Interlinear Transliteration of Plate 538 in 3 Fragments of Greek Minor Prophets Scroll from Nahal Hever (Dead Sea Scrolls) based on the original text in 1st or 2nd Century Greek (Roman Period). The original manuscript is written on parchment in Uncial Greek Script is a translation of the Zechariah from Hebrew and was discovered in the “Cave of Horror”. Plate 538 is of special significance for translators and Bible scholars in that while being a translation written in Greek, the text preserves the Tetragrammaton in its Paleo-Hebrew (Pre-Babylonian Exile) script. The preservation of the Tetragrammaton within the Greek text gives archeological and linguistic proof that the Tetragrammaton was not only known but also in use among the early Christians and in the early Christian congregation. This paper is designed to provide a reconstructed text as a template for Biblical translations with a greater level of accuracy and has been cross referenced with existing Greek and Hebrew manuscripts...

The basic principles of modern sociolinguistic engineering as a tool for population indoctrination, subjugation, and control have their beginnings in the strategies designed by Joseph Goebbels of the NAZI regime and also those of the USSR. The redefinition of semantics is a dangerous tool used by propagandists to influence the individuals' sense of reality using language on a psychological level. This creates a populace that is more willing to follow harmful ideologies. The study will investigate existing legislation of Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Canada about guarantees on free speech especially in academia, and the classification of hate speech. This study further looks at a microcosm of language used by the diversity, Inclusion, and Equity" movement focusing on an analysis of a glossary created by the University of Washington. It also discusses some terminology that is similarly erroneous but not included in the glossary. The history ...

Korea was one of the first countries to be directly impacted by the Covid19 (SARS Type II) virus. The swift response by the medical community was highly effective in reducing the spread of the virus: however, the education system was slower to follow suit and implement changes. This study focuses on the motivational factors of first-year (female) nursing students and analyses their opinions and thoughts on three factors: their satisfaction with the national medical response: their satisfaction with the educational system’s response, and, lastly, their scientific/nursing view on gender-based and feminist responses to the global pandemic. Overall, nursing students reported satisfaction with the medical response. They were, somewhat divided on the education sector response, though satisfied with the online platform of university lectures. Female nursing students rejected gendered/feminist views on quarantine and expressed such views to be both antiscientific as well as impractical in t...

This case study is an analysis of a covert pro-paedophilia organisation operating as a Child Protection Charity.  The organisation known as Prostasia claims to adopt an alternative approach to the combating of child sexual abuse.  Analysis of their website, video content, points of advocacy, lack of transparency and organisational structure as well as specific and general semantic messaging prove this is not true. The semantics adopted by Prostasia’s language forms to foster a pro-paedophilia message as a victim-oppressor narrative that identifies paedophiles as victims of an oppressive social structure (society in general) that attaches an unfair stigma to paedophiles.  It also promotes paedophilia as a legitimate and innate form of human sexuality.  An analysis will explain how the organisation uses propaganda and physiological aversion techniques to link itself with an underdog position of historic struggles and that paints critics in the colours of radicals of extreme or alt-rig...

Feminism stems from the desire of equality for females and to enhance their rights within society. While being a noble endeavour, the original purpose of and search for a higher ethic which was promised by feminism have both been derailed by undesirable elements. Further, more traditionally conservative countries are resistant to the idea due to these undesirable elements being viewed as an affront to traditional values and an attack on the culture itself. The argument in such cultures is that both genders are inherently different and therefore cannot be equal. Antiquated as this viewpoint may be, there is a need to educate people in a way that is more acceptable and appealing to the general society and not merely to force feed a concept in the manner that many feminist ideologies have insisted on. To promote the equal rights of girls and women a concise and universally acceptable core or theoretical framework is required, one which embraces the differences between genders whilst de...

In the Western World, Universities have been held in high regard as institutes of higher learning where complex and at times highly controversial ideas could be openly critiqued and studied from the vantage point of neutrality. Yet, proud traditions of open discourse are slowly being eroded by those who do not desire open inquiry and who insist that academia bow to a narrow, pseudoscientific and flawed view of the world, all without the ability to even dare question its validity. Even once proud Universities have begun to succumb to this intellectual rot, the giants of education, the University of Oxford which dates to at least 1167 (Oxford, 2018), and University of Cambridge have discarded their traditions of open inquiry and lay prostrate before destructive ideologies that pit men and women against each other, and drive a wedge deeper between already unstable race relations (Cambridge Equality & Diversity, 2020). Across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, universities have slowly but surely begun to bow to the intellectually immature rather than uphold freedom of speech, open inquiry and freedom of thought. The history of open inquiry and free speech in academia has been a centuries long battle, a battle between those who desire to think and those who desire to tell others what to think. For centuries those who would censor academic inquiry have recycled the same methodologies to intimidate and de-platform those who would not follow the narrative. Today, large swathes of academia have already succumbed to the relentless tide of Philistinism. Academia has become the proverbial canary in the coal mine and what happens in universities is of great importance as they are a microcosm of what wider society will inevitably become

The history of terminology and their development is discussed as well as the scientific and linguistic validity of the provided semantic definitions in contrast to the original semantics. The study found that sociolinguistic engineering was taking place in universities and wider society which follows the historic pattern of the Third Reich and USSR. The study recommends that universities and education systems desist from such indoctrination and return to the traditional academic foundations of open inquiry and critical thinking.

