Nomenclatura

Los hidrocarburos y sus compuestos derivados se pueden clasificar en general en tres grandes categorías: 1. Hidrocarburos alifáticos, formados por cadenas de átomos de carbono en las que no hay estructuras cíclicas. Se les denominan en general, hidrocarburos de cadena abierta o acíclicos. 2. Hidrocarburos alicíclicos, o simplemente cíclicos, compuestos por átomos de carbono encadenados formando uno o varios anillos. 3. Hidrocarburos aromáticos, que constituyen un grupo especial de compuestos cíclicos que contienen en general anillos de seis eslabones en los cuales alternan enlaces sencillos y dobles. Se clasifican, independientemente de los hidrocarburos alifáticos y alicíclicos, por sus propiedades físicas y químicas muy características.

Putem deosebi două tipuri de nomenclatoare: 1. Tipul 1-nomenclatoare cu mai multe nivele ierarhice, în bara cu instrumente includ butonul pentru formarea unui grup. 2. Tipul 2-nomenclatoare cu un singur nivel liniare, în bara cu instrumente nu este prezent butonul Новая группа. Aceste nomenclatoare se mai numesc subordonate doarece ele pot fi utilizate pentru introducerea informației în nomenclatoarele de tipul 1. The nomenclature and classification of lamprophyres, lamproites, kimberlites and the kalsilitic, melilitic and leucitic rocls are inaaequately detined. The recommendations of three working groups establghed by t{e, IUGS-Subcommi-ssion on the Systematics of igneous Rocks to resolve aspects of tlle problem are presented for discussion. New definitions of the above are given, variouslyln mineralogical and geochemical terms, and a reviied sequence for the systematic classification of the rocks is provided which integrates with the existing IUGS hierarchical system.

Soviet "Thaw" of late 1950s - early 1960s is seen as a particular case of "perspiciation" process, i.e. a process of making public sphere more transparent, penetrable and homogeneity; of "big" public discourses appropriating the semantic systems operating the micro-group levels of situation encoding.  The "Thaw" is looked at as the last successful Soviet mobilization project, with an attempt to create a new Soviet identity as one of its aspects - while the very process of reformatting of Soviet meta-narrative was largely due to Nomenclatura's need to get rid of close control, to obtain a right to some free zones, keeping at the same time all the benefits that could be gained from mobilization of population as a resource.

The article, on the basis of the materials of the archival funds of the Ministry of State Control of the USSR, the Party Control Commission of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Secretariat and the Politburo, is
dedicated to the unknown aspects of the “Azerbaijan affair” and political processes in the Central Committee of the CPSU in the summer of 1948. The “Azerbaijan affair” was an investigation of abuses of senior officials of the Azerbaijan SSR. The revision of the government of the Azerbaijan SSR was approved by the Council of Ministers of the USSR and personally by Stalin. The development of events from January to July 1948 became threatening for the republic’s nomenklatura. The audit took place on a large scale; its conclusions could lead to serious personnel changes in the republic and even criminal cases. Based on the analysis of the archival materials of the Party Control Commission and the Central Committee of the CPSU on the case of the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijan SSR Azizbekov it is possible to conclude that the attitude of the Party leadership towards this affair changed in July 1948. The decision of the Party Control Commission’s Bureau to exclude Azizbekov from the Party was withdrawn from Protocol of the Commission and adopted in a new edition after
another number, date and with another resolution (instead of the exception from the Party Azizbekov received a
severe reprimand). July 21, 1948, the Politburo Commission was formed, which included the first secretary of the
Communist Party of Azerbaijan M. D. Bagirov. Conclusions of the Commission, rehabilitating Azerbaijan leaders, condemned the course of the audit and entailed resignations in the Ministry of State Control, were approved by the Politburo. It can be assumed that a sharp turn in the “Azerbaijan affair” is connected with the regrouping of forces inside the Central Committee

No mundo da gemologia e joalharia, o uso adequado da terminologia é bastante importante não só para uma boa comunicação das pedras e jóias, como também para sua eficiente e rigorosa descrição em sede de relatório, inventário ou avaliação. Nem sempre, todavia, essa terminologia é bem usada.

