This paper aims to provide an insight into the role that Customs can play concerning the possible conflicts in the South China Sea. The South China Sea (SCS) area is one of the places that has recently heated up with many countries fighting over claims. The conflict heats up when the two giant countries, namely China and the United States, take part in the conflict in this region and result in an increasingly heated tension. Indonesia, as one of the countries having interests in the South China Sea, where the Indonesian EEZ region is located, should be vigilant and prepare itself. Therefore, every component of Indonesia's national defence and security forces must be ready to avoid the worst possibility. One of the elements in maintaining sovereignty in the sea area is Customs. This paper aims to provide a perspective on assistance to MSMEs in East Java in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. So far, MSMEs have been proven to be one of the economic drivers that accommodate the majority of workers in Indonesia. The existence of the Covid-19 Pandemic has depressed MSMEs throughout Indonesia and often have to go out of business. It seems that the government assistance that has been provided in the context of Covid-19 is still focused on individual or family assistance. Therefore, the authors consider MSMEs to be an essential factor in efforts to overcome the impact of Covid-19, especially in East Java. This paper uses the review literature as a method of data collection and research. The research results are expected to be an input for the Government, especially East Java Province, to consider the existence of capital assistance for MSME’s.

Tulisan ini berusaha memberikan deskripsi tentang rivalitas yang dapat terjadi selama Pilkada serentak 2020 dan mengambarkan akibat yang mungkin terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Kemudian tulisan ini juga berusaha memberikan sebuah deskripsi tentang pemaknaan identitas nasional Indonesia sebagai sebuah perekat. Based on Presidential Regulation Number 66 of 2019, article 63 states that the Marine corps is designated as the Main Operations Command. This provision has implications for the Marines to carry out several operations under the direct command of the TNI Commander. Some of the operations that can be carried out include amphibious operations, coastal defense operations, and securing strategic outer islands within OMP and OMSP. In particular, coastal defense operations are essential operations that the Marine Corps will be able to carry out properly because the coastal defense is one of its primary capabilities. The aim of this research is to uncover the presence of character building in Topeng Malangan dance tradition according to Transpersonal Psychology perspective. This tradition is one of the art cultural heritage that exclusively from Malang and has some rituals as Silem (meditation) and Suguh. There is something unknown beyond human personality which is connected with spirituality so it is correlated with human’s character building. Topeng Malangan dance tradition and all of the rituals inside have contribution and correlation with the character building in the dancer. This research is using qualitative research method with ethnography. It founds that sub-personality and some objects in transpersonal psychology has significant result in building character education at Malang mask dance.

Persoalan tata kelola hutan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang kerap membawa serta masyarakat kedalam konflik tenurial. Dalam mengatasi persoalan tenurial yang begitu besar di Indonesia, skema kemitraan koservasi coba untuk disusun oleh Kementrian KLHK. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan satu evaluasi kritis terkait implementasi kebijakan kemitraan konservasi di Papua dan bagaimana seharusnya kebijakan ini dijalankan. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengunakan studi dokumen atau literature riview. Diharapkan tulisan ini dapat memberikan sebuah sarana evaluatif dalam mempercepat proses penyelesaian konflik tenurial dengan mengedepankan konsep kemitraan konservasi. Selanjutnya, diharapkan juga agar Papua menjadi satu basis implementasi kemitraan konservasi utamanya dalam menjaga masa depan hutan Papua. penguatan yang diharapkan adalah dengan menguatkan peran lembaga adat dan menjadikan konsep kemitraan konsevasi dengan menjadikan hutan sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata.

The purpose of this study was to describe risk perception of Covid 19 in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The questionnaire was structured using established theories of risk perception. Questionnaires were compiled on the google form application and distributed via WA. There were 508 participants. The results showed that the participants’ risk perception to Covid 19 was moderate. Most participants were aged between 17 - 32 years, young adults. Participants generally view the government as a trusted source of information about Covid 19. However, further research it is necessary to deepen the role of the government in the perception of the risk of Covid 19 in young adulthood.

This study aims to determine the public’s intention to apply health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. data collection is done by distributing the scale online. The scale is based on Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behaviour with a reliability coefficient of 0.061-0.662. The number of research subjects was 508 people with the result that 60% of the research subjects intended to apply the health protocol. The aspect with the highest correlation was perceived behavioural control (0.652), then subjective norms (0.579), and the lowest correlation was attitude (0.482). To change individual behaviour, education on disease and empowerment is needed so that people can evaluate their perceived behavioural control.
