Activities office has a close relationship with the office equipment as an important means to generate employment office. Planning office equipment is the first step to hold the office equipment. The study is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection techniques were questionnaires, documentation and interview. The population was 85 people and the sample was 50 people, taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques included validity, reliability test, and multiple linier regression analysis. The findings of this study were the condition of the planning, maintenance, removal and performance of employees is high and planning office equipment partially contribute strongly to employee performance, maintenance of office equipment partially contribute strongly to the performance of employee, elimination of weak partially contribute to employee performance and planning, maintenance, elimination simultaneously strong role on the performance of employees.

The purpose of the office layout is ergonomic is that space is used efficiently for the purposes of employment so as to carry out a job employees can take the shortest distance so they can save time and work can flow smoothly, and of course, the advantage of office layout for the employees is an occupational safety and health of employees is maintained. Ergonomic Office has a very close relationship with an occupational safety and health of employees. As the goal of ergonomics itself is to improve the safety and health that will have an impact on increasing the performance of the employee and the employee is also able to achieve high performance in a comfortable condition and safely. Although the application of ergonomic and K3 in the company has been proven to improve health, safety, and productivity of employees however, there are several factors that inhibit the difficulty of applying the system ergonomic ie the management company still gave a low priority in the program of ergonomics and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) in the company , a program that dilaksanan more curative programs compared with preventive programs. So in its implementation in the company to treat / improve something that has occurred (curative) of the prevent something not occurred (preventive) is more important. In practice, health workers and safety rarely visit a place of employment, so that they do not understand what employees and ultimately not able to provide the solution to improve the efficiency and productivity of work, lack of knowledge about occupational health and safety systems and ergonomics of the company, limited capital, oversight and implementation of sanctions weakened by the government. Although there are many obstacles in implementing office layout is ergonomic in an office, a company must still pay attention to the office layout is ergonomic for the creation of the safety and health of employees who will create comfort and safety for the employees who work so as to improve the performance of an employee.

Tinjauan teori kepemimpinan ini mengungkapkan beberapa hal penting arahan baru untuk praktik kepemimpinan di masa depan. Pemimpin baru harus menggunakan banyak kualitas baru untuk bekerja secara efektif. Pemimpin baru harus visioner, bersedia mengambil risiko, dan sangat mudah beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Ia harus lebih lanjut bersedia untuk mendelegasikan otoritas dan tempatkan penekanan pada inovasi. Yang baru pemimpin harus mencontohkan nilai, tujuan, dan budaya organisasi dan sangat sadar akan lingkungan faktor yang memengaruhi organisasi (Rosow, 1985). Pemimpin baru harus mengadopsi perspektif baru
kekuasaan. Padahal pandangan lama tentang kekuasaan ditangani mendominasi bawahan, strategi baru seharusnya untuk membangun keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri bawahan. Pemimpin harus memimpin dengan memberdayakan orang lain dan meningkatkan tempat penekanan pada kenegarawanan (Pascarella dan Cook,1978).
Para pemimpin harus mengambil pandangan yang lebih kolektif tentang kepemimpinan di mana pengaruh pemimpin didistribusikan di semua tingkatan organisasi (Osborn, Morris, dan Connor, 1984). Sementara pemimpin yang kuat dan terlihat sangat penting di atas, harus ada operasional yang saling melengkapi dan kepemimpinan institusional di tingkat bawah (Nadler dan Tushman, 1988). Pemimpin harus lebih memperhatikan pemikiran strategis dan aktivitas intelektual di puncak organisasi. Eksekutif akan menjadi efektif terutama di mereka kemampuan untuk memahami, memvisualisasikan, membuat konsep, dan mengartikulasikan kepada rekan-rekan mereka dan menempatkan peluang di bawahnya dan ancaman yang dihadapi organisasi. Yang baru pemimpin "seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Bennis dan Nanus (1985) adalah satu yang memberi energi orang untuk bertindak, mengembangkan pengikut pemimpin, dan mengubah anggota organisasi menjadi agen perubahan.

