I have completed a project on the study titled "Importance of safety measures for the
employees of the Southern Railway Workshop" in Hubli, Karnataka. Additionally, I
undertook a summer placement at the Labour Department in Gadag, Karnataka. I also
underwent block placement training as an HR Trainee at Divinitee Genesis Apparel Pvt
Ltd in Bangalore. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to make observational visits to
