Business units or financial institutions can not survive, unless they satisfy their customer's expectations. Only satisfied customers will transact business continuously and recommend for transacting business at societies with their friends and relatives. Each and every financial institution adopts their own strategies for fulfilling their customer's expectations and tries to retain existing customers and to attract new ones. Thus, in this study an attempt has been made to ascertain the factors influencing customer's satisfaction and to offer suggestions for enhancing customer's satisfaction. The result of the study portrays that area of residence, age, educational qualification, occupation, monthly income, family income, type of family, level of awareness and level of perception on service quality are the factors associated with customer's satisfaction.

Cities and museums are chameleon-like, hybrid artefacts that operate in a world that is nowadays immersed into a kind of ‘great unsettling’. Urban identity, citizenship and civic engagement, belonging, urban networks, cooperation and connectivity, activism and innovation in various forms from environmental sustainability initiatives to the cultural incorporation of immigrants are key matters for reflection and action within this context. If David Harvey, as a social historian, sets in his study on rebel cities the age-old question ‘what kind of city we want’, this article aims to re-address the question within the context of museums and exhibitions that deal with contemporary urban utopias, dystopias and networks of urban experiences and ask what kind of city museums we need in contemporary societies. It discusses how museums of cities are living systems of tremendous scale and potential which embody a hybridity of cultures and employ an array of modalities that tell different stories of the world. It also reflects on urban museology through a systems thinking lens and sets new questions on key social issues about cities and museums of cities.

Οι πόλεις και τα μουσεία είναι σαν τους χαμαιλέοντες που διαρκώς μεταμορφώνονται. Μοιάζουν με υβριδικά αντικείμενα που καλούνται να υπάρξουν και να εξελιχθούν στο πλαίσιο ενός κόσμου ραγδαίων αλλαγών. Η αστική ταυτότητα, η πολιτειακή συνείδηση, η εμπλοκή των πολιτών στα κοινά, η συνδεσιμότητα μεταξύ ανθρώπων και συλλογικοτήτων, το ανήκειν σε μια κοινότητα, τα κοινωνικά δίκτυα, ο κοινωνικός ακτιβισμός, η καινοτομία, η αειφορική στάση ζωής, η κοινωνική αλληλεγγύη είναι μερικά από τα θέματα που απασχολούν τις σύγχρονες αστικές και μουσειακές σπουδές, τόσο σε επίπεδο ερευνητικό όσο και εφαρμοσμένων πρακτικών.
Η αστικότητα αναμφισβήτητα είναι ένα παγκόσμιο φαινόμενο. Ο Harvey σημειώνει μάλιστα ότι αποτελεί μια κατάσταση που έχει καθοριστεί από ένα σωρό αβεβαιότητες και ρήξεις, συνδέεται δε με ένα πολιτικής φύσεως ερώτημα που δεν είναι άλλο από το "τι είδους πόλεις θέλουμε τελικά να δημιουργήσουμε”;
Το παρόν άρθρο έχει ως στόχο να επαναδιατυπώσει το ερώτημα στο πλαίσιο ενός ευρύτερου προβληματισμού για τα μουσεία και τις εκθέσεις που θέτουν σύγχρονα ζητήματα για τις αστικές ουτοπίες, δυστοπίες, συλλογικότητες και εμπειρίες. Το αναδυόμενο συναφές ερώτημα είναι "τι είδους μουσεία και μουσειακές εμπειρίες χρειαζόμαστε στις σύγχρονες πόλεις";
Το άρθρο συζητά πώς τα μουσεία πόλεων ενσωματώνουν ένα υβριδικό σύνολο πολιτισμικών αναφορών και ιστοριών για τον κόσμο και τους πολίτες των πόλεων επιχειρώντας παράλληλα να αποτελέσει μια συμβολή στη σύγχρονη αστική μουσειολογία.

In this article we focus on the relationship between online communities, so-called virtual communities (VCs), and offline collaboration in order to gain insight in (1) the relationship between VCs and collaboration and (2) the relationship between the perception of the virtual/virtuality and collaboration. Based on 49 in-depth interviews with members of a social VC (GSCAI), a professional VC (Diarioclown), a non-proft VC (AZALEA) and a commercial VC (F&G) we conclude that VCs can be a cheap and powerful tool to support offline collaboration. However, this effcacy can also destroy or compromise a group. From a theoretical perspective, our study demonstrates the applicability and usefulness of Porter’s typology of virtual communities and suggests extending it with an online-offline orientation or dimension.

En este artículo nos centramos en la relación entre las comunidades online, las denominadas comunidades virtuales (VC) y la colaboración offline con el fin de obtener información sobre (1) la relación entre las VC y la colaboración y (2) la relación entre la percepción de virtual / virtualidad y la colaboración. Con base en 49 entrevistas en profundidad con miembros de una VC social (GSCAI), una VC profesional (Diarioclown), una VC sin ánimo de lucro (AZALEA) y una VC comercial (F&G) concluimos que las VC pueden ser una herramienta barata y poderosa para administrar la colaboración offline. Sin embargo, esta eficacia también puede destruir o comprometer un grupo. Desde una perspectiva teórica, nuestro estudio demuestra la aplicabilidad y la utilidad de la tipología de Porter de las comunidades virtuales y sugiere su expansión con una orientación o dimensión online-offline.
