This research uses qualitative exploratory study that seeks to explore the study of radical democracy and local political parties with methods of literary study. As for the sources that will be used most of the book discusses the many radical democracy and local political parties. Moreover, it will be strengthened with several other supporting data such as the Law, the vote result of local political parties, as well as studies that discuss the radical democracy and local political parties.

This work discusses the relevance of the concept of radical democracy with local political parties in Aceh. This radical theory of democracy is actually the antithesis or the answer from post-Marxist to the phenomenon of democracy and liberalism in the 21st century. In the theory of radical democracy, hegemonic cultural values are still retained as the basis of the class struggle. In addition, Mouffe and Laclau also many include a plurality of values and trying to recover the political nature of the agonist in the discourse of democracy.

The main conclusion of this study is a reflection of the existence of the new social movements of the local community as a form of disillusionment with the liberal democratic Indonesia that run over the last few years. And there are similarities pattern initiated Mouffe and Laclau through radical democracy and the movement of local political parties in Aceh.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mejelaskan peran gerakan sosial pada kasus gerakan perlawanan yang dilakukan masyarakat terhadap kebijakan Perwal nomor 35 tahun 2013 tentang implementasi jalur satu arah di kawasan lingkar Universitas Brawijaya, Kota Malang. Gerakan sosial dianggap sebagai kekuatan efektif dalam mendorong terciptanya perubahan  politik  dan  kebijakan  publik. Peneliti menggunakan teori kebijakan publik dan gerakan sosial sebagai dasar analisis untuk mengetahui tahapan yang menjadi dasar implementasi kebijakan, serta teori gerakan sosial untuk menganalisis proses berkembangnya gerakan dalam menuwudkan tuntutannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Serta metode pengumpulan data yang meliputi sumber data primer (observasi, wawancara) dan sumber data sekunder (dokumentasi). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap berkembangnya perlawanan masyarakat dalam menekan Pemkot Malang untuk mencabut kebijakan, meliputi struktur kesempatan politik menunjukkan adanya akses keterbukaan terhadap sistem politik, kemudian mobilisasi sumberdaya menunjukkan peran aktor gerakan untuk menggerakkan sumberdaya internal dan jaringan eksternal, serta kerangka framing yang digunakan untuk membingkai isu sebagai pendorong gerakan untuk melakukan perlawanan.

Beberapa hari belakangan kita dihebohkan denga tewasnya seorang suporter The Jakmania ( Sebutan bagi para pendukung tim Persija Jakarta ) yang dikeroyook oleh antar suporter yaitu Bobotoh ( sebutan untuk para pendukung Persib Bandung ) pada saat kedua tim melangsungkan laga di Gelora Bandung Lautan Api. Minggu (23/9/2018) malam WIB, dalam lanjutan Liga 1 2018. Laga berkesudahan dengan kemenangan Persib Bandung dengan skor 3-2 mengalahkan Persija Jakarta. Sebelum laga bergulir, Bobotoh melakukan pengeroyokan ke seorang The Jakmania di sekitaran area stadion. Akbiat tindakan itu, pria yang diketahui bernama Haringga Sirila tewas di tempat dalam keadaan bersimbah darah.
Dunia sepak bola yang kembali tercoreng gara- gara perilaku agresif antar suporter sepak bola ini kerap kali menjadi masalah utama dalam dunia olahraga Indonesia. Para suporter acap kali tidak bisa mengontrol emosinya tatkala mereka mendukung tim kesayangannya. Tindakan agresifpun kerap kali menjadi pilihan ketika tim kesayangan kalah atau bertemu dengan musuh bebuyutan untuk mengungkapkan amarah dan rasa dendam yang berkecimuk di hati para suporter tersebut
Lantas apa yang dimaksud agresi dan bagaimana teori-teori serta tipe tipe agresi?