Etika pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial sangat diperlukan untuk memangku kepentingan para stakeholder dan perubahan dalam hukum. Selain itu, etika pemasaran dan tanggung jawab sosial dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran dan menghasilkan keuntungan dalam berbisnis. Masalah etika yang lebih umum yang terjadi dalam pemasaran yaitu Overall / Umum, Product Issues, Pricing Issues, Distribution Issues, Promotion Issue.

Berdasarkan pembahasan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa:
1. Risiko dan tingkat pengembalian merupakan kondisi yang dialami perusahaan, individu atau instansi dalam keputusan investasi
2. Risiko dan tingkat pengembalina memiliki hubungan yang linier, yaitu semakin tinggi Risiko maka semakin tinggi pula return atau tingkat pengembalian. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah risiko maka semakin rendah pula tingkat pengembalian.
3. Alat statistik yang dipakai sebagai ukuran penyebaran risiko adalah Varians. Melalui konsep varians tersebut menghasilkan apa yang disebut dengan standar deviasi untuk menghitung risiko.

Pada umumnya akuntansi adalah suatu proses pengumpulan data keuangan baik yang terjadi di perusahaan jasa, dagang, industry atau badan Pemerintah atau badan Swasta dan hasilnya disampaikan kepada pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan baik bermotif mencari keuntungan atau tidak.

Sampai sekarang ini masih dijadikan polemik di masyarakat tentang Tata Buku dengan Akuntansi Untuk lebih jelasnya maka disini diberikan pendapat dari Paul Grady dalam hasil penelitian oleh American Institute of Certified Publick Accountant yaitu sebagai berikut.

“Akuntansi adalah keseluruhan pengetahuan dan fungsi yang berhubungan dengan penciptaan, pengesahan, pencatatan, pengelompokkan, penyimpulan, penganalisaan, penafsiran dan penyajian informasi yang dapat dipercaya dan penting artinya secara sistematik mengenai transaksi-transaksi yang sedikitdikitnya bersifat financial dan yang diperlukan untuk pimpinan dan operasi suatu badan dan untuk laporan-laporan yang harus diajukan mengenai hal tadi guna atau Pembukuan adalah bagian dari pengertian Akuntansi yaitu hanya pada bagian pengumpulan data dan dilanjutkan dengan pencatatannya, sedangkan Akuntansi mempunyai jangkauannya sangat luas sekali dan sangat kompleks. memenuhi pertangung jawaban yang bersifat keuangan dan lainnya”.

Perkembangan Tentang Akuntansi dan Hubungannya dengan Pajak Pemerintah

Berdasarkan informasi bahwa akuntansi sudah ada sejak peradaban Cina kuno, Babilonia, Yunani dan Mesir kurang lebih tahun 1400 yang lalu. Akuntansi terus berkembang lebih jauh karena adanya kebutuhan akan informasi dari para pedagang di kota –kota Negara Italia selama tahun 1400.

Dalam suasana komersil tersebut , Rahib Luca Pacioli, seorang ahli matematika dan sahabat dari Leonardo da Vinci mengumumkan tentang gambaran pertama tentang double entry bookkeeping / pembukuan berganda di tahun 1494. Kemudian dengan berkembang pesatnya perdagangan dan industry maka pemerintah menuntut terhadap penetapan pajak kepada para pengusaha. Dalam hal ini maka informasi akuntansi tersebut sangat mambantu sekali dalam penetapan besarnya pajak yang harus dibayar.

