    Mining industry is one of the industries that require huge amount of water. 1 tonne of coal requires 800-3000 gallons of water to produce. Due to the massive volume of water requirements, coal mining company must carry out water conservation. Moreover, the waste water from a coal mining process contains pollutants from mining activities that are dangerous for the environment. Therefore, the waste water must be treated to annihilate any harmful pollution before the water can be flowed back to the water resources. Stringent government regulation requires companies to report waste water quality regularly. The task to collect waste water quality data is laborious as a company needs operators to measure and checks the parameters periodically.     The Indonesian construction industry has increasingly adopted Building Information Modeling (BIM). One of the barriers to adopting BIM is BIM skills among graduates are still rare. Therefore, higher education institutions have to adopt BIM into their curriculum. However, as BIM is a new concept in construction engineering, many higher education institutions have a problem integrating BIM. Therefore, the paper proffers a syllabus to integrate BIM in a vocational higher education institution. The research methodology follows the Tyler model of curriculum development. It started with a review of prominent BIM integration into higher education research.     Indonesia requires highly skilled workers to support and sustain high economic growth. However, in recent years youth unemployment remains high. The high unemployment rate is attributed to the lack of skills of vocational school graduates. The skills of these graduates do not match the technologies used in the industry. Astra Manufacturing Polytechnic (Polman Astra) aims to remedy the issue by initiating a blended learning program to transfer industrial knowledge for vocational school (SMK) teachers in Greater Jakarta. A descriptive study was conducted to SMKs in North Jakarta to understand school readiness level to implement the program. Furthermore, the research also analyzes the teacher perception of industrial knowledge. Following the questionnaire results, the study reveals that the schools surveyed are generally ready to implement e-learning but require further training. The product prototyping process requires a good knowledge management in order to produce high quality prototypes. During the product prototyping development project, project documentation is often improperly managed. As a result, it potentially causes the loss of the obtained knowledge. Consequently, the lost knowledge cannot be reused when working on similar project. To manage the documentation properly, a research that can manage documentation prototyping has been done.     Corporate Information System and Technology (CIS&T) division in PT Astra International Tbk is digitizing all business lines. Therefore, the company started to utilize machine learning to predict four wheelers (4W) sales in 2017. Data used were car sales data from 2014 to 2016. The data were obtained from company’s data warehouse (DW). Further, to develop application, firstly, Minitab was used to compare algorithm in modelling phase. Then, Azure Machine Learning Studio (Azure ML) was utilized to build prediction model based on algorithm chose in first phase. Finally, visualization was developed using Power Business Intelligence (Power BI). Time series algorithm used to solve the case is Seasonal Trend Decomposition with Loess (STL). While, machine learning model uses R library, and process flow module in Azure ML. The STL prediction model yield 9.38% error. Visualization of result is divided into two sections filtered by three parameters type, color and area. The first section in dashboard is sales data report showing percentage of type, color of cars and deployment of 4W units in Indonesia through ArcGIS Maps. The second section is forecast result containing chart of x axis to represent year and y axis to represent number of units. Further, the chart provide historical, current and forecast information. The research contributes to illustrate development of prediction using machine learning in industrial environment.

    This research tries to offer a design of the cash waqf management system in a system dynamics model. The Cash Waqf Management is expected to become one of the alternative instruments for the poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia. These programs require huge amount of fund that cannot be provided thoroughly by the government. Therefore, initiation of new sources of fund for such a program is inevitable. In the Islamic sosio-economic concept, there is a source of social fund that is economically and politically free of charge, namely cash waqf. In this concept, Nadzir (cash waqf fund manager) collects the fund from Waqif (cash waqf payer) and invest the money in the real sector and in any syariah-based investment opportunities. Nadzir will then allocate profits and returns gained from the investments to poverty alleviation programs.
