Amplifier) based on BJT technology using PSPICE
 B.Tech Project: Micro Controller Based Programmable security door lock system.
Description: This project mainly deals with the Security system where there is a high security is needed
for example Banks, Govt. Offices. This Access control system centrally controlled by the Microcontroller
MC68HC705KJ1 that allows only an authorized person to access a restricted area through 4 digit
password.
 Completed 4 weeks Industrial Training at U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. Lucknow on “power line carrier
communication and microwave communication” from 15th June 2004 to 14th July 2004.
 Deliver a seminar on Asynchronous Transfer Mode at Institute level held at Institute of Integral
Technology, Lucknow.
 Organizes the inter college level technical events.