Adanya hak Negara memperoleh dana pajak, melahirkan kewajiban membentuk peraturan perUU perpajakan sebagai landasan hukum (legalitas) dan landasan kewenangan untuk mengenakan pajak dan menagih utang pajak kepada warga negaranya (yuridikitas) serta menetapkan prosedur administarif dan mekanisme yuridis dalam pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian sengketa yang ditimbulkannya. Ditunjuknya Fiskus dan WP selaku subjek hukum pajak, berimplikasi pada pola hubungan hukum keduanya bersifat timbal-balik (resiprokal) sebagai sesama petugas pelaksana UU perpajakan.
Penunjukkan WP yang bertugas sebagai pemungut pajak berdasarkan self assesment & withholding tax system, merupakan bentuk penggeseran (delegasi) sebagian kecil tugas administrasi negara ke pihak swasta, menjadikan tugas delegasian kepada FISKUS dikonsentrasikan pada fungsi pengawasan (counter ceck & balance) terhadap pelaksanaan tugas yang didelegasikan WP. Berdasarkan official assessment system, FISKUS dalam kapasitas jabatannya (ex-officio) berwenang untuk menghitung dan menetapkan kembali jumlah utang yang sebenarnya, menurut kondisi factual atau mencerminkan kegiatan WP secara actual di lapangan, dan melakukan tindakan penetapan dan penagihan utang pajak sesuai mekanisme hukum dan prosedur administratif yang berlaku dalam pengenaan, pemungutan dan pelunasan utang pajak.
Adanya kewenangan Fiskus dalam melakukan koreksi fiscal dan menetapkan kembali jumlah utang pajak melalui penerbitan SKP, STP atau SK pajak (fungsi pengawasan) dan melakukan tindakan penagihannya (fungsi penegakan hukum), melahirkan hak-hak bagi WP untuk mengetahui keabsahan dasar hukum dan validitas perhitungan koreksi pajak serta legitimasi dalam proses penagihannya. Bila terdapat kesalahan administratif atau mengandung cacat hukum, WP berhak mengajukan perlawanan berupa upaya administrasi dan upaya hukum guna menyelesaikan dispute atau sengketa perpajakannya. Sebaliknya, FISKUS berkewajiban secara resiprokal untuk menerima, menghadapi dan menyelesaikan masalah dan sengketa tersebut baik dalam ranah administrasi di internal instansi-nya (KPP, Kanwil dan DJP) ataupun dalam ranah hukum di institusi eksternal-nya (Pengadilan Pajak dan Mahkamah Agung).
Intinya, FISKUS dalam menjalankan fungsi pelayanan, pengawasan dan penegakan hukum terhadap WP, terikat dengan prosedur administratif dan mekanisme hukum yang diatur dalam hukum pajak, bertujuan untuk menciptakan kepastian hukum dan memberikan rasa keadilan yang lebih substantif di bidang perpajakan, disamping pula untuk mengakomadasi larangan terjadinya tindakan sewenang-wenang dalam menetapkan jumlah dan menagih utang pajak secara melawan hukum oleh Fiskus (onrechtmatige overheidsdaad) mengingat kapasitasnya selaku  penguasa di bidang perpajakan (tax authority). Sebagai penyeimbangnya, terhadap WP, pegawai/karyawan WP, konsultan pajak dan pihak ketiga terkait dan dalam kapasitasnya masing-masing, juga dilarang melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum baik dalam bentuk mal-administrasi maupun delik pidana perpajakan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian pada potensi pendapatan Negara.

Technology is also used to catalog the expertise of member organizations and as a result facilitate access to the right people and enhance knowledge sharing (Zahra & Nasser 2013). Computermediated communications such as electronic mail or computer-conferencing can help maintain continuity and connection between conversations, especially for those in different locations. Al-Hawamdeh (2002). An important focus of any management activity is the task of managing information, Eze (2000) believes that there are several strong reasons why modern secretaries should be concerned with information and communication technology. Decision making is a policy, goals and plans that are interpreted into real actions, therefore, the quality of decisions taken by management is very critical depending on the quality and quantity of information that supports decisions

In an office / company must have employees who play a role in the work process. Without the existence of employees, the purpose of an office or organization will not run well. To run it, office employees need to have a good work discipline attitude. Work discipline is basically an attitude of compliance with the rules, norms, laws and regulations that apply. Work discipline is very necessary in the organization, because it can facilitate the goal of achieving organizational goals. The high and low work discipline of employees in carrying out their duties is influenced by several factors, according to Hasibuan (2009) factors that influence work discipline include: Purpose and Ability, Leadership, Compensation, Legal Sanctions, and Supervision. Where based on the description above, it can be concluded that the supervision carried out by the leadership can influence employee work discipline. Because with the existence of effective supervision by the leadership of the work discipline of employees, morale will arise and employees will work diligently, discipline, kind and responsible.

