Abstrakt Současná společnost doznává rapidních a v mnoha ohledech radikálních změn. V oblasti sociologie byly definovány nové generace, ve filozofii zase současné fáze postmoderní společnosti. Jedná se o "tekutou modernitu", definovanou Z. Baumanem a U. Ecem. Průmyslový design přebírá podobné rysy. Evidentní je proměna z klasických parametrů a zásad "dobrého designu", popsaných D. Ramsem, do "tekutého" stavu. Díky srovnání filozofických pojmů s pojmy v oblasti designu můžeme nazvat postmoderní design "tekutým". Mění se postavení designu? Jedná se o postmodernu, nebo novou (tekoucí) modernitu? Abstract Contemporary society acknowledges rapid as well as drastic changes. New generations are defined in the field of sociology, philosophy has added a definition of the current phase of postmodern society. This is "liquid modernity" as defined by Z. Bauman and U. Eco. Industrial design takes on similar features. Its transformation from the classic parameters and principles of "good design" (as defined by D. Rams) into a "liquid" state is evident. A comparison of philosophical concepts with concepts in the field of design allows it to define postmodern design as "liquid". Are the design positions changing? Is this postmodern or new (liquid) modernity? 1. "Modernost" má přes sto let Začneme-li uvažovat o současnosti jako době moderní, nevyhneme se pojmům "modernost" či "modernita". Ke zmatení dochází v okamžiku, kdy zjistíme, že "doba moderní" trvá více než sto let, ne-li déle. Zakladatelem moderní architektury (i designu) je Otto Wagner, který tvořil na konci XIX. století a jehož kniha Moderne Architektur (Moderní architektura, česky 1910) [19] dává teoretické základy moderního pojetí architektury. Stavba Poštovní spořitelny (Wiener Postsparkasse, Georg-Coch-Platz, Vídeň I, 1904-1912) je rozhodně jedním z prvních počinů moderní architektury s designérským pojetím detailů interiéru, byť je spíše zařazována do pozdní secese. [18] Následuje "moderna" funkcionalistická, především v oblasti designu zastoupená školou Bauhaus (zal. 1919)-osobnostmi jako Walter Gropius, Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier apod. Poválečné období zastupují autoři prosazující "modernu", jako např. Dieter Rams, který pracoval pro firmu Braun a dal jí svébytný "minimalistický" moderní styl. Pak bychom mohli, zjednodušeně řečeno, pokračovat post-modernou 80. let XX. století (např. skupina Memphis zakladatele Ettore Sotssase) a neo-modernou konce století (Zada Hadid). Design a architektura se po celou dobu pohybovaly ve stejných myšlenkových modelech-současnost je prostě moderní. Historické názvosloví nám však přináší zmatek-moderna byla před sto lety a před lety padesáti… Co je současnost?

In the following essay I propose some thoughts concerning stability (percepts and affects) and modification (desire). The two works written by Deleuze and Guattari that I consider are What is Philosophy? and the two volumes of Capitalism and Schizophrenia – Anti-Oedipus and A Thousand Plateaus. I make reference to Joyce’s literature, although mention of Joyce in Deleuze and Guattari is rare. The reason for using Joyce is that the Irish writer seems to have more than one affinity with the texts produced in the intersecting lives (Dosse, 2011) of the two French writers.
At the same time, Spinoza, among the philosophers who influenced Deleuze, is the benchmark of my essay for understanding the distinction between stability, concerning the work of art, and the work of the unconscious. The distinction between the philosophical mainstream (particularly Aquinas) in regards to “desire” and the importance of body in Spinoza’s philosophy is the path I follow for demonstrating that Schizoanalysis is a breaking point for philosophy, for psychology and for psychoanalysis.
In continuing the line traced out by Spinoza, and followed by Nietzsche and Bergson, Deleuze and Guattari break with the psychoanalytical vision of desire as a negative instance (the missing of something to be endlessly fulfilled) and foster the positive instance of desire as a production of the unconscious. Finally I note that the distinction between the stability of the work of art and the modification of desire – in connection with the distinction made by Spinoza – permits Deleuze to entirely regain the issue concerning: “what a body can do”.

