    INSPECTION: Verify the following are in accordance with design documents CONTRACTOR IPMT

    1 Cables identified per specification and drawings


    2 Cable tray is free of sharp edges
    3 Verify cable reel assignment and cutting schedule
    4 Spacing between instrument cable and power cable in accordance with
    design
    5 Separate tray should use for IS and Non IS cable. Whenever this is a
    constraint a barrier shall be provided for cable segregation as per PTS-
    32.37.30.10 CALUSE NO 3.2
    6 Cable should be neatly dressed and avoid any crossing and properly tied as
    per specification.
    7 There should be gap between IS and NIS cable laid in trench as per
    specifications.
    8 Cable tag should provide as per project specification.
    9 The unsupported end of the cable at the Instrument shall be looped; this
    loop shall take into account the bending radius of the cable.
    10 Separate Tray, trench and cables shall be used for Instrument Signal and
    Electrical cable.
    11 Continuity check for cable after installation
    14 Bend radius of cable in accordance with specifications
    15 Cable ends sealed after cutting
