- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/54-stars because it was quick & comprehensive. She made it simply. She even includes a 2-wk meal plan! I like how she broke things down from the “dark areas” to “color-coding” the foods you should/could/shouldn’t eat on keto! One book under my book! I’m so glad it was an audio book! I just needed to be able to listen while doing other thing on my phone. Usually I use YouTube, but I wanted to actual dig into a BOOK! Check it out! It’s worth the effort.
