Jalan Tol Surabaya-Porong (sebelumnya bernama Jalan Tol Surabaya-Gempol) adalah jalan tol sepanjang 37 kilometer yang menghubungkan antara kota Surabaya disebelah Utara dengan porong disebelah Selatan. Jalan Tol ini melintasi Kota Surabaya dan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Panjang sebenarnya jalan tol ini dari Surabaya hingga Gempol sepanjang 43 kilometer, namun 6 kilometer bagian dari tol ini ditutup akibat peristiwa luapan Lumpur Lapindo yang menenggelamkan jalan tol Surabaya-Gempol ruas Porong-Gempol sejak 2006. Jalan tol ruas Porgem (Porong-Gempol) paket 2 khususnya di STA 40+350 s/d 40+700 menggunakan jembatan yang di bangun dengan sistem girder I pratekan. Flood disasters often occur during the rainy season. Karawang is one area that is often flooded. Based on the risk index from BNPB, the flood disaster in Karawang affected 84% of the community, so efforts need to be made to reduce and overcome flood disasters. These problems are the beginning of efforts that need to be known which areas are prone to flooding. Therefore, this study aims to determine flood-prone areas in Karawang as an initial effort in tackling flood disasters. The research was conducted by classifying flood-prone areas using the k-medoids algorithm. K-Medoids uses the partition clustering method to group lists and objects into a number of clusters. This algorithm uses objects in a collection of objects that represent a cluster. The attributes used are flood-causing factors such as rainfall, elevation (soil height), population density, and distance to the river. Tingkat pemanfaatan yang tidak mengindahkan ukuran dan kondisi rajungan dapat mempengaruhi struktur ukuran dan stok rajungan di suatu perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi ukuran, hubungan lebar dan berat rajungan serta distribusi tingkat kematangan gonad (TKG) di perairan Betahwalang, Demak. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan analisis yang bersifat deskriptif yang dilakukan secara “time-series”. Pengamatan sampel rajungan sebesar 10% dari hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan oleh setiap nelayan di pengepul rajungan.. This study aims to examine the influence of budget participation to managerial performance. It also to examine whether perception of distribution budgetary fairness, perception of procedural budgetary fairness and organitation’s commitment mediate the relationship of budget participation and managerial performance. This study used questionnaires and interview to collecting data. From 130 questionnaires were given to managers in Diponegoro University. The questionnaires that complete the answers were 68 questionnaires. Path analysis was utilized to examine the direct and indirect effects of budget participatio to managerial performance The results of this study showed that budget participation has a direct effect to managerial performance. Budget participation also has a positive effect to perception of distribution budgetary fairness, perception of procedural budgetary fairness and organitatio’s commitment as intervening variables of managerial performance.

The use of synthetic coatings as Food Additives consumed in the long term can damage human health. These horrible effects have paved the way for the development of edible films and natural edible coatings. One of the edible film ingredients is scorched rice which can be used as a coating in fruit preservation. However, the use of this edible film on food ingredients has some problems, especially its mechanical properties which tend to be fragile (not flexible). This article examines the mechanical characteristics of scorched rice with variations in the concentration of glycerol and carrageenan. Based on these results, it was concluded that the higher the volume of glycerol used, the percent elongation increased. The greatest elongation was obtained in the ratio of 3 g of carrageenan with 8 ml of glycerol. However, the addition of glycerol volume causes the biodegradable plastic to tear more easily. Khalayak sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah warga dan pemuda/I Kampung Pasar Senin,Desa Ciasihan, Kecamatan Pamijahan,Bogor Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pelaksanaan ini dilakukan secara 2 kali, yaitu ditempat Musholla Al-Busro dan Aula HPPS. Kegiatan ini bermaksud untuk membantu perekonomian warga didesa tersbut dengan memanfaat hasil petani warga sekitar. Mahasiswa memanfaatkan mentimun yang nantinya akan diolah menjadi sebuah masker wajah. PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to document the effect of ownership structure and corporate governance on bank efficiency in the Ghanaian banking industry.Design/methodology/approachThe author applies both accounting data and efficiency measures from the period 1999‐2007 via panel data analysis. Efficiency is measured by computing distances from the stochastic frontiers of estimated translog cost and profit functions. These efficiency measures are regressed on ownership and governance variables with dummy variables for bank types.FindingsThe results show that foreign banks are more cost‐efficient than domestic banks, but not necessarily more profit‐efficient. Nevertheless, foreign banks are more profitable than domestic banks and enjoy better quality loans. Managerial ownership leads to the cost inefficiency of banks.