This study aims to determine whether there are differences between personal selling and advertising variables on the purchasing decisions of Djarum and Gudang Garam cigarette products in Surabaya. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling aimed at consumers who have made a decision to purchase Djarum and Gudang Garam cigarettes, the number of samples is 100 respondents who are divided into two, 50 from Djarum respondents and 50 from Gudang Garam respondents, data collection using online questionnaires or google forms. And testing tools were carried out in the form of Validity Test and Reliability Test, as well as data analysis techniques with Variance Test and Independent Sample t-Test. The results obtained from this study indicate that: 1. There is a significant difference in the personal selling variable on Djarum and Gudang Garam cigarettes with a significant personal selling result with a probability value (Sig-t) of 0.000 <0.05 which is accepted. 2. There is a significant difference in the advertising variable on Djarum and Gudang Garam cigarettes with a significant advertising result with a probability value (Sig-t) of 0.002 <0.05 which is accepted. 3. There is a significant difference between the Djarum and Gudang Garam cigarette purchase decision variables with a significant probability of purchasing decisions with a probability value (Sig-t) of 0.001 <0.05 which is accepted.

Thus, the role of the operational standards are very important in carrying out a job. This standard operating procedure affects the performance of each employee. So, my goal is to make this journal in order to know the role of standard operating procedures for employee performance. The methodology I use is a literature study obtained from various sources which I then develop based on understanding. ABSTRAK Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh pegawai sesuai dengan perannya di dalam pekerjaan. Sebuah perusahaan harus memiliki s tandar kerja untuk para pegawainya agar para pegawainya tersebut melakukan pekerjaannya secara maksimal. Dan para pegawai haruslah melakukan pekerjaannya sesuai dengan standar kerja yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Standar kerja yang dimaksud adalah standar operasional prosedur yang memiliki pengertian yaitu serangkaian langkah yang diikuti dalam urutan teratur untuk menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan sesuai intruks i dan standar yang ditetapkan. Sehingga, peran dari standar operasional sangatlah penting dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan. Standar operasional prosedur ini memengaruhi kinerja tiap pegawai. Sehingga, tujuan saya membuat jurnal ini agar mengetahui peran standar operasional prosedur bagi kinerja pegawai. Metodologi yang saya gunakan adalah studi literatur yang didapat dari berbagai sumber yang kemudian saya kembangkan berdasarkan pemahaman.

ABSTRAK Suatu perusahaan tidak akan lengkap tanpa peralatan-peralatan kantor yang mendukung segala pekerjaan para karyawannya. Peralatan-peralatan kantor tersebut harus memiliki kualitas yang memadai agar para karyawan merasa aman, nyaman dan tidak mengeluh nyeri di badannya ketika menggunakan peralatan kantor dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Penerapan ilmu ergonomi dapat menjadi jalan keluar sebagai upaya meminimalisir segala persoalan karyawan karena peralatan kantor. Ketika karyawan tidak memiliki masalah dengan peralatan kantor dan nyaman serta aman menggunakannya, maka karyawan akan menyelesaikan segala pekerjaan dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga produktivitas kerja karyawan pun akan tercapai dan hal itu berdampak besar pada kinerja sebuah perusahaan. Berdasarkan analisis data kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peralatan kantor yang ergonomis penting bagi produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan.

ABSTRAK Sebuah perusahaan yang sukses adalah perusahaan yang dapat mencapai tujuan utamanya. Keberadaan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas menjadi salah satu cara dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, diperlukan adanya dorongan agar kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan. Salah satu upaya untuk mendorong motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan menerapkan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan peranan lingkungan kerja yang baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mencari, membaca, dan mengolah data dan informasi yang didapat dari buku, laporan penelitian, dan jurnal yang dapat mendukung penulisan karya tulis ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa adanya peranan penting dari lingkungan kerja yang baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penyediaan lingkungan kerja fisik maupun non fisik yang baik dapat menumbuhkan kenyamanan dan ketenteraman bagi kegiatan karyawan. Rasa senang, nyaman, dan tenteram membuat karyawan lebih menikmati setiap pekerjaannya sehingga mendorong peningkatan motivasi kerja. Dengan adanya lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dapat memberikan kepuasan akan kebutuhan karyawan sehingga kinerja pun ikut meningkat. Kata kunci : lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan.
