Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka amalan pengurusan perniagaan usahawan wanita FELCRA Berhad dalam aspek pemasaran, sumber manusia dan kewangan. Penerokaan ini dibuat berdasarkan faktor demografi seperti pengalaman, minat, sumber pendapatan dan latar belakang keluarga. Di samping itu, prestasi perniagaan usahawan wanita dari aspek saiz perniagaan, kewangan perniagaan dan bilangan pekerja juga dikaji. Kajian dijalankan di FELCRA Berhad Seberang Perak dan melibatkan enam orang peserta kajian. Pelaksanaan bagi reka bentuk kajian ialah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kes bagi mendapatkan maklumat yang mendalam tentang amalan pengurusan perniagaan usahawan wanita. Bagi pengutipan data, kaedah triangulasi iaitu kaedah temu bual digunakan sebagai data utama manakala kaedah pemerhatian dan analisis dokumen dilakukan bagi menyokong data temu bual. Manakala, nota lapangan digunakan bagi mencatat dan memperkukuhkan kedua-dua dapatan tersebut. Hasil kajian mendapati faktor demografi minat dan sumber pendapatan menjadi pendorong penglibatan usahawan wanita FELCRA Berhad dalam bidang keusahawanan. Selain itu, kajian juga mendapati usahawan wanita menggunakan teknologi terkini dalam aspek pengurusan pemasaran dan memiliki sumber pekerja yang mencukupi bagi keperluan perniagaan. Usahawan wanita juga didapati mempunyai kemudahan kredit dengan pembekal bagi memperolehi bahan mentah. Hasil kajian ini dijangka dapat membantu dan memberi peluang yang luas kepada golongan usahawan wanita FELCRA Berhad untuk terlibat dalam bidang keusahawanan dengan lebih aktif dan seterusnya dapat meningkatkan ekonomi mereka. Kajian ini juga dapat membantu pihak FELCRA Berhad merancang pelbagai program dan latihan keusahawanan dalam membantu usahawan mencapai kejayaan dalam perniagaan yang mereka ceburi. Kajian ini bertujuan meninjau perspektif guru-guru Sekolah Menengah Atae (SMAN) Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia tentang latihan dalam perkhidmatan yang diikuti oleh guru-guru melibatkan aspek-aspek berikut; kesesuaian latihan dengan keperluan sekolah; kandungan latihan dalam perkhidmatan (LADAP) dari segi teori dan praktikal;alternatif penyelesaian masalah pembelajaran dan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap positif dan keterampilan profesional, selain itu kajian ini juga melihat hubungan LADAP terhadap prestasi kerja guru bagi meningkatkan kualiti guru SMAN, Pekanbaru,Kajian ini berbentuk tinjauan dengan menggunakan soal selidik sebagai alat kajian.Jumlah sampel adalah seramai 327 orangguru-guru sekolah menengah atas di Pekanbaru. Penganalisisan data dibuat secara deskriptif dan inferensi. Hasil dapatan menunjukkan tahap kesesuaian latihan dalam perkhidmatan adalah sederhana rendah (min:3.00 SP 0.54) manakala dari aspek prestasi kerja guru pada tahap yang sederhana rendah (min:3.00 SP 0.68) Analisis inferensi ujian-1 berdasarkan jantina menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan antara latihan dalam perkhidmatan dengan prestasi kerja guru. Berdasarkan analisis ANOVA terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan bagi aspek latihan dalam perkhidmatan dan prestasi kerja guru berdasarkan pengalaman kerja. Kajian menunjukkan LADAP bagi guru-guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas ,Pekan baru masih lagi berada di tahap rendah. Satu pendekatan atau program perlu dilakukan oleh pihak Kementerian Pelajaran untuk mempelbagaikan dan memantapkan program latihan dalam perkhidmatan agar memberikan impak yang ketara seterusnya meningkatkan prestasi kerja guru sekaligus menjadi pemangkin pembangunan profesionalisme guru di Indonesia.

Kajian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat pengetahuan dan kemahiran teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi (TMK) guru terhadap prestasi subjek perniagaan murid sekolah menengah. Kaedah kuantitatif telah digunakan dalam kajian ini yang melibatkan pelajar tingkatan 4 sekolah menengah yang terletak di daerah Sepang. Seramai 265 orang pelajar yang mengambil mata pelajaran Perniagaan telah dipilih sebagai sampel kajian. Hasil analisis deskriptif mendapati bahawa guru menunjukkan kesediaan TMK yang tinggi bagi aspek pengetahuan dan kemahiran. Seterusnya, hasil analisis inferensi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan bagi pengetahuan dan kemahiran TMK guru dengan pencapaian akademik pelajar. Secara keseluruhannya, kajian ini diharapkan akan dapat membantu pihak yang berkaitan dalam usaha mencipta kecemerlangan kualiti pendidikan bagi pelajar sekolah.

