Business and Information Technology (IT) alignment is defined as applying IT in an appropriate and timely way, in harmony with business strategies, goals and needs. One important issue in business–IT alignment study is the absence of alignment. Findings indicate that there are many factors/variables that consistently enhance business-IT alignment. By identifying factors to achieve business-IT alignment, the problem on the absence of alignment could be addressed. Due to the complexity of business-IT alignment, there is possibility that successful alignment focuses on managing specific alignment dimension by investigating factors that encourage particular dimension. This article deals with the issue of negotiation skills in the Sunnah which adopted Hudaibiyah peace negotiation as a case study where it manifested many negotiating skills. Through this research, many skills has been developed, highlighted and linked to the theories of modern negotiation management. This research began with discussing about the meaning of negotiation skills, the elements of the main negotiating, skills related to negotiator behavior, steps and different stages of negotiation, and application of these skills in the peace negotiation. The findings of this research proved the mastery of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him in negotiating skills that led to the success of the peace negotiation. Aim/Purpose: A vital business activity within organizations is tacit knowledge (TK) transfer. This work aims to propose a novel framework for TK transferability in multinational corporations (MNCs) from the information and communication technology (ICT) perspective. Background: In the past two decades, researchers have developed several frameworks for TK transfer based on humanistic, business, and educational perspectives. However, a review of the existing work revealed that TK transfer has seldom been examined from an ICT perspective. Methodology: A qualitative method was adopted because it was considered the most appropriate for the research requirements. A grounded theory approach was employed to generate the items that potentially affect the transferability of TK. Next Generation Wireless Networks (NGWN) aim to provide any service at any time and anywhere with seamless mobility between homogeneous and heterogeneous networks. IEEE defines the IEEE 802.21 standard to facilitate seamless handover, namely, Media Independent Handover (MIH). IEEE 802.21 provides layer two events to upper layers with a view to enhance the operability and enable them to make the right decision on time. Link Going Down (LGD) is a predictive event triggered when a link quality degradation is expected in the near future. Connectivity losses and quality decreases are usually foreseeable during the handover process. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the performance of our effective prediction model for generating the Link Going Down (LGD) event. The network performance metrics, such as packet loss, end-to-end delay, and throughput, have been evaluated using the Network Simulator NS2.

Facebook has given a new dimension to the term human-computer interaction, by redefining the computer to human direction of the interaction. Never before could our computers have so much impact on our personal, social and professional lives. Indeed, according to Facebook " s mission statement, " care, empowerment, community, connection and sharing " can nowadays be provided through our computers, but conversely and if not used with caution they can be the cause of divorces, job termination, and imprisonment, as evidenced by the myriad of negative news items related to Facebook over the last decade.Growing concerns over the privacy of users " information has thus accompanied the social network " s remarkable development. If year 2014marked Facebook " s tenth anniversary, year 2015 marks the tenth anniversary of the first scholarly work studying its implications for the privacy of its users, and the scholarly interest in privacy on Facebook continued growing since then. Yet, to the best of our knowledge, no literature review focusing on this topic is available so far. Therefore, our aim with this paper is to propose an examination, over the past 10years (ceremony), of some of the notable academic debates surrounding privacy on Facebook.
