The purpose of this research was to study the effect of dynamic knowledge management capability on high-performance organizations and organizational performance. The data collection was carried out using questionnaires from 4-5-star hotels in Thailand, for a total of 148 hotels. The data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics followed by Pearson’s correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The research results revealed that dynamic knowledge management capability had a positive direct effect on high-performing organizations and a positive indirect effect on organizational performance. Therefore, executives should emphasize the building of dynamic knowledge management capabilities to improve the performance of high-performance organizations, which will lead to performance strength beyond rivals. Doi: 10.28991/HIJ-2022-03-03-01 Full Text: PDF

The survey was conducted to 400 Thai’s game streaming viewers who have previously watched MOBA game streaming. The research study uses non-probability sampling techniques consisted of Convenience Sampling (Using Google Form) and Snowball Sampling for collecting data. The finding of the study show that there are four variables that significantly influenced on watching intention. These variables are sex appeal, humor appeal, interactivity, and the skills of the players.

It has been well-known that the chance of successfully delivering a software project within an allocated time and budget is very low. Most of the researches in this area have concluded that “user's requirements” of the systems is one of the most difficult risks to deal with in this case. Interestingly, until today, regardless of amount of effort put into this area, the possibility of project failure is still very high. The issue with requirement can be significantly increased when developing an artificial intelligence (AI) system, where one would like the systems to autonomously behave. This is because we are not only dealing with user's requirements, but we must also be able to deal with “system's behavior” that, in many cases, do not even exist during software development. This chapter discusses a preliminary work on a framework for risk management for AI systems development projects. The goal of this framework is to help project management in minimizing risk that can ...

This article presents an important process in planned change, that is, the processing of information.   Convergent thinking and divergent thinking are alternative approaches to processing information. The paper presents the design of a new OD technology called “creativity dialog map”. The new design CDialogMap2 is a version derived from the feedback from workshops conducted by the author in his classes.

The research expects to investigate factors impact customer’s intention to use mobile payment service. The data were collected from 411 participants who live in Bangkok and have experiences in using mobile payment service and street food. The reliability test was conducted to validate the internal consistency of the questionnaire. To test hypotheses, MLR and SLR analyses were performed to test for their significant of those variables. The result demonstrated that a behavioral to adopt mobile payment service at street food vending of consumers in Bangkok was discovered by four variables named compatibility, subjective norm, perceived trust, and perceived usefulness. Whereas, other two factors known as perceived ease of use and perceived risk were found non-significant on intention to adopt mobile payment service. There have been no studies performed which reported an intention to adopt mobile payment services by specific to the street food sector, thus the results would be beneficial for mobile payment parties such as financial institutions, service providers to understand their consumer’s behavior.

This paper summarizes and compares different fuzzy relational products. First, the classical circle product is discussed. Then, another set of classical products, triangle subproduct, triangle superproduct, and square product are revisited for both harsh and soft versions. Afterward, two new fuzzy relational products developed by the authors, namely similarity product and star product are described. These new products have been developed from practical viewpoints of certain applications for which the semantics of the classical products has proven inadequate. The products' definitions and semantics are given, and compared with those of the classical ones where appropriate.