في ظل ما تشهده بنية العلاقات الدولية من تحولات وتحديات عميقة، لن نبدأ الأطروحة من حيث انتهى الآخرون وفقاً للمنهجية النقدية، ولكن سنبدأ من حيث ما يتم التغافل عنه  في معظم الأحيان في دراسة العلاقات الدولية من تأكيد التطورات المسبقة واختزالها في معان أُحادية تحولت بمرور الزمن إلى مسلمات. إذ أن أية صياغة لأية مقاربة منهجية أو نظرية أو معرفية في حقل العلاقات الدولية كانت وستظل مرتبطة بالديناميات المعاصرة، ومنها الجدل المتراكم حول التحولات العالمية إلى الدرجة التي لا تمنع من التحدث عن نهاية العلاقات الدولية

''Bilim eleştirel düşüncedir, bilim eleştirel düşünce ile gelişir.'' Popper'ın eleştirel akılcılık anlayışı, bilimsel anlayışını yansıtır ve kesinlikle bilimsel yöntem için ileri sürdüğü 'yanlışlanabilirlik ilkesinden' bağımsız olarak düşünülemez. Eleştirel akılcılığın en temel amacı, kuramların ne kadar doğrulanmış olursa olsun, sorgulanması, ortaya konulan verilerin alçakgönüllü bir şekilde hatalı ya da yanlış olabileceğini düşünmek gerektiğini öğretmesidir. Çünkü bu tip hatalar daha iyi ve sınanmış doğrulara ulaşmamızı sağlar. Popper buna 'entelektüel alçak gönüllük' der. Bu mütevazı durum bilim insanını bilinmezi bilinir kılmak için daha iyi düşüncelere sevk edecektir. Eleştiri mantığı yanlış yapmaktan korkmamak ve eldeki bilgileri dogmalaştırmamak için önemlidir. Nitekim hatalardan ders çıkarılmalıdır ve bilgide ilerlemeye olanak tanınmalıdır. Bu yöntem yanlış bulunmuş kuramları elemine ederek bunları düzenleyebilecek sıkı sınamalara teslim etmektedir. Böylece eleştirel akılcılık kuramları irdeler ve kuramların zayıf ya da eksik noktalarını bulma amacıyla serbestçe tartışılma olanağı verir. Eleştirel aklın en önemli özelliği kuramları ispat etmek ya da doğrulamak değil onların yanlış olup olmadıklarını göstermektir. Nitekim Popper'ın kuramlara yaptığı en önemli itiraz onların her şeyi açıklayabileceklerini ileri sürmeleridir. Popper'a göre böyle bir iddiada bulunan kuramlar bilimsel değil ancak sözde bilim olabilirler. Popper'in çizdiği resim bize bilim insanın bilimin dogmatik olmadığını, mutlak doğru anlayışlarının bilimi statik bir hale getireceğini gösterir. Bu yüzden bilim insanının ulaştığı bilgiyi son, nihai bilgi olarak görmeyen hep daha fazlasını isteyen biri olması gerekir. Bu da mutlak bilgi anlayışına bir bakıma tepkidir. Mutlak bilgi yoksa nihai bilgi yani doğru bilgi de yoktur ancak yanlışlanabilir bilgiler vardır. Bilim felsefesinin 20.yy itibariyle en önemli sorunu Bilime Sınır Çizme olarak bilinir. Genel olarak bu sorun şöyle izah edilebilir: Her hangi bir önermenin bilimsel olmasının ölçütü nedir? Bu soru etrafında şekillenen ve Mantıkçı Pozitivistler ya da Viyana Çevresi olarak da bilinen grubun ileri sürdüğü düşünceler bu yüzyıla egemendi. Mantıkçı Pozitivistlerin bilimsel olan ve olmayan arasındaki ayrımı belirlerken göz önüne aldıkları en önemli nokta olgusal olan ile değer ifade eden önermelerdi. Yani pozitivistlerin genel bilim anlayışı nesne dünyasıyla değer dünyasını ayırmak ve bu ayrım sonucunda da bilimin sınırlarını sadece olgulara dayandırmaktı. Bu anlayış bilimin sadece olgu dünyasıyla ilgilenmesi gerektiğini, metafiziksel alanın ise boş ve anlamsız olduğunu ileri sürer.

Many philosophers throughout human history have had beliefs about the definition of art and its aesthetics, from ancient Greece to modern times. They all had their own approaches to this issue and described those types of art that were closer to them. Thus, Nietzsche wrote about music, which he loved and composed all his life, and therefore wrote about drama, since he believed that it was born of music and believed that the Apollo-Dionysus dichotomy of the ancient Greek theater could be revived in Wagner's music. Wagner is also associated with the work of Hanslick, where he discusses the aesthetics of music. Plato wrote about the poetry's imitation of life and the manipulation of the spectator's feelings, and Tolstoy, being an adore of music, described its manipulation by emotions and consciousness. All of these philosophers have written about different types of art, but there are some common aspects in their theories.

