This study was conducted to examine workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research by using primary and secondary data as a data source. Sampling techniques and populations using non probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling. The samples used are all employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency as many as 52 ASN status. Creating ideas and having an innovative environment in an organization are crucial regarding gain a competitive advantage. People would utilize community of inquiry (CoI) to boost innovation through tacit knowledge sharing processes which they can learn collaboratively. Social presence, cognitive presence, and teaching presence are considered as dimensional aspects in CoI that could help an effective and efficient collaboration learning. However, the issue of personal identity is deemed to be a barrier due to knowledge sharing. The hidden contributor in a forum discussion can be seen as a way to avoid bureaucracy, conflicts, or the fear of critics. According to the case, the presence aspects within CoI could potentially provide people to have an anonymous identity. This paper proposes anonymity tool of CoI-based platform and evaluates the impacts regarding the element of social presence and cognitive presence. We analyze the tool by developing CoI-based prototype and assess participants’ perspectives using an exploratory qualitative study in Pusilkom Universitas Indonesia. Findings of this research stated that anonymity has high influence on the aspect of social presence in sharing while anonymity has low influence on the cognitive aspect of CoI-based knowledge sharing in the organization.

There is a pressing need to better understand the instructional design and delivery methods of instructors of massive open online courses (MOOCs). In response, this mixed method study focused on how MOOC instructors encourage online interaction. The data sources were an online survey delivered to over 1,400 MOOC instructors, of which 143 valid responses were received. In addition, there were interviews with 12 instructors and course reviews of their MOOCs. To encourage online learner interaction, these instructors utilized asynchronous discussion forums, pairbased assignments or peer reviews, and social media to encourage peer interaction. This study aims to determine the effect of the concentration variance of lauric acid in cream on the stability of the cream physical quality and antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In this research, lauric acid concentration in cream was varied in 10%, 20%, and 30% and then tested for antibacterial activity using hole plate technique. The results of the evaluation of lauric acid cream preparation of Formula 1, Formula 2 and Formula 3 showed that the organoleptic and homogeneity tests of all formula was no difference during storage time, but the result of pH, viscosity, and dispersive power of all formula has difference during storage time (28 days). The considerable challenge of today's learning processes is to ensure that students have critical-thinking skills. This requires educators to make serious efforts to respond to this challenge. This study focuses on the improvement of the critical-thinking skill of high school students through STEM-Integrated Modeling Instruction learning. The advantage of adopting this learning model is that it provides students with extensive experience, including directly learning science through observing phenomena related to the topic discussed, asking questions after the observation, doing experiment and presentation, creating projects, and doing quizzes. This research uses a mixed-method combining quantitative and qualitative data. The qualitative data are those obtained from the result of pre and post-tests students had to take. In those tests, the researcher used the one-group design and then analyzed the data using the t-test to assess influence of learning processes on students' critical-thinking skill. Meanwhile, the later was obtained from interviews with students, in which the researcher addressed eight essay questions validated by the lecturer and revalidated empirically by 71 students. The questions were considered to be valid and reliable enough to measure students' critical-thinking skill. The results of the analyses show significant differences with alpha of 0.05 and modest improvement with N-Gain of 0.32. This mixed methods study explores instructor motivations for offering massive open online courses (MOOCs) as well as the instructional innovations used to enhance the MOOC design. The researchers surveyed 143 MOOC instructors worldwide and then interviewed 12 of these instructors via Zoom. They also extensively reviewed the MOOCs of the interviewees. The primary motivations for offering MOOCs included “growth” needs such as curiosity about MOOCs and the exploration of new ways of teaching. In addition, “relatedness” needs of instructors included reaching more people, showcasing research and teaching, marketing their university, integrating interactive technology, and obtaining peer reviews. The perceived instructional innovations of these MOOC instructors included using problem-based learning, service learning in MOOCs, and shortening the length of videos. This study explores the activities, tools, and resources that instructors of massive open online courses (MOOCs) use to improve the personalization of their MOOCs. Following email interviews with 25 MOOC and open education leaders regarding MOOC personalization, a questionnaire was developed. This questionnaire was then completed by 152 MOOC instructors from around the world. While more than 8 in 10 respondents claimed heavy involvement in designing their MOOCs, only one-third placed extensive effort on meeting unique learner needs during course design, and even fewer respondents were concerned with personalization during course delivery.
