PurposeThis study aimed to investigate the effect of citizens' uncivil behaviours on the turnover intention of public service personnel. It tested the moderated mediation role of job insecurity and workplace incivility. The conservation of resource (COR) theory was employed to explain the public service personnel's reactions to resource loss threats and the desire to conserve the remaining resources.Design/methodology/approachA longitudinal quantitative study design was used with a moderated mediation regression technique. Data were collected from 235 full-time public service personnel from five Indonesian public service organizations. The organizations included higher education, regional government institutions, and health, tourism, and transportation departments. All measures were valid and reliable for study purposes.FindingsThe citizen incivility's effect on turnover intention was mediated by job insecurity and moderated by workplace incivility. Citizen incivility positively influenced job insecurity only under high workplace incivility. Therefore, citizens' uncivil behaviours could not increase public service personnel's job insecurity and turnover intention without high workplace incivility.Originality/valueThis study contributes to the literature on citizens' incivility as a source of social stressors in Indonesian public organizations. The findings showed that citizens' hostile behaviours impact public employees' job insecurity only through workplace incivility.

This study aims to determine (1) the role of the Internal Auditor, (2) the application of good corporate governance, (3) the prevention of fraud and (4) the simultaneous influence of the role of the internal auditor and good corporate governance in the prevention of fraud. This research method uses a descriptive method with a survey approach in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. The results showed that The role of the Internal Auditor in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung was very good, The implementation of Good Corporate Governance in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung was good, Prevention of Fraud in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) ) Bandung is very good, and simultaneously the Role of Internal Auditors and the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance has a significant influence of 20.4% in Fraud Prevention at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Where the influence of the Internal Auditor role has an influence of 0.072 in Fraud Prevention and the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance has an effect of 0.596 in Fraud Prevention, it can be said that the Application of Good Corporate Governance is higher in Fraud Prevention.

Sungai merupakan bagian dari alam Indonesia yang perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan. Salah satunya sungai Cibeureum dan Curug Alehnya, yang melintas di Kelurahan Sarijadi Kota Bandung. Bentuk pelestarian sungai yang dipilih oleh TIM PKM USB YPKP adalah menjadikannya sebagai objek wisata. Dengan menggunakan metode berpikir desain (Desain Thingking), langkah empathize dan define, Tim mencoba menggali potensi wisata yang terdapat di sungai Cibeureum dan Curug Aleh. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan adanya potensi yang bisa dikembangkan di sungai Cibeureum baik dalam hal kebijakan Pemerintah setempat maupun kelayakan air. Adapun Curug Aleh, masih terdapat kendala dalam hal akses menuju ke areanya. Kesimpulannya, Tim akan melanjutkan penggalian potensi wisata ini ke tahap perencanaan dan perancangan bentuk wisata air di sungai Cibeureum.

This study determined the effect of audit procedures, audit fees, time budget pressure, and auditor skepticism on audit quality with the COVID-19 pandemic audit situation as an intervening variable, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, the design used is a survey, a questionnaire is used as a research instrument, and then statistical analysis uses path analysis on the answers of 37 auditors who are domiciled in Bandung Raya. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic audit situation is an intervention that affects audit quality, partially that audit procedures have a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while audit fees, time budget pressure, and auditor skepticism show no significant effect on audit quality. . Types of quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of observations, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on comparative t-test analysis results in significant no differences in critical thinking (C1), that creativity (C2) and Communication (C3) highers than middle and rural areas, while teamwork and collaboration (C4) Rural area students are higher than the urban and middle area. This shows the culture of the surrounding environment that affects students’ 4c skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Danamon, Tbk. Cabang Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel disiplin diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,429 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,857 dengan kriteria baik. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,455 + 0,849X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,769 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 40,9%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

The objective of this research was to identify the strategic human resource management, transformation and change management, infrastructure management and contribution management; to identify the magnitude of the influence of strategic human resource management, transformation and change management, infrastructure management and contribution management on the competitive advantage and organizational performance.The methods of the researchare descriptive and explanatory with questionnaire as a primary data collecting tool. The analytic unit in this research is Accredited Management Study Program S1 at Economics College. The subjects in this research are Private Colleges (PTS) opening the Accredited Management Study Program S1 25 of Economics College, Kopertis Region IV, West Java. The data analytic method used descriptive analysis and path analysis.The result shows that the strategic human resource management, and transformation and change management have no significant influence on the competitive advantage; infrastructure management and contribution management have significant influence on the competitive advantage; the strategic human resource management, transformation and change management, infrastructure management and contribution management have significant influence on the organizational performance; the strategic human resource management, transformation and change management, infrastructure management and contribution management have significant influence on the competitive advantage and organizational performance.
