The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 puts serious threats to mankind and the economy across the globe. Bangladesh experienced the 1st wave of attack with the detection of 3 active cases on 08 March 2020, with the first fatality on 18 March 2020. The country could keep the death toll to the minimum and economic wheel moving compared to other affected countries. However, despite the vaccination drive launched on 07 February 2021 and the normal economic progression saw light, the sudden spike of affected and death cases from the 1st week of March 2021 and its subsequent upsurge breaking all previous records made questionable the overall strategies/measures of the country. Therefore, this study mainly endeavours to outline strategies/measures to effectively combat the COVID-19 pandemic maintaining a needed balance between the country's economic progression and the death toll.

We need to conduct research on this topic because of the economic collapse in the entire world. The capitalist economic system is failed to maintain the Balance of the Economy (BOE) among
the people, poor and rich in all countries. In the Holy Quran, ALLAH S.W.T says “Consider and ponder on things that we have created and there are many signs for the people who know,” therefore,
we conclude Islam has given one of the best economic systems in the world. In the Islamic economic system, the balance of the economy can be maintained easily.

Fifteen experienced employees from the banking industry participated in the interview to accomplish the research. The results from content data analysis showed that technical skills may vary from department to department based on employees' job responsibilities. However, the employee skills are more or less similar for di erent banks. The results further showed that the banking sector emphasizes the need for honesty from banks' employees, as they maintain a large amount of cash and other types of assets in their vaults. Additionally, the research participants expressed their sentiments regarding other skills, such as patience, smartness, and technological expertise. These skills are needed to carry out the day-today operations and achieve high customer satisfaction. Therefore, the study recommends that banks focus on creating an employee base with the skills found in the investigation to develop banking services.

Among women’s experiences, one of the least addressed issues is their experience of power in their workplace. The current study aimed to find sources of women's power in government organizations. The research method involved a phenomenological approach, with the use of observation and interviews. Participants were women working in government organizations in West Azerbaijan Province (the name of a province in Iran). Theoretical saturation, which is a subset of sequential sampling, was used. Coding was used to analyze the data. The women described the concept of power and how power is exercised, stating that their reaction was passive. They believed that the compliance of their work clothes with the imposed organizational rules is only to maintain their current status and has no effect on their progress. They believed that there were many good work patterns among women and that they performed better than men. Gender discrimination and competition in the workplace, both legal and illegal, were among the barriers women faced.

As a topic, nonverbal communication (e.g., expressions of emotions) remains inadequately focused on tourism and hospitality research. Its qualitative significance in service encounters is also virtually unexplored. Given the importance of employees' display of affective characteristics as vivid outcomes of nonverbal communication, i.e., responsiveness, friendliness, trustworthiness, competence, and compassion toward customers, the current study aims to explore customers' experiences toward nonverbal communication of employees during service encounters. By using transcendental phenomenology as a methodological framework, the study resorted to in-depth interviews with 13 customers, representing different nationalities, with whom the study found nonverbal communication as expressions of "body signal, mood, icon, marketing aids, mind changer and anything unspoken" that are conceived quickly and make customers feel welcome and comfortable. The study also found realistic experiences that customers could take their meals at home; they visited the restaurant for having different experiences: refreshment and relaxation while dining. In that emotional situation, they expected favourable nonverbal behaviour instead of a worried face, ignorance, or mouse on the floor. The discussion of results is carried out concerning the characteristics of nonverbal communication and the theory of emotional contagion.

Nowadays the top-down relationship line has been challenged. In this linear relationship, bureaucrats are ones who know; lower-class citizens are ones who do not know and need to ask bureaucrats to gain knowledge. Formation of virtual autonomous networks by citizens has disturbed the relationship. Now, by formation of virtual communities, these are the citizens who know. Most of the patients in this study were male, non-native of Tabriz, admitted to surgery, discharged in the morning shift, as well as average stay over 2 days. The reasons for DAMA after an interview with patients were classified into three themes: (1) Problems with the patient, (2) problems with care issues, and (3) problems with hospital facilities.

Learning is a new paradigm that has been introduced in today's organizations to address the competitive environment. The purpose of this study is to create a particular learning contingency model based on information obtained. The study subjects consisted of government agencies in Western Azerbaijan. The study is non-experimental and based solely on field investigation. For this purpose, indicators and variables were identified using the Delphi technique. A questionnaire was designed and its validity and reliability tested. The reliability equals to á =0.858. Due to Cochrane sampling and risk estimate alpha and beta, samples were 175. The review consisted of government agencies in Western Azerbaijan. Analysis was based on descriptive statistics, Friedman test, correlation, TOPSIS; regression and statistical software. The general conclusion of this study is that reinforcement should be presented to the organizational learning program. For this purpose, a contingency model is presented with respect to the review. The hierarchy of types of learning is also provided.
