INFORMATION SYSTEM
Introduction

Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs the Senior Citizen Office


currently operates using the manual method of recording the
senior's data. Thus, the following element has been
significantly benefited with this system. By using this web-
based informaion, all the seniors of Pikit, North Cotabato. will
have fast and reliable transactions when it comes to
registration and pay-out process. Administrators by using this
web-based information system of Office of the Senior Citizen of
Pikit, North Cotabato will have a reliable transaction when it
comes to the registration process and other office transaction
regarding the profiling of senior citizens. Office staff the
system can give the staff reliable to prepare and generate
reports. Senior Citizens for the senior citizen, they do not have
to worry anymore in case they forget to bring their
identification cards with them during the pay-outs in 42
Barangays of Pikit, North Cotabato.

Objectives of the Study

1. Create a module that automates the following:


a. Registration
b. Identification card and reports.

3. Create a module that shows the demographic profile of senior


citizens in each barangay in Pikit, North Cotabato.

5. Create a module that will search or shows the master list of all
senior citizens.

Scope and Limitation of the Study

This study was basically designed for Senior Citizen Office


that provides a lot of services to the member such as online
registration process, and provides reports for information per
barangay and counts the registered citizen’s. This system is
limited only to cater citizen’s information for registrations,
barangay population, and budget per month, view master list,
update pension viewing per member and posting announcement
to the web-based information system homepage.