Se estudia la nomenclatura sobre la guerra del Triple Alianza (1864-1870) en la nomenclatura de Asunción como narración de la nación en tres etapas (1942-1953 o nacionalismo militarista; 1954-1988 o stronismo y 1989-2007 o transición). Los nombres de los militares combatientes y los campos de batalla con sus fechas -sin sus correspondientes años para ubicarse en el tiempo mítico- conforman la columna vertebral del recuerdo.

Fourteen binomials of eleven recognized species of Smithia are lectotypified: Smithia bigemina, S. blanda, S. blanda var.
humilis, S. capitata, S. ciliata, S. dichotoma, S. gracilis, S. grandis, S. hirsuta, S. purpurea, S. pycnantha, S. paniculata, S.
racemosa and S. setulosa.

A gemologia estuda os materiais aplicados na joalharia (com excepção dos metais) e esses materiais provêm de universos tão distintos como o da mineralogia, geologia e biologia onde existem regras de nomenclatura bem definidas. Discute-se aqui se a gemologia deve usar rigorosamente essa nomenclatura ou se deverá haverá tolerância na atribuição dos nomes destes materiais.

During floristic expeditions in Khasia hills region of Meghalaya state in August 2018, a remarkable species of Didymocarpus was collected from rocky crevices at an elevation of 950 m on the way to Cherapunjee, East Khasi Hills district. After detailed study of Didymocarpus species of India, including protologues, type specimens, other herbarium specimens and relevant literature (Clarke, 1884; Weber et al., 2000; Sinha & Datta, 2016; Pandey et al., 2020), it is identified as Didymocarpus hookeri C.B. Clarke, an endemic and rare herb. This species is known in India from Assam and Meghalaya by type collections and few herbarium specimens. It was reported last time by N.L. Bor from Cherra road, Meghalaya in the year 1937. The present collection from East Khasi Hills district, Meghalaya is a rediscovery of this species after a lapse of about 81 years.

This paper deals with the lectotypification of 26 names of 14 recognised species in the genus Litsea Lam. and two replacement names are proposed for Lindera hookeri Meisn. and Tetranthera khasyana Meisn. as Litsea himalayensis R. Kr. Singh and Litsea meghalayensis R. Kr. Singh.

Smashing initial hopes for more radical and speedier changes in Russia, elements of the Soviet system of managerial and ideological control proved to be obstinately persistent. Certain practices reminiscent of the informal functioning of the Soviet nomenklatura continue unabated primarily in politics, but also in Russian media. This article argues that nomenklatura practices are still a fixed part in organization management in Russian media today, securing the loyalty of journalists and controlling the output of the news media. The analysis of 30 semi-structured interviews and three case studies, scrutinizing media managers’ professional biographies, directs to a non-intuitive development; namely, that it is not necessarily those who have experienced the Soviet nomenklatura closely and in person who were most active in applying and perpetuating nomenklatura practices, but also those who were either remote from these power structures or too young.

The name Gnaphalium flaccidum Kurz ex C. B. Clarke is lectotypified here with a specimen at K and a new name Gnaphalium peguense R. Kr. Singh is proposed to replace G. flaccidum Kurz ex C. B. Clarke, which is an illegitimate later homonym of G. flaccidum Weinm.

Este artigo discute alguns traços da complexa rede de nominação pessoal Wapichana, a qual assenta-se no processo de construção social do corpo. Nesse sentido, toma-se como polo das discussões a atribuição de nomes designativos e autodesignativos indígenas, processo comum nas terras baixas amazônicas, que repercute na noção de corpo e pessoa. Trata-se de uma pesquisa etnográfica cujos resultados demonstram que o nome cultural que o Wapichana porta presume a existência de uma alma-nome ou um segundo corpo.
