SDOC for all items to show compliance with this convention,
    before supply to vessel, by uploading to the Company procurement portal. Company and / or master reserve the right to reject the supply and / or claim any
    direct or indirect loss. By making this supply, supplier accepts that all contents of provided materials are asbestos free and accepts all condition mentioned
    above.
