Lesson Specifics
Behavioral Contingencies: When students are talking
I will simply raise my hand to receive the students
attentions. The students will only receive one
warning, if and only if any student shows any
disrespect to the teachers and fellow classmates,
without hesitation they will be asked to sit out.
Determining the consequence for such behavior will
depend on how crucial the situation is.

Objectives:
Psychomotor (P): The students will review the COTS for the back hand throw. With this
they will find a partner much like the previous lesson and practice the skill. We will
begin with two sets before the progression begins. A set of 10 passes followed by a set of 5,
from there we will introduce the forehand throw.
Cognitive (C): Before we begin the activity the students will go through a quick check for
understanding. After the cues of the skill have been provided and demonstrated to the
students, they will be asked to repeat what the cues of the skill were. From there they will
begin applying the COTS by practice with a partner. (I, II, V)
H-R Fitness (H): The beginning of every lesson will include some sort of small activity for
the students to get their heart up. This lesson will include the game called Sharks and
Minos. This is another game where the students are constantly on the move non stop.
Sharks and minos is yet another form of tag, however; students who end up getting
tagged by a shark will then become one of the sharks.

Sharks and Minos. This is yet another
form of the game tag, but its a good way
to keep the kids constantly moving. The
game is quite simple. There will be a
boundary of sort for the game. To start off
there will be two sharks in the middle.
The objective is to make it across the
other side of the court or line without
getting tagged by a shark. If a mino ends
up getting tagged, he/she will then
become a shark. Its a game basically
where its last man standing.
