    The Mobile Cloud Gaming (MCG) is a large network that comprises cloud Computing and wireless network services. It is a network that provides online gaming services to mobile users. This paper proposes a model to enhance the existing MCG model by introducing Mobile Cloud Cloudlet Gaming (MCCG) system to provide better gaming service to the mobile users by reducing the transmission latency by placing Cloudlet as an intermediate between main cloud and mobile nodes. Besides that, the mobile nodes within the transmission area of cloudlet can form ad hoc network to share data among the devices when the cloudlet has reached its maximum capacity. Clustered Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector (c-DSDV) protocol is also introduced in this paper work to further reduce the transmission delay between the ad-hoc cloudlet and mobile nodes. Besides reducing latency, the model also could reduce congestion and enable low-end mobile devices to join MCG services.

    Dilation of biliary tree can be an indicator of several diseases such as stones, tumors, benign strictures, and some cases cancer. This dilation can be due to many reasons such as gallstones, inflammation of the bile ducts, trauma, injury, severe liver damage. Automatic measurement of the biliary tree in magnetic resonance images (MRI) is helpful to assist hepatobiliary surgeons for minimally invasive surgery. In this paper, we proposed a model to segment biliary tree MRI images using a Fully Convolutional Neural (FCN) network. Based on the extracted area, seven features that include Entropy, standard deviation, RMS, kurtosis, skewness, Energy and maximum are computed. A database of images from King Hussein Medical Center (KHMC) is used in this work, containing 800 MRI images; 400 cases with normal biliary tree; and 400 images with dilated biliary tree labeled by surgeons.     The need of effective method to obtain and analyse electrocardiogram (EKG) signal has inspired This research paper to designed an efficient algorithm that can handle any (EKG), remove the most dominant noises associated with it, and extract the important futures. EKG signal is an electrical signal represents the physical human’s heart activity. Nonetheless, this signal is affected by various noise including baseline wondering and power interference. These noises affect the signal to noise ratio (SNR) especially in P and T waves which have less amplitudes than R peaks. Removing these noises result in cleaner signal that can be conveniently processed to extract important features such as heart health condition.     Supplemental Digital Content is Available in the Text. Background: Organizational justice (OJ) is important for organizational success; it reflects employee perceptions of fair treatment. OJ promotes employee retention and work engagement toward high performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a discretionary behavior, describing how employees contribute to a smoother organizational performance. OCB enhances employee satisfaction, quality of care, patients' satisfaction with hospital performance, and the use of best hospital practices. Moreover, OJ increases employee satisfaction and is perceived as a factor that encourages workers to go “above and beyond” their responsibilities, while avoiding OCB in the workplace may reduce awareness of justice. Previous efforts have shown that perceptions of a just workplace promoted OCB at different industrial companies. Still, few studies have investigated this relationship in hospitals. Objectives: This study addressed this gap by investigating the significant relationships of OJ and OCB in a large Jordanian hospital. Methods: A fuzzy approach to Pearson's correlation was applied to test the formulated hypothesis, with an aim to better understand causal correlation of vague data. Results: A statistically significant, positive correlation existed between OJ and OCB. Maximum correlations existed between distributive justice and altruism, procedural justice, courtesy, and interactional or interpersonal justice and conscientiousness. This study showed that procedural justice was the best predictor of OCB. Conclusion: This study revealed a correlation between OJ and OCB, reflecting the diversity of these correlation relationships, which can help decision makers to form their strategic plans.

    The biliary tree is a network of tubes that connects the liver to the gallbladder, an organ right beneath it. The bile duct is the major tube in the biliary tree. The dilatation of a bile duct is a key indicator for more major problems in the human body, such as stones and tumors, which are frequently caused by the pancreas or the papilla of vater. The detection of bile duct dilatation can be challenging for beginner or untrained medical personnel in many circumstances.     Video on Demand (VOD) is a multimedia service which allows a remote user to select and then view video at his convenience at any time he wants, which makes the VOD become an important technology for many applications. Numerous periodic VOD broadcasting protocols have been proposed to support a large number of receivers. Broadcasting is an efficient transmission scheme to provide on-demand service for very popular movies. This paper proposes a new broadcasting scheme called Popularity Cushion Staggered Broadcasting (PCSB). The proposed scheme improves the Periodic Broadcasting (PB) protocols in the latest mobile VOD system, which is called MobiVoD system. It also, reduces the maximum waiting time of the mobile node, by partitioning the 1 st segment of the whole video and storing it in the Local Media Forwarder (LMF) exactly in the Pool of RAM (PoR), and then transmitting them when the mobile nodes miss the 1 st broadcasted segment. The results show that the PCSB is more efficient and better than the all types of broadcasting and caching techniques in the MobiVoD system. Furthermore, these results exhibits that system performance is stable under high dynamics of the system and the viewer’s waiting time are less than the previous system.

    In this paper proposed a caching scheme to reduce the time delay in Video on Demand (VOD) System over MANET. VOD System over MANET is an interactive multimedia system that provides video services to mobile clients. Mobile clients who use the system will encounter high service delay to watch their favorite movie and this is the main problem in this system. The proposed caching scheme is called Neighborhood-Initial Playback Based Caching Scheme (NIPBCS) to overcome the service delay in the system. In NIPBC, when a new client enters the MANET network, the Local Forwarder (LF) will detect the new client upon arrival and will send the 1 segment of a movie to the new client’s First buffer. The new client can request for the 1 segment of its favorite movie by tuning in to a channel from the Staggered Broadcasting Protocol that will broadcast the 1 segment of the movie or the new client can request from the neighbors. If the new clients’ favorite movie is the same as the 1 segment of a movie sent by the LF, the client can just switch to the First Buffer and start watching the movie. By this way the aim of this caching scheme is achieved that is to reduce the time delay in VOD system over MANET. The performance of the system is evaluated through a simulation study and the extensive simulation was conducted to get the performance result of the NIPBCS. The result obtained from the simulation shows that NIPBCS reduces 10% of the time delay of the system compared to the existing caching scheme.
