    A hard, durable underbody coating that can be used to reproduce the manufacturers orginal stone chip protective
    finish. Sound and vibration dampening makes it ideal for use inside compartments and panels.

    PROPERTIES

    • Ready to use 1K formula


    • High build formula covers weld marks and seams
    • Protects against stone chips, salt, damp and rust

    Available Colours • Grey • Black • White

    TECHNICAL DATA

    Substrates • Original Paint • For aluminium and galvanised surfaces an etch


    primer such as U-POL ACID#8 is recommended
    • Bare steel

    Viscosity 3.75 - 4.25 poise


    Specific gravity g/cm³ 1.01 - 1.03

    APPLICATION GUIDE

    Tools Required
    • Degreaser • Abrasives
    • U-POL GUN/1 • Painters Overalls

    Substrate Preparation
    To achieve best results, good preparation is essential. Degrease with U-POL Precleaner
    (S2000, S2001 or S2002). Abrade the surface:
    Original cured paint: wet flat with P400
    GRP, SMC, Glass fibre, Polyester Filler: dry flat with P180.
    Before applying primer, clean lightly once more with SYSTEM 20 Degreasers and dry
    thoroughly.

    Equipment Cleaning Equipment can be cleaned with standard solvent based thinner.
