- 3. 1. Introduction It’s undisputable that a feasibility study plays a major role in a decision making process before or during a business activities. It also helps companies to be aware of both; the impact of the Environmental factors on the project activities and the risks or challenges that need to be evaluate in order to make a back up plan by controlling and providing solutions that will surely leads to a significant results at the closing phase of the project

Defining feasibility study • A feasibility study is an analysis and evaluation of a proposed project to determine if it is technical feasible with the estimated cost and also if the proposed project is profitable according to the money invested. • Feasibility studies are mostly conduct when there is a large amount at sake.

Today we all know the global challenges (negative impact of climate change) that the hole world is facing and it’s our responsibility to stop everything that could represents a risk to our environment meaning the business holders should take into consideration both; Environment sanitation; activities aimed at improving and maintaining the standard basic environmental conditions affecting well-being or people.
