This research aims to determine the factors that influence the choice of group work’s social work methods of therapeutic community (TC) and narcotics anonymous (NA) model in the social rehabilitation center for drug addiction i. The research method is a descriptive qualitative approach, the key informants are the owners of the orphanage or program managers as well as the policymakers in the social rehabilitation center for drug addiction. The main informants are social workers and counselors and staff in the social rehabilitation center. The data collection technique uses in-depth interviews and focuses on group discussions. The data analysis technique uses component analysis. The purpose of this study is to measure how much is influence political identity has on the tolerance of the people of Pematangsiantar City in the Governor Election of Sumatera Utara Province of 2018. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlation approach, the population in this study is Pematangsiantar City who is registered in the 2018 Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT), the research sample uses a 5% margin so that a sample of 399 people was obtained. The sampling technique used a proportional multistage random sampling spread over the research locations, namely 8 districts and 53 sub-districts in Pematangsiantar City. The data collection technique uses a research questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. data analysis technique using Rank Spearman. Not many young people actively participate in or take part directly in political contestation and become part of the success of winning the contest. In this paper, it reveals the strategies of the youth to win political contestation and become a member of the DPRD of Medan City for the period 20142019, within the scope of a democratic system and succeeded in becoming one of the elected parts to represent the community in the regional legislature. The purpose of this paper is to encourage more democratic political development in increasing the participation of young groups in developing their regions. The methodology used in this paper is a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data.

Dalam pelatihan ini, pihak mitra diberikan materi-materi pokok (modul) tentang strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang baik, benar dan sesuai untuk di implementasikan di sana. Pihak mitra lebih mampu mengembangkan potensi pangsa pasar melalui pendayagunaan media-media online sehingga tidak hanya terpaku dan bergantung kepada para pengguna jalan saja. Dengan demikian maka mitra lebih paham dan mengerti tentang langkah-langkah yang bisa diambil untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang mereka alami.
