Acrydur™ - 430 N (USA)
Highly viscous, elastic PU Methacrylate resin with low-temperature

flexibility. Mixed with Acrydur™ coating resins used for the production of
2-components
coatings in cool and cold treatment areas on concrete ground. Also
applicable as liquid foil and joint grouting mass for construction joints
Characteristics: Coating on basis of Acrydur™ 430 N or mixtures with Acrydur™

322 N disposes of a high cooling flexibility. Acrydur™ 430 N is
used also as membrane layer with Acrydur™ coatings, as joint
grouting mass for work adding with very good flexibility properties
in the external area.

Activator: Acrydur™ 430 is pre-activated for temperatures of +41°F to

Initiator/hardener: Hardener powder (BPO), temperature-dependent
Storage conditions: Storage at = 77°F. Protect against direct sun. At

temperatures below 59°F the paraffin loosened in the
bonding agent can fail. Stir up well prior to use!

The dispensing 430/2 is predistributed with a squeegee and

smoothed with a trowel. This formulation is particularly suitable
for grounds in freezers or cold treatment areas (to - 40 °F). For
the increase of the pressure strength and the pavement grip the
flow lining with quartz sand 20 - 40 mesh or 15 - 30 mesh for
decorative purposes with synthetic resin (EP or PU) is
interspersed coated color sand of same granulation. Before
applying Topcoats, the surplus sand/color sand is removed. The
surfaces of coatings with Acrydur™ 332 N : 430 N must be sealed
with Acrydur™ 528 N (clearly or pigmented).
Processing joint: The dispensing 430/3 is used for pouring pre-primed construction
joints in the interior and external area. It has to be ensured that
the sealing compound is received only at the side flanks of the
joint a group.

Attention: Hardener quantities below 1 Vol. % may cause polymerisation

failures!
Storage: The handling-regulations for highly flammable materials apply to

methacrylate – resins. Acrydur™ resins are to be stored cool,
protected against direct sunlight and preferably at temperatures
of 59 - 68 °F. During storage paraffin – particles and filler –
materials may precipitate. Thus before processing, containers
have to be stirred up well. Please mind the advice on our safety
data sheets.
Note: Transfer and capping only on pre-primed surfaces!

attention to the directives in the hazardous substances ordinance
and to the indications of the Federal States Committee for
industrial safety and safety engineering (LASI) as well as to our
