Over the recent years there has been an ever-increasing trend to replace metals with plastics in the manufacture of computers, business and industrial machines, automotive and telecommunication components and other electronic equipments. Usually a plastic component will be lighter in weight which in aerospace Industry especially always has been an important consideration. Weight savings have assumed greater importance in other market for example, motor vehicles, where a key factor in achieving greater fuel economy has been reduction in weight overall brought about by changes from metals to plastics, ABS chrome plated parts are one such example for weight reduction in automobile components. Plating on plastics therefore has been developed and widely concerned in manufacturing printed circuit boards, automobile parts, in the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding application, regulator knobs for fan cooler, push buttons, etc. After plating there is no apparent difference visually between metal and plastic parts. For electroplating, the plastic model needs to be made electrically conductive in order for the electroplating process to work, and in this paper an attempt has been made to show and understand the development of electroplating setup for plating ABS plastics.

Uno de los objetivos de este análisis es abonar y contribuir a la (re)construcción de la historia de la música hecha por mujeres y evidenciar los rezagos y vejaciones que siguen persistiendo –desde la década de los cincuenta hasta hoy– en la conformación de la historia del rocanrol (género que después evolucionó y que hoy conocemos como rock) y la música a nivel nacional e internacional. Asimismo, se pretende arrojar como producto principal la crítica a la reproducción de los discursos patriarcales en la música popular, tanto en las agrupaciones pop como en la punk.

Digital media offer new ways of generating and distributing images of the production, preparation and consumption of food and eating. On the one hand, there are many of food-related blogs, vlogs, discussion forums, mobile apps, social media channels and sharing platforms. On the other hand, global communication spaces have emerged that can address an widely diversified audience. For many restaurant visitors, a meal cannot begin without first taking a picture of the food and sharing it on social media. The widespread catchphrase “Phone eats first” describes the global phenomenon in which people take photos of their meals with smartphone cameras before they eat, followed by uploading their photos to social media. Photographing food and eating and posting these images on social media is often described using the neologism ›foodstagramming‹. This refers to the Instagram online service, which combines elements of microblogging and a photo sharing website.

Digitale Medien bieten neue Wege zur Erzeugung und Verteilung von Bil-dern der Herstellung, der Zubereitung und des Konsums von Nahrungs-mitteln und Essen. Einerseits ist die Vielzahl an lebensmittelbezogenen Blogs, Vlogs, Diskussionsforen, mobilen Apps, Social-Media-Kanälen und Sharing-Plattformen mittlerweile unübersehbar. Das Fotografieren von Nahrungsmitteln und Essen und das Posten dieser Bilder in den Sozialen Medien wird häufig mit dem Neologismus ›Foodstagramming‹ umschrieben. Damit wird auf den Online-Dienst Instagram verwiesen, der Elemente des Mikrobloggings und der Fotoplattform verbindet.
