Salah satu hasil samping perikanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan berpotensi untuk dijadikan bahan baku pembuatan pakan yaitu ikan rucah. Ikan rucah merupakan sisa dari hasil tangkapan yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan tepung ikan serta memiliki nutrisi dan asam amino essensial yang bagus untuk laju pertumbuhan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi bioteknologi dalam bidang perikanan dan untuk menemukan upaya pemanfaatan hasil samping perikanan tangkap yaitu ikan rucah. Aplikasi bioteknologi dalam bidang perikanan dapat diwujudkan melalui proses fermentasi pembuatan silase ikan rucah. Silase ikan mengandung protein yang lebih tinggi yaitu 57,49% dibandingkan dengan pakan buatan. Penggunaan bakteri asam laktat 15 - 20 % dengan tambahan karbohidrat 200 gram per 1 kg ikan dirasa efektif dalam proses fermentasi pembuatan silase ikan rucah. Pendidikan Indonesia yang berkembang saat ini adalah paradigma konstruktivis. Merupakan teori belajar yang menekankan keaktifan siswa untuk mengkonstruksi pengetahuannya. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi pendidik untuk menemukan model pembelajaran yang membantu siswa secara aktif memperoleh pengetahuan dengan belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model learning cycle 5E meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan dapat dikatakan layak dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian ini dalam mengumpulkan data adalah studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data yang relevan dari berbagai artikel hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. This paper discusses the forecasting model of air quality in Pekanbaru by parameters of sulfur dioxide SO2 by using Box-Jenkins. The procedure of determine the forecasting model by using Box- Jenkins method that used stationary data, if was not stationary, it need differencing process, identification model of ACF and PACF, parameter estimation, verification models by looking residual result, and conducted the forecasting stage. The daily data used for the establishment of forecasting model was the data from 24 November 2014 to 10 February 2015. The results showed that ARIMA(1,1,0) with model Xt 0.4063Xt1 0.5937Xt2 at was a appropriate model to forecasting process. Forecasting results indicated that the air quality increase if compared to the previous time, because the trend of the data air quality followed data format of trend up. Technological advances have opened the door to present instructional material in various forms such as audio, visual, printed text, images, and moving images. All types of multimedia are found in one computer, which has opened the way to present learning more effectively. In addition, there were also many networking sites specifically used in learning to facilitate online learning. However, to integrate technology in learning cannot be adopted directly, it is necessary to innovate and adapt to the curriculum and learning. Based on that, it is necessary to develop a language learning model based multimedia using Social Lerning Network (SNL). This type of research is Research & Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). Based on the results of data analysis it was found that the reference grammatical forms of cohesion found in the March 2015 edition of Kompas Sunday's short story collection included personal, demonstrative, and comparative references. The persona reference found is person reference I consists of aku, saya, ku-, -ku, kita, and kami. The persona II reference consists of kamu, kau, -mu, and kalian. This study is conducted to develop the diagnostic test, which can be used to measure the higher-order thinking skill (HOTs) of students of first-grade senior high school in Bima district, West Nusa Tenggara. The step of developing instruments such as test which using modification model of Oreondo which include two activities such as test designing and test trials. The analysing technique of validity of content used Aiken formula, classical test theory used software Iteman 4.3, the model of Rasch used software Winstep and analysing reliability used software SPSS. The conclusion which can be taken are developing instrument has the characteristics as a useful instrument and fulfil requirement used to measure. This case proved from the data of analysis result which confirm that the instrument has been achieved the content of validity by expert judgment and obtained the empirical evidence, both as classical test theory or Rasch model.