Every regions has a different asumptions about its own beauty standards. Unconsciously, standardization of beauty which is based on white skin in advertisements has cause a false awareness in society, that makes the construction of women"s beauty which has a white skin are being propagated by the media using television commercial advertisement. This research is contained about the image of beauty in liquid soap advertisement commercials on television. The purpose of this research is to identify the description of beauty that is portrayed in the Shinzui Body Cleanser advertisement presented by PT. Bina Karya Prima in the liquid soap production advertisements. This advertisement using a Japanese women as the model to showing physical attractiveness of the product. The model in this Shinzui advertisement has characteristics of outward beauty (outer beauty). The research methods that has been used is qualitative critical based on the semiotic model of Rolland Barthes the system of marks divided into denotations and connotations forming myths to produce meaning. Data collected with observing the video of the advertisement and taking pictures that capable of representing the beauty on the Shinzui"s soap model. From the research results obtained that in Shinzui"s advertising video depicting beauty through communication media with the application of mass communication has a profound effect on everyday appearance. The people (mainly women) are affected by the concept of style and beauty in the Shinzui advertisement product. The Image of beauty in the advertisements is the Japanese women characteristics.

This study intends to understand the effectiveness of political communication built between Government and Citizens Malang in the aspirations. This study uses descriptive qualitative method through interviews with people who are considered to have the competence to answer to these problems. Governments have an obligation to the aspirations of the people and make it as a material consideration in making a decision. Political communication is part of a very important in creating communication between government and society. However, communication is less effective when constrained by geography. Remember the existence of a rule that requires local government to manage its own affairs This is the purpose of the regional autonomy granted the authority to local government to take care of the household about their respective areas. Malang Regency Government as one of the government has broad the second largest government area has a pretty big obstacle in terms of encompass the problems and aspirations of the people which are located dispersed even broken down by the two cities of Malang and Batu. One media selected by the Government of Malang to bring government closer to the society today is Talkshow. The event was packed with the name "Ngopi Bareng Bung Renda ". This activity is designed as an attempt to give solution of actual problems that occur, socialization and means of dialogue with the citizens of Bung Renda to get closer and strengthen governance in Malang Regency responsife and transparent. Ngopi Bareng Bung Renda Talk show give more value to the efforts political communication is done by local government. where government or regent can directly interact with people, can be directly listen to the aspirations and concerns of its people. Through this event regent be a good listener figure, not only as a listener but also as a distributor of aloe people.

Disusun Oleh : Rifai Anas Amirul Huda (Psikologi B-1) (185120300111030) Kabupaten Blora adalah sebuah kabupaten yang letaknya terpencil, Kabupaten Blora sendiri dikelilingi oleh deretan Pegunungan Kendeng. Berdasarkan wilayah Blora yang dikelilingi deretan pegunungan kapur tersebut, daerah ini menjadi terisolasi dari masyarakat sekitar. Hal itu dapat tercemin dalam kehidupan suku samin tempo dulu. Ajaran Saminisme merupakan sebuah aliran yang mengajarkan idealisme yang kuat dimana ajaran ini menolak segala kebijakan Pemerintah Kolonial Belanda yang pada waktu itu, misalnya saja pada saat Pemerintah Kolonial Belanda menerapkan politik etis, suku samin ini menolak mentah-mentah untuk disekolahkan dan dijadikan objek politik Pemerintah Kolonial Belanda. Sebutan suku samin ini sebetulnya kurang cocok untuk menggambarkan sekelompok orang yang mengikuti sebuah ajaran saminisme yang di bawa oleh Samin Surosentiko. Orang-orang yang menganut saminisme dalam skala yang banyak dan mendiami sebuah daerah (Pati, Kudus, Bojonegoro, dan Blora) ini lebih tepat disebut dengan komunitas. Hal itu terjadi karena samin tidak memenuhi kriteria sebuah suku seperti adanya rumah adat, tarian tradisional, tetapi samin sendiri hanya berisi pemikiran dan ajran mengenai kehidupan. Dalam ajarannya komunitas samin ini terdapat pokok-pokok ajaran yaitu sebagai berikut 1) Agama adalah senjata atau pegangan hidup. Paham Samin tidak membeda bedakan agama, oleh karena itu orang Samin tidak pernah mengingkari atau membenci agama. Yang penting adalah tabiat dalam hidupnya. 2)Jangan mengganggu orang, jangan bertengkar, jangan suka irihati dan jangan suka mengambil milik orang lain. 3) Bersikap sabar dan jangan sombong. 4) Manusia hidup harus memahami kehidupannya sebab hidup adalah sama denganroh dan hanya satu dibawa abadi selamanya.Menurut orang Samin, roh orang yang meninggal tidaklah meninggal,
