On the teachers cue, the students will
stand and go find a polly spot, stand
across from their partner and practice
the COTS for fielding with their partner.
Lesson Core - Task 1 Practice:
The teacher will have the students to
practice the COTS for fielding with a
partner. The students will stand across
from one another about 5 feet apart. The
person with the ball will bounce the ball
to their partner on the ground, giving
their partner no choice but to practice the
COTS if the ready position. Once the
partner has received the ball they will
repeat the same steps with their partners.
Demonstration Plan:
The teacher will pinpoint two students to
demonstrate the skills that will be
conducted at each station.
