    The present study aims to investigate the relationship between the use of google classroom and English learning outcomes and describe the use the google classroom and English learning   at the seventh grade of SMPN 3 Cisauk. The present study utilizes a sampling technique enclosing 184 samples from 342 populations of seventh graders. Data was collected using instrument adoptions. The applied method was a survey method with a quantitative approach and ex post facto. The result of the data analysis show that the test of normality is 0,017 <0,05. The analysis was a significant positive correlation between the two variables with a correlation value of r=0,248 and coefficient of determination r2=0,061 or the contribution to the use of Google Classroom and English learning outcomes is 6,1%. The use of Google Classroom with a mean value of 91.07 is categorized as high and learning outcomes with a mean value of 84.79 are categorized as high. The results of present study suggest that...

    This study aims at explaining the use of virtual tours in learning English for tourism in the English for Tourism course at the Department of English Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Technology is an alternative that is used as a human response. In the field of education, innovation was born through technological developments, namely virtual tour services which became a learning platform equipped with visual, audiovisual and interactive learning resources. Studying at home can be boring for both students and teachers due to the confined environment in the room.     The aim of this research was to find out whether the Cloze Passage Technique has effect on students’ reading comprehension in narrative text. This research was conducted at the eighth grade of SMPN 8 Kota Serang in academic year 2019/2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used quantitative method and true experimental design. The populations of this research were all classes in class VIII. The sample of this research were class VIII B which consisted 0f 20 students as the experimental class and class VIII F which consisted of 20 students as the control class. The experimental class was taught by using Cloze Passage Technique and control class without using Cloze Passage Technique. The research instrument was a test which consisted pre-test and post-test. The pre-test was given to students before treatment and the post-test was given to students after treatment.     <em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of implementation and assessment of project-based Learning planning on English Language Teaching courses at the Department of English Education, FKIP, Untirta. This study uses a goal-oriented evaluative approach (goal</em><em>-</em><em>oriented evaluation</em><em>). Data collection techniques are done by observing, asking questions and documentation. Quantitative analysis was used in this data analysis. The conclusion of this study is that project-based learning planning is in accordance with the objectives of the lecture. (2) The quality of the implementation of the Learning planning on English language teaching course in the English education department, FKIP, Untirta is considered good.     The objectives of this research are to find out the categories and students’ perceptions of teacher’s talks that were applied by the English teacher in the teaching and learning process at Bani Adung Islamic Boarding School based on the framework Flander’s Interaction Analysis Categories (FIAC), and to know the students’ perceptions about the teacher’s talks. The participants of this research were the English teacher and the eighth grade students of the setting. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive method, and observation sheet, audio recording and questionnaire were used for data collection. The data taken from the teacher’s talks applied by the teacher in classroom activities were analyzed qualitatively. The result showed that the most dominant category was giving directions (29%), followed by asking the questions (27.5%), and the last category was accepting or using ideas of students (2.9%).     The present study aims to determine and propose a model of material for English for Tourism using communicative approach. The present study uses a research and development methodology (R&D). The data collecting techniques are documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data gathered from documentation and interviews were analysed using content analysis while the data obtained from the questionnaires were analysed quantitatively using SPSS. The results of data analysis indicate that (1) the materials used of English for Tourism are based on lecturer’s assumptions, (2) based on the expert  validation, the model material of English for Tourism falls into a very feasible category with the percentage of 86.76 %. The teaching materials based on the results of the students responses by the percentage is in the category of good (78.9 %).     The objective of this research is to describe the interaction of speaking activity inside the classroom. The researchers used qualitative research, consisted of 41 students of first year, and were selected to be sample of this research. The observation was taken in three sessions to record the interaction inside the classroom. Then, pattern of classroom interaction analyzed into five characteristics proportion. The lowest interaction characteristic proportion was 22% showed by the teacher control profile. In another result, the lowest interaction characteristic proportion spent 24% of student’s participation. The findings indicated that the interaction of speaking activity inside the classroom was still in teacher’s dominant activity.     This development research aimed to design a 3D Flipbook e-learning module and determine students’ perceptions of the developed 3D Flipbook e-learning module. The research method used was development research with the ADDIE development model which consisted of Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets of material experts and media experts, pre-test and post-test quizzes, and questionnaire sheets. This feasibility of the developed 3D Flipbook e-learning module was verified by the content experts, media experts, and trials to the preservice teacher at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The validation by material experts obtained a percentage of 86.97%, the validation by media experts obtained a percentage of 89.65%, and trials to students obtained a percentage of 78.7%.     This research was aimed to investigate what kind of politeness principle and most dominant type applied in the utterances of the main characters’ Akeelah and the Bee movie and strategies applied in their utterances of the main characters’ Akeelah and the Bee movie. A descriptive qualitative was employed in this research. It concerned with the description of the data in the form of utterances produced by the characters in which politeness principles and strategies exist. There were two sources in this research. The primary source was the script of the movie. The secondary sources were books. The results of this research were: first, the main characters applied agreement maxim, approbation maxim, tact maxim, modesty maxim, and sympathy maxim in their utterances and the most dominant type used is agreement maxim.     There are two objectives of this research were first, to find the most difficult question category that students faced in reading test, and last, to investigate the causes of students' difficulties. This research used a qualitative method and it was conducted at the first semester students of c class English Department of UNTIRTA year 2019. The descriptive method was used to expose the result of this research. The data were collected through documents of reading comprehension final test first semester and an interview with the students. The document was used to find out the most difficult question category, and the result after analyzing the document is the students got difficulties in answering the question about vocabulary mastery. The researchers used content analysis as research method and coding to collect data. The data sources of this research are phrasal verbs in subtitles of TV-Series: Sherlock A Study in Pink. This research used 3 steps in analyzing the data; data condensation, data display, drawing and verifying conclusions. Further, the researcher used investigator triangulation to verify and validate the data.
