Conversations about workplace spirituality are becoming more frequent, which is raising the awareness about ethical responsibility. There are intensifying questions about the appropriate definition for the S-word at work place. Some call it religious change, some diversity and others call a mode of marketing for spiritual gurus. However, the growth of workplace spirituality is widely based on one’s personal responsibility towards the building of a mechanistic work environment to enhance spiritual and mental growth. Spirituality needs to be practiced for development of ethical leaders at workplace. Walter Earl Flucker an expert in the theory and practice of ethical responsibility quoted in his work Spirituality, Ethics and Responsibility “ Spirituality demands that leaders cultivate and nourish a sense of self that recognizes the interrelatedness of life or a sense of community ”. The study has been designed with the perspective to analyse the rising importance of spirituality at wor...

"Business decisions can be made rapidly in an error free environment with the application of information technology. The XML computer language has been extended further for its application programme in extensible business reporting language (XBRL). Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data revolutionizing business reporting around the world. XBRL has become the standard way of recording, storing and transmitting business and financial information from the computer information providers to the information users. XBRL was developed by XBRL International in 1998, an international non-profit consortium of approximately 450 major companies, organisations and government agencies. XBRL India is known as the Indian Jurisdiction of XBRL International. Its main objective is to promote and encourage the adoption of XBRL in India as the standard for electronic business reporting. The business value possible from XBRL can be realized by the transparency, uniformity, accuracy, timely and reliability provided to its users. As it has been framed in accordance to the GAAP and IFRS standards, its adoptability is gaining momentum for all the countries that are looking forward towards a smooth functioning in the global scenario. In the light of this, the present paper provides a conceptual framework of XBRL as a business reporting language, along with its worldwide usage. The paper further discusses components and uses of XBRL in corporate reporting. It also focuses on the status of applicability of XBRL as a business reporting language for Indian business entities."

Financial position of any company can be easily ev aluated through its profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity ratios. Ratio analysis is one of the most easiest and competent tool to evaluate the financial soundness of a company. In this paper the financial health of MMTC has been evaluated by usi ng ratio analysis and the chances of bankruptcy in the near future is evaluated with the help of Z score developed by Prof. Edward I. Altman (1968). From the study of five years (2007-08 to 2011-12), it is deduced fro m the analysis that profit earning capacity and short ter m investing capacity of MMTC is quite good, but its financing position of assets is comparatively poor. However the Z score value indicates that it is in a strong position, and it has no chances of being bankrupt i n the next two years.

Consumer – the king of the market is being ruled by the fear of the new normal of Pandemic life.True to his words, the pandemic has hit the behaviour strongly, transforming the effect of money, family, friends, psychology, and more into one pivot – FEAR of being COVID–19 Positive. This fear has downsized and completely restructured the pattern of consumption, where the consumer satisfaction has been converted to consumer protection. The 4Ps of marketing has new escort; "Products" are characterised as immunity boosters, "Place" has been re-modified with temperature monitors and sanitization areas, "Price" has a new hike with the inclusion of Corona Tax and "Promotion" the most important pillar has been rebranded, relabelled and re-advertised as #StaySafe #StayHealthy and #StayDistant.

without a web page is considered like life without oxygen. Today, social media has become the most cost effective and time
friendly source for routing consumers towards the company. Social media is slowly changing the definition of promotion
from advertising to digitizing, and blogging being an integral part of it. It is binding the seller and the buyer into a strong

The study undertaken is an attempt to explore the effectiveness of blogging in the corporate world. Further it provides a

also been made to represent the legal framework controlling the environment of blogging, by analysing the case social
