SASI

Sasi is a belief system, rules, and rituals that involve temporary prohibitions on the use of specific resources
or areas. Social, economic-political, and ecological pressures are the background for the dynamics of Sasi. This study
aimed to explain the impact of the Attitudes of the Coastal Community on Sasi Management in Leihitu District, Central
Maluku Regency. This research used a descriptive qualitative method, and it was conducted in the Leihitu sub-district,
Central Maluku district. The research location was selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that most of the
coastal communities in the Leihitu sub-district accepted/supported Sasi's implementation. The knowledge about Sasi and
communication affects the coast in the Leihitu sub-district, Central Maluku District. At the same time, the closing of the
Sasi distinguishes the implementation of Sasi. The opening of the Sasi is carried out by traditional, religious, or a
combination. The monitoring, accountability, and enforcement mechanisms carried out in traditional coastal resource
management are generally carried out within the community, with the community observing the violations that occur.

Dalam pembagiannya subjek hukum Perdata terdiri atas manusia (naturlijkperson) dan badan hukum (rechtperson). Tetapi dalam perkembangannya, ternyata pemerintah yang adalah lembaga publik dapat juga melakukan tindakan hukum perdata, hal ini dapt dibuktikan dengan terlibatnya pemerintah sebagai salah satu pihak dalam kontrak pengadaan barang atau jasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran ternyata bahwa, ketika pemerintah bertindak dalam lapangan keperdataan dan tunduk pada peraturan hukum perdata, maka pemerintah bertindak sebagai wakil dari badan hukum bukan wakil dari jabatan, sehingga tindakan pemerintah tersebut adalah tindakan badan hukum.

Dolazak Sasa na teritoriju srednjovekovne Srbije ostavio je svoj pečat ne samo na uspon rudarstva, već direktno ili indirektno i na razvoj zanatstva. Iako je njihov uticaj bio primarno usmeren na razvoj metalurgije, napredovale su i druge grane proizvodnje, a najpre obrada materijala i proizvodnja artikla neophodnih rudarstvu. Takođe, ubrzana urbanizacija rudarskih gradova dovodi i do uspona zanata čiji su proizvodi namenjeni svakodnevnici. Od posebnog značaja je i saski uticaj na organizaciju zanatlija i zanatske proizvodnje. Stoga je takav višestruki uticaj Sasa neophodno i detaljnije razmotriti.

Indonesia is entering a critical period of the Covid-19 pandemic. Health workers are a profession that is in the vanguard and fight directly against Covid-19.