Se lanza una provocación a no dejar de pensar lo humano desde un pensador
cristiano, cosa paradójica después de la crítica nietzscheana al cristianismo, pero
con un reconocimiento de genialidad y coherencia por parte del filósofo alemán a
nuestro autor francés. Se presenta una lectura ético-antropológica de Pensamientos,
principal obra del matemático y filósofo Blaise Pascal, publicada por sus familiares
y amigos luego de su muerte. El lector se encontrará con una interpretación de su
concepción antropológica y erótica que ha dejado como resultado el señalamiento
de un llamado ético: el desafío de cuidar la vivencia del amor. El hilo conductor del
texto expone como tesis fundamental que todo ser humano tiene una motivación
en su actuar: la de amar y ser amado; dependerá del cuidado de esta condición
erótica –realizado a través del pensamiento– que se alcance la vida feliz o que esta
se torne desdichada.

La doctrina kantiana sobre el cosmopolitismo es la base del globalismo juridico,
una doctrina filosófica-jurídica que reconoce en las organizaciones internacionales
una valiosa herramienta para la paz mundial. La perspectiva y metodología politológica
que funda el presente trabajo, permite ofrecer una reflexión concisa sobre
la hipótesis kantiana de federación mundial, sobre su influencia en los defensores
del globalismo juridico y en las últimas fronteras del mismo, así como claramente
en las críticas a estos argumentos esgrimidos por los defensores del new legal pluralism.
También, el estudio de las diferentes conceptualizaciones de la idea de paz,
que claramente se inserta en los análisis anteriores, enriquece nuestro marco teórico,
favoreciendo además una base útil para tentar de trazar en nuestras conclusiones
una reflexión sobre las capacidades de manejar tanto los complejos desafíos diplomáticos
actuales así como las posibilidades de gestión y resolución de los conflictos
contemporáneos.

Si azi, nationalismul maghiar traieste trauma, ca nu se confrunta cu trecutul iluzoriu a nationalismului maghiar, sustinand iluzia istorica a nationalismului maghiar. "

The Truth in the Post-Averroes Islamic Episteme
Can Averroes’ Theory of Truth Contribute to Contemporary Intercultural Dialogue?
Averroes (Ibn Rushd 1126-1198), philosopher and magistrate, came into conflict with the Maliki jurists and the Ash’rite Salafist theologians of his time who held to the traditionalist and literalist thought according to which the truth is explicit in the revealed text so that it does not require interpretation. Averroes developed a new conception of truth whose goal was to reconcile two different orders of truth. These are variously described as revelation and reason, or faith and the faculty of human judgement, or the truth through others rather than the truth through oneself. By deepening the rationalism of Aristotle in his very dense commentaries, he brought to light the new intellectual conditions which Maimonides, among the Jews, and Thomas Aquinas, among the Catholics, took advantage of to develop new theological systems. In fact, they used the same philosophical frameworks that Averroes had developed and the same conceptual apparatus to interpret the revealed given received in each tradition. All medieval thought was marked, by the following duality: revelation versus rationality (hermeneutical and philosophical), or in other words by a desire to harmonise the given revealed according to the necessary constraints of reason.


Is theory of truth in Averroes (mediaeval) capable of contributing to better, flexible, and peaceful integration of Muslims in plural societies? To answer this question, this text proposes to examine theory of truth of Averroes presented in Fasl al-Maqâl (The Decisive Treaty) and Tahâfut al tahâfut (The Incoherence of Inconsistency), and then to examine the conditions of the abandonment of this theory in the post-Averroes Islamic episteme which retained only the truth of revelation. Finally, this text will show that Averroes’ conception of truth is fundamentally a philosophy of recognition driven by three universal principles:
1. Understanding the other in their own system of reference;
2. Understanding freedom as a responsibility in the search for truth;
3. Recognising the right to be different through respect for others.

La drastica situazione che tutto il mondo sta vivendo in queste settimane apre tanti argomenti di discussione su svariate tematiche del mondo moderno. Internet è in primo piano. Se fino a poco tempo fa ci ponevamo problemi etici su IoT e sul suo utilizzo, adesso altri problemi si presentano più imminenti e concreti, da risolvere in tempi tanto ristretti che non danno spazio alla nostra comoda capacità di reazione. Se il Lockdown disposto dal Governo italiano è l'unica speranza per contenere un'accelerazione dirompente della diffusione del COVID-19, i concetti di Resilienza e Open sono le chiavi per sopravvivere e rinforzarsi. Quando le persone hanno accesso ad Internet, accadono cose straordinarie: possono condividere idee, costruire comunità, connettersi ad opportunità di istruzione, migliorare i risultati sanitari e altro ancora. Internet è diventata la forza che consente un cambiamento sociale ed economico positivo. Disporre di una Rete che sia globale, sicura e affidabile non è più un'opzione. Il COVID-19 sta dimostrando l'importanza della vita e del vivere Onlife.