This article contains a study about the use of crossword media in improving the language skills of elementary school students as an effort to create a fun class. The problem was students’ lack of eagerness to emotionally involve in learning process. This condition caused an impact on students’ unsatisfaying learning outcomes that is 80. To overcome this problem, crossword puzzle media are used in learning by referring to the research models of Kemmis and Taggart. The data were collected by using observation sheets, interview guidelines, questionnaires, tests of student learning outcomes and field observations. At the end of the study, it was found that both the students’ learning outcomes and activities, and the teacher performance in planning and implementing teaching increased from cycle I to cycle II. The theory used in this research is the reading theory proposed by Tarigan (2008), reading comprehension techniques by Agustina (2008) and SQ3R reading techniques by Ermanto (2008) and Agustina (2008). This type of research is quantitative research using experimental method with SQ3R reading techniques. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh latihan lompat mengangkat lutut terhadap ketinggian smash pada permainan bulu tangkis. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki SDN 169 Seluma yang berjumlah 20 orang. Tempat penelitian dilakukan yaitu di lapangan SDN 169 Seluma Kabupaten Seluma. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Latihan lompat mengangkat lutut, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah ketinggian smash. Data pada penelitian ini adalah data PRE TEST dan data POST TEST. Data PRE TEST menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata ketinggian smash adalah 224,85 cm, sedangkan data POST TEST menunjukkan rata-rata ketinggian smash adalah 18,86 detik. Berdasarkan uji kenormalan pada taraf nyata pengujian 5% disimpulkan bahwa data PRE TEST dan POST TEST berdistriusi normal. Pada uji Homogenetis data juga diperoleh bahwa kedua data memiliki variasi yang homogen. Uji pengaruh dilakukan dengan uji-T dimana diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh positif latihan lompat mengangkat lutut terhadap ketinggian smash. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh t= 11,602 yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel hitung = 2,024 sehingga hipotesis nol ditolak.

Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia merupakan suatu lembaga yang dikenal dalam industri musik dalam negeri. Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia memiliki kewenangan yang diberikan Pencipta untuk penggunaan hak ekonomi dari ciptaan yang dimiliki pencipta. Kewenangan yang diberikan pencipta kepada Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia merupakan kewenangan yang didasari dengan adanya kontrak. Kewenangan yang diberikan berupa kuasa untuk mengelola Hak Ekonomi yang dimiliki pencipta dari ciptaannya yaitu khusus pada ciptaan berupa dalam bidang seni musik. Namun dengan dasar kontrak ini kewenangan yang dimiliki Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia menjadi kurang diketahui masyarakat luas, sehingga sebagaian besar pencipta dalam bidang seni musik kurang mengetahui keberadaan dan kedudukan Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia. Permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penelitaian beserta tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui kewenangan-kewenangan yang dimiliki Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia ditinjau dari dasar Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 Tentang Hak Cipta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Penelitian dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian terhadap asas-asas hukum yang dilakukan terhadap norma-norma hukum dalam masyarakat yaitu yang merupakan patokan untuk bertingkah laku. Penelitian demikian dapat dilakukan terhadap bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder serta bahan hukum tersier yang mengandung norma-norma hukum. Tidak semua pasal salam suatu perundang-undangan mengandung norma hukum, ada pasal-pasal yang hanya memberikan batasan atau definisi saja seumpamanya yang biasanya ditemukan pada bab ketentuan-ketentuan umum dalam suatu perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia memiliki kewenangan dalam mengelola serta mengeksploitasi ciptaan dibidang seni musik. Kewenangan ini terkait dengan adanya pemberian kuasa dari pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta. Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia memiliki dasar hukum dari Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 Tentang Hak Cipta yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal 45 ayat (3) bahwa pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta dapat memberikan kuasa pada organisasi profesi. Jadi kewenangan Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 Tentang Hak Cipta merupakan kewenangan yang diberikan Pencipta atau pemegang hak cipta kepada organisasi profesi. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan agar pemerintah mempertegas kedudukan Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia sebagai organisasi profesi agar lebih mudah diketahui sebagian besar masyarakat terhadap kewenangan yang dilakukan Yayasan Karya Cipta Indonesia.