Sexual dimorphism is highly observable throughout the animal kingdom; however, it is especially emphasized in mammalian physiology and biomechanics. Sexual dimorphism is a highly advantageous strategy that allows for specialization and increases the efficiency of the family unit in their attempts at survival. Several sexually dimorphic features in Homo Sapiens are discussed, spanning from innate ability to the biomechanical features that limit behavioral expression and form stable sociobiological hierarchies that are mutually beneficial to individual survival as well as that of offspring. This paper discusses how following the biological parameters of biology allows for happier individuals, both male and female, who are more supportive of their mates and better at rearing socially and emotionally stable children.

Korea is a strongly hierarchical Confucian society that within a social ideal focuses on "the greater good" rather than the individual. With the emphasis on saving face and maintaining stable social hierarchies, the study sought to understand female Korean nursing students' perceptions of feminism. A total of 97 young women responded to the mixed-method study and the data showed that there were strongly mixed feelings toward feminism with even individuals who self-identified as being feminist critiquing the validity of "man-hating ideologies" common in modern feminism. Overall, opinion responses showed strong support for equality of the sexes but strong disapproval of "toxic femininity" which dominate 3rd and 4th Wave feminism. Understanding of nurses' views toward feminism aids in discerning up-coming trends not only within society but also within the profession of nursing itself in Korea as well as other parts of East Asia

The subject of the translation, transliteration and rendering of the Tetragrammaton () into vernacular languages has been one of heated debate. This paper will look into the Phonetics, Phonology and Semantics of the Tetragrammaton as well as the linguistic and scriptural reasons for advocating its translation and equivalent rendering. Considering the original Hebrew texts as well as texts from the 1 st through to the 6 th Centuries CE of the Septuagint in Greek and Hebrew will provide clear evidence for the appropriateness of translating the Divine Name. Through this powerful linguistic and historical evidence it will also further refute ancient superstitions as well as arguments which are the basis of modern efforts to suppress and ban the use of the Tetragrammaton in both written and spoken form.

The Republic of Korea has a long history with a tumultuous period of struggles between the Joseon Dynasty and Japanese Imperial colonization to the subsequent Civil War. Throughout this period the religious movement of Jehovah"s Witnesses consistently suffered from a range of human rights abuses due to their refusal to bear arms. This paper will consider the historical context and consistency of Jehovah"s Witness" non-violent theology across several countries both during and after the World War II period which has extended through various regimes. It will further discuss the unique perspective in relation to the 70 years of legal and physical persecution perpetrated by several regimes as well as the social stigmas and economic hardships faced by conscientious objectors. It will discuss the development recognition of the need for alternative service on constitutional grounds and the benefit to society as a whole for the adoption of such a program along with criteria that would ensure a fair national system of alternative service for those who qualify. Legal developments in the recognition of the responsibilities of the Republic of Korea as a member state of the United Nations and need for compliance with "freedom of conscience" and "freedom of religion" in accord with the Universal Declaration of Human rights will also be examined.

The preservation of ancient texts is vital for understanding not only culture and ensuring the survival of traditions but also to safeguard this linguistic heritage for future generations as well as to give more scholars access to manuscripts, thereby allowing for translation and expansion of linguistic knowledge. Cross comparison of texts and translations can then be conducted for the purpose of understanding grammar, content, stylistic change over periods and to ascertain the reliability of copies when compared over large periods of time. The translation of the Fragment from Ben Ezra Synagogue is such an attempt. This fragment written circa 1450 provides a brief insight into the scholarly work of Hebrew Soferim (‫ם"תס‬ ‫)סופר‬ during the Islamic rule of the Mamluk Sultanate of Egypt (‫المماليك‬ ‫سلطنة‬‎ ‎ ‎Salṭanat‎ al-Mamālīk). This will further provide a source of comparison for Bible translation in unison with the use of older as well as newer copies of the Sacred writings.

To promote the equal rights of girls and women a concise and universally acceptable core or theoretical framework is required, one which embraces the differences between genders whilst demeaning neither for any such difference and going further to accept that such differences may not apply to every individual. "The theoretical framework of gender equivalentism" provides a compendious framework for ethical behaviour to ensure the equal treatment of women without the need for a strictly feministic interpreted approach.
