I took my PhD Degree from Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where I wrote a double-award winning Thesis (the Law School's Harold Luntz Prize and the University-wide Chancellor's Prize for Excellence in the PhD Thesis). My PhD Thesis was entitled: Rights, Wrongs and the River Between: Extraterritorial Application of the Human Right to Water in Africa (2011). I have a considerable publication track record, and have published several refereed journal articles, chapters in edited collections and a book.
