Using the SCOPUS database and VOSviewer, this paper aims to analyze the bibliographic information on three keywords (entrepreneurial intention (EI), human flourishing (HF), and unicorns) to identify relevant areas for current and future research on entrepreneurship by applying a bibliometric and content review approach to 2434 documents for the BMA (business, management, and accounting) and EEF (economics, econometrics, and finance) subject areas to construct and visualize bibliometric networks on the basis of co-citation and co-authorship relations in these items. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) the number of documents published in the European Union on EI (600) almost doubles those published on this topic in the United States (354); the United States leads the number of papers (113) published on HF, and the number of documents published on Unicorns by BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) countries (22) almost equals the number of documents pub...

The economic and social change generated by SARS-CoV-2 is leading to a new geopolitical system dominated by China and the need for higher levels of investment in R&D and innovation, especially in the health system. The world is very vulnerable to global pandemics. This chapter aims to set up several innovation-based and lateral thinking business strategies to make firms rooted in chaordism perform better in disruptive situations. In this chapter, the author will show some mixed managerial-marketing techniques to generate ideas. These pages have an eminently practical application in the firm, regardless of its size and the corporate culture applied in its daily operations.

The use of strategies based on 4-helix entrepreneurial ecosystems is a unique opportunity to develop emerging economies, among which is Mexico, as well as to lead to social change by strengthening the middle class. Within this process, innovation is of great importance, as it is the primary driver of the competitive advantages of nations, as well as the structural transformation of the economy. The objective of this chapter is to analyze what would be the basis for the creation of a quadruple helix model that will lead to a structural transformation for Mexico in the medium term and thus combat poverty and violence in the nation.

The fashion industry employs more than 300 million workers in the world with a turnover of more than a trillion dollars, which is equivalent to being the seventh economic power on the planet. The presence of Latin America and the Caribbean in this industry is growing, where Carolina Herrera is of fundamental importance. The objective of this chapter is to analyze the critical success factors of this company to recognize it internationally as an icon-brand and to study the entrepreneurial spirit of the company to be an example for new generations (and even to competitors). A SWOT analysis will be made complemented by a PESTEL analysis to achieve these goals. The chapter ends with conclusions and perspectives after COVID-19.

Entrepreneurship is one of the ways to create growth, well-being, and wealth in an economy. Throughout this work, the concept of entrepreneurship is analyzed, as well as the traditional and modern theories of entrepreneurship by following an economic, sociological, and psychological perspective. As a result, the following approaches are briefly examined: Economic-based Theories of Entrepreneurship (Neoclassical, New Keynesian, and Ordoliberal), Sociological and Psychological-based Theories of Entrepreneurship, and New Approaches of Entrepreneurship (The Theory of Effectuation, The Feedback Loop Theory, The Jack-of-all-Trades Theory, The Mezzanine Theory, The O-Ring Theory, The Theory of Resources and Capabilities, and The Theory of the Optimal Triangle).

The Saudi economy constitutes 30% of the Arab world's GDP (gross domestic product). Traditionally focused on oil and natural gas, the economy is in the process of a structural transformation in which entrepreneurship has a pivotal role to play. Sixty percent of Saudi Arabia's population is under the age of 30. Against this background, this chapter will analyze senior entrepreneurship and the creation of family businesses in Saudi Arabia. Finally, the authors propose some measures for their generation.

ABSTRACT The arrival of Rafael Correa in Ecuador is leading to a structural transformation of the Ecuadorian economy and society with the arrival of e-Government and the introduction of the digital economy in the country. The objective of this chapter is to design a strategy based on entrepreneurship, e-Government, and higher education for creating a digital society in Ecuador (the triple helix strategy). To achieve it, the authors analyse the Ecuadorian’s National Plan for Good Living 2013-2017 linked to higher education reforms and the influence of the European-based e-Government policies in Ecuador. The authors finish with some perspectives and the foreseeable impact of a digital society in this developing nation.

ABSTRACT The Economics of Happiness is one of the research areas of greatest growth in recent years. Throughout this work, a venture based model in which satisfaction of Spanish entrepreneurs with their professional life is performed. We analyze the responses of 9,989 entrepreneurs using data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), and six hypothesis are discussed. The results show that, for the Spanish case, there is a strong consistency in the results the opportunity entrepreneurs present greater satisfaction than necessity entrepreneurs.

The purpose of this chapter is to examine what the key issues that have
contributed to situate several Israeli universities in high positions in the world ranking of
universities are. Tertiary education is characterized in Israel by a dual education system,
both from an internal (university-colleges) and from an educational perspective, with the
arrival of foreign students. The keys to explain the success of universities in Israel are: (1) the
coexistence of a dual system; (2) the intensive use of technology and informal-formal learning; (3) the early-childhood education...
