    This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of yoga training with emotion regulation training on students' working memory and cognitive flexibility. The research methodology was quasi-experimental designed as pretest and posttest with control and follow-up groups. Entire second-grade female high schoolers in the 2nd District of Tehran, during 2018-19 academic year, constituted study’s statistical population, of whom 54 students were chosen using cluster random sampling method, and randomly assigned into three groups. The pretest of N-back and Denis and Wenderval’s cognitive flexibility (2010) was administered for all three groups; and then the experimental groups received yoga training and emotion regulation intervention and finally posttest was implemented followed by 4-week follow-up test.     The literature review indicated that learning style has an important role in self-regulated learning process, so the purpose of this study was to examine relationship between cognitive learning style, a kind of learning style, and self-regulated learning strategies _resource management, help seeking, peer learning, effort regulation and metacognitive strategies. Participants were 170 undergraduate students (19-25 years old) who were registered in psychology courses in 2013 at Islamic Azad university Azadshahr branch.     Background: Sexual scripts (SSs) are formed based on the gendered culture in societies. Objective: To evaluate the associations between the sexual behavioral aspects: capacity, motivation, performance, and SS amongst Iranian college students. Materials and Methods: From September 2020 to December 2020, we recruited 400 college students who were married, had no acute or chronic diseases, was no drug abuser, and were not pregnant at the time of the study. The demographic questionnaire, sexual behavior assessment, and SSs questionnaires were completed by all the participants. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multivariate regression were used for data analysis.     Aim: The purpose of this correlational study was to study the relationship between perceived job charactristics, job roles and burnout amongst the staff of central organization of Islamic Azad University. Method: Instruments used were Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI), Job Charactristics and Job Roles Questionnaires which were responded to, by293of the staff working in the Central Organization of the Islamic Azad Universitiy.     Objective: In this study we investigated the effect of goal Orientation training on the hope of first-grade female students of high schools in Tehran. Method: Sixty students were selected using a multistep cluster sampling method. Tool of study was the Snyder’s Hope measure. The experimental group was received the goal Orientation training in 10 sessions. Results: Data was analyzed based on the analysis of covariance and results revealed that the hope of students who received goal Orientation training was significantly higher than hope of students who did not. This was the case for agency component. But for the pathway component no significant effect was observed. Conclusion: Goal Orientation training is effective in increasing students hope.

    مقدمه داشتن حس پرواز و کسب شغلی مثل خلبانی می­تواند ناشی از ویژگی­های شخصیتی و هیجانی خاصی باشد. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه ویژگی­های شخصیت و هوش هیجانی بین افراد دارای ریسک­پذیری بالا و ریسک­پذیری پایین بود. روش کار روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از  لحاظ روش شناسی از نوع علی مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماری مورد نظر در این پژوهش شامل و هلی کوپتری (ریسک­پذیری بالا) خلبانان مسافربری (ریسک­پذیری پایین) شاغل در شرکت های هواپیمایی و نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی بود. حجم نمونه در این پژوهش 133 تعیین شد. نمونه گیری به شیوه در دسترس صورت گرفت. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت از پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو-فرم کوتاه و هوش هیجانی شات بود. نتایج یافته­ها با توجه به مقادیر t محاسبه شده و سطح معناداری آنها تفاوت میانگین افراد با ریسک­پذیری بالا و افراد با ریسک­پذیری پایین به جز باز بودن به تجربه در همه ابعاد شخصیت (005/0p <) و هوش هیجانی (001/0p <) معنادار است. نتیجه­گیری خلبانان مسافربری دارای روانرنجورخویی بیشتری بودند اما برونگرایی، توافق، وجدانی بودن و هوش هیجانی خلبانان هلی­کوپتر بالاتر بود.

    This study aimed at determining the effect of forehead cortex electric current stimulation on inhibitory control and working memory in people with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), using TDCS device. The method used was quasi-experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design. The participants were 24 children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder aged 7-11 who referred to Baqiyatallah Hospital in 1397. Children were randomly divided into experimental (n = 12) and control (n = 12) groups. The experimental group was intervened in 10 sessions, 3 times a week, and each session was 20 minutes. Assessments were performed in 3 steps, a day before the intervention, and a day after the intervention ended, and finally at the follow-up phase, two months after the intervention was accomplished.     Objective: Smartphone is an important technology device in our lifestyle. It has an important part of our daily lives, but it also has a negative effect, such as cell phone dependency. This research aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of mobile phone abuse (MPA) in the Iranian population. Method: In this study, data were chosen from 1100 participants who were studying in Tehran universities. The principal version of the scale was translated into Persian using the back translation method. All attendees completed Demographic Questionnaire, MPA Questionnaire, and Mobile Phone Problematic Use Scale (MPPUS). Eventually, a clinical interview (based on the fifth version of DSM) was done for all the participants.     Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of hardiness training on the hope of first-grade female students of high schools in Tehran. Method: Using multistep sampling, 60 students were randomly selected. Participants were randomly assigned to two groups: Hardiness group and control group. Tool of study was the Snyder's Hope measure. The experimental group was received the hardiness training in 10 sessions. Results: Data was analyzed based on the analysis of covariance and results revealed that the hope of students who received hardiness training was significantly higher than hope of students who did not.     Introduction: Bullying is widely considered as a serious personal, social and educational issue influencing a significant part of the students. The object of the study is to foretell bullying based on thrill-seeking and the atmosphere of the school together with self-concept mediation in students. Methods: The research is conducted through a descriptive methodology while using solidarity schemes and structural equations modeling. The population consisted of Tehran high school second graders in the school year of 2018-19. The sample individuals are a total of 290 students chosen through cluster sampling. The research tools include the Zuckerman’s thrill-seeking scale (1992), Ojaghi school atmosphere questionnaire (1998) quoted Saatchi (2010), Rogers’ self-concept questionnaire (1977) and Illinois bullying scale (2001).     The main objective of the present paper was to predict the organizational commitment level based on the employees' job characteristics and job roles. The research methodology was based on the correlational studies. Statistical population consisted of all the employees of central organization of the Islamic Azad University, and the sample (N=293) was selected using stratified random sampling with disproportionate size. Research tools consisted of job characteristic and roles questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire. Analysis showed that the variables of job characteristic and roles can predict organizational commitment (P<0.01).

Materials and Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental comparison with pretest-posttest and control group. The statistical population was all the second grade students of the second year of high school in the fifth education district of Tehran province in the 98-99 academic year. The research sample consisted of 30 students who were selected by combined sampling method from simple and non-random random sampling available and voluntarily from 120 eleventh grade students and were replaced in two experimental groups and one control group.
