    This study is concerned with the new transformed four-dimensional modified Lorenz-Stenflo chaotic system which is obtained from the transformation of state of modified Lorenz-Stenflo system (MLS) which is designed with the help of Lorenz-Stenflo system by changing its one quadratic nonlinear term by a piecewise linear function to attain strict feedback form which is systematic design approach. Based on adaptive and backstepping control method an adaptive backstepping controller is derived to synchronize as well as stabilize the transformed MLS chaotic system. Error system are reduced by adaptive backstepping method. Complete numerical simulations are performed in order to check the efficacy based on the derived controller.

    Cloud computing, nowadays, is one amongst the rapidly developing technologies around the world which provides a variety of services to its users. One of the salient services offered by the cloud to its users is Storage as a Service(STaaS). This service makes its user burden free from the task of storing and maintaining data by allowing him to transfer his data to a remote storage server and access it remotely. The user's data is maintained, managed and backed up by the cloud and is made available to him over the internet. But the main concern while using this type of service is the privacy and integrity of stored data. The data stored at remote locations may be accessed, modified or damaged by an attacker. Users require their data to be safe from all such unauthorized activities hence techniques for data integrity verification are needed to check whether the integrity of stored data is intact or not. Integrity verification is a challenging task because the user doesn't posses the data locally. The proposed scheme checks the integrity of data stored at remote location through a third party auditor using bilinear pairing. Later, aggregation is applied over the proposed scheme for further optimization.

    Federated learning is the new tide that is being associated with machine learning territory. It is an attempt to enable smart edge devices to confederate a mutual prediction model while the training data is residing at the respective edge device. This facilitates our data to be more secure, use less bandwidth, lower latency, and power consumption. We exercise the concept of federated learning in our neural network autoencoder model to detect the anomaly. Anomaly detection is finding the unusual pattern in a given data stream which may be a false or mal-entry in the pool of transactions. It helps us to prevent many online theft and scams which are detected using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms. All this has to be implemented in smart edge devices that have enough computing power to train the models provided to them.

Lipid-based drug delivery systems are one of the budding and promising technologies designed to tackle the poor bioavailability problems. This chapter stresses the different mechanisms of lipophilic drug absorption along with its advantages and limitations. It points out the different mechanisms of how lipid-based excipients and the different formulations interact with the absorption process. This review provides a comprehensive summary about the lipid formulation classification scheme (LFCS), a guide for the selection of appropriate formulation and commonly used excipients for lipid-based formulations, along with the important factors to be considered in formulation design and excipient selection. We focus on supporting collaboration between VR and AR users, where AR user is mobile outdoors, and VR user is immersed in true-sized digital twin. Arsenic poisoning in groundwater events is familiar to the world, but the consequences of soil contamination are still unrevealed to the community. Long-term use of arsenic contaminated groundwater to irrigate crops, especially paddy (Oryza sativa L.) has resulted in elevated soil arsenic levels. Now the time is right to take into account the soil contamination of Arsenic and to devise cost effective remedial measures to correct this problem.     In this paper, an IoT based women safety device is proposed and implemented for effective self-alert and protection. The proposed device is a three-way safety module for it provides self-defense, evidence recording and tracking information. Due to increase in the rate of crimes against women, today's age safety of women is a major concern. For self-defence the device produces shock to the attacker through a nerve stimulator and rings a buzzer on pressing a button. It also allows to record evidence via a video camera which gets activated through the button and stores the footage in the Raspberry Pi. The prototype also consists of a GSM and GPS module which is activated by voice command through an Android Application. When the user will say the words "emergency" in his mobile application the device will send SMS alert containing the location of the user and auto dial the pre-set emergency contact number. A microphone and speaker are connected with the GSM module through which the user can hear and speak with the contacted person. Hardware used are Raspberry Pi 3 b+, GSM module, GPS module, relay module, buzzer and nerve stimulator.

    India has committed for a ‘No First Use Policy’ (NFU) regarding its nuclear warfare strategy. This has continued since the time India became a nuclear state. India's nuclear doctrine has always played an important role in determining the stability in Asia. Recently the issue has been escalated as India’s Defence Minister gave a statement to media which shows that Indian government could explore other options also regarding its Nuclear Policy. Statement has come at the time when there is abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir has happened letting the tensions to rise between India and Pakistan. This rise in exertion from the side of China and Pakistan has sparked the debate on India's nuclear capability. It raises questions like; does India need to update its doctrine? There is an emerging debate among the strategic community also that India needs to give the NFU policy and even need to make many other changes in the whole doctrine. Host-pathogen interactions (HPIs) between human proteins and microbial proteins associated with CVD can be found dispersed in existing molecular interaction databases. MorCVD database is a curated resource that combines 23,377 protein interactions between human host and 432 unique pathogens involved in CVDs in a single intuitive web application. It covers endocarditis, myocarditis, pericarditis and 16 other microbe induced CVDs. The HPI information has been compiled, curated, and presented in a freely accessible web interface (http://morcvd.sblab-nsit.net/About). The formation, maturation, and subsequent degradation of a phagosome is an important immune response essential for protection against many pathogens. Yet, the global lipid profile of phagosomes remains unknown, especially as a function of their maturation in immune cells. Here, we show using mass spectrometry based quantitative lipidomics that the ceramide class of lipids, especially very long chain ceramides, are enriched on maturing phagosomes with a concomitant decrease in the biosynthetic precursors of ceramides. It is an antagonist of voltage sensitive calcium ion channel on the presynaptic neuron. Pregabalin has a very good pharmacokinetic profile, possesses linear pharmacokinetics with low inter-variability of subjects. It does not show protein binding and does not interfere with the metabolism of other drugs because pregabalin undergoes very less metabolism.     In recent years, relay feedback method has found a new lease of life in the automatic tuning of PID controllers and in the initialization of other sophisticated adaptive controllers. This tuner is based on the approximate estimation of the critical point on the process frequency response from relay oscillations. A continuous cycling of the controlled variable is generated from a relay feedback experiment and the important process information, ultimate gain and ultimate period can be extracted directly from the experiment. This is a very efficient way, i.e., a one shot solution, to generate sustained oscillations. The success of this auto tuner is due to the fact that the identification and tuning mechanism is simple so that process operators understand how it works. Moreover, it works well even in slow and non-linear processes.