This study discusses the level of leadership self-efficacy (LSE) among female public servants who hold positions of Grade 48 and above. Within the context of Malaysia's norms, studies related to LSE among female public servants are still lacking and limited. Therefore, quantitative research was conducted to distribute questionnaires as research instruments to 456 respondents among female public servants Grade 48 and above who were randomly selected. Leadership self-efficacy is measured through four dimensions, namely i) motivating group members, (ii) creating synergy, (iii) showing awareness and self-confidence, and (iv) creating change. The study results show that the level of LSE for the dimension of motivating group members and creating synergy is high. The aim of this study was to review the students’ and teachers’ views related to application of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in School Based Assessment (SBA).A questionnaire has been adapted and modified in line with the objectives of the study. A total of 206 teachers who are pursuing a master degree have been randomly selected for this study.The study finding shows that there is similarity between students’ and teachers’ views on the application of HOTS in SBA. Both groups welcomed the government’s intention to acculturate HOTS through SBA.However, some improvements need to be done. Among the views from the teachers were improvement in the curriculum and funds allocation, continuous training, more resources on HOTS assessment items; and more resources and materials for authentic learning activities. Abstract Aspirations Education Development Plan 2013-2025 in sub element of equity targeting students for academic excellence as a goal to be expected. To achieve these aspirations, the role of teachers and pupils are given special attention. In addition, the rate of dependence on employment is expected to be reduced by injecting the interest of students to become entrepreneurs after school. The Ministry of Education has initiated this effort by integrating elements of entrepreneurship in each subject. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify the relationship between teachers and teaching styles and learning styles of pupils in order to raise the academic achievement of pupils and students participating graduates. The study found that all elements of their teaching in teaching style model Grasha (1996) and learning styles in fact a student's learning style inventory Selmes (1987) are discussed. Furthermore, the Career Development Model Holland (1974) analyzed to identify interests participating graduates after school will also be discussed. Some implications and recommendations were given them, teachers need to identify students' learning style before applying the teaching force. Compatibility between teaching and learning styles will impact on the academic achievement and career interests of students. This study also determines the relationship between attitude, skills and environment with intention of entrepreneurship among public university students. This quantitative study uses survey design through questionnaire. This study involved a total of 380 students using a simple random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26 to obtain descriptive and inferential analysis. The research instrument went through the content validity process and the results of the pilot test showed Cronbach's alpha values ranging from 0.74 to 0.92. Responden kajian tinjauan terdiri daripada 175 Nazir Sekolah yang pernah mengikuti program LDP yang dianjurkan oleh pihak JN dari tahun 2018 hingga 2021. Without exploiting potential business opportunities, entrepreneurship will not occur. This study aims to determine positive emotion effects on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and business opportunity exploitation. The study’s sample comprise of 152 final year university students. — This article aims to determine the extentand difference of financial well-being among students ofhigher education institutions (IPT) in Malaysia. Quantitative design using the survey method was applied inthis study. The sample of the study consisted of students of a public university(UA) and Institute of TeacherEducation(IPG), focusing on students in the field of education. A total of 413 respondents were involved inthis study. Descriptive analysis and independent samplest-test were used to determine the extent anddifference of respondents’ financial well-being. The results of the study showed that the level of financialwell-being of IPT students was moderate with no significant difference between UA and IPG students. Themajority of the respondents were seen to have a stable financial position,which reflects their satisfactionwith theirlivesas university students. Therefore, emphasis on programmes in the form of financialmanagement knowledge and skills for IPT students should be enhanced through the cooperation of theuniversity management with government and non-government bodies. These programmes provide studentswith the opportunity to improve their ability to manage cash flows well, thus enabling them to makefinancial plans for current and future situations apart from dealing with the upcoming risks and challenges invarious aspects related to money.

In this era of globalization, the economy in Malaysia needs to be more competitive in order to stay advanced and stable, comparable with the economy in other developing countries. The need for competitiveness in an individual is emphasized by the government, especially to the young generation who will inherit the economy of the country. Hence, this study was implemented to measure the competitiveness level of higher education institutions students in Penisular Malaysia. A total of 1910 undergraduate students from 15 Public Institutions of Higher Education (IPTA) and 16 Private Institutions of Higher Education (IPTS) were selected as respondents. This study is a quantitative study using questionnaires as the instrument. The data were analyzed using the software Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0 to find the mean score, standard deviation, frequency and percentage. The results of the study indicated that the competitiveness level of IPTstudents, as a whole is high intermediate level with the mean score of 3.54. This finding also explains that among the nine constructs of competitiveness, the goal construct recorded the highest mean score with the mean value of 3.95 and for the lowest construct is aggressive construct with the mean value of 3.27. Meanwhile, the mean value recorded for the other seven constructs is from3.29 to 3.79. This shows that students of higher education institutions are still not competitive enough as stated in the goal of the National Higher Education Strategic Plan and they are not ready to face the challenges of globalization competitively.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the Islamic leadership style of principals with teachers' self -efficacy (EK) in Religious Secondary Schools. This survey study was also conducted to explore the level of Islamic leadership among principals as well as the level of effectiveness in teachers. The data was collected from 50 teachers who served in two Private Religious Secondary Schools in Hulu Langat District. The results of the data analysis recorded that the practice of Islamic leadership among the Principals was at a moderately high level for the overall principles practiced. While the level of teacher self -efficacy reached a high level for the overall dimension of teacher self -efficacy. At the same time, the results also show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Islamic leadership style of the Principal with the EK of teachers even at a weak level. This study investigates the moderating effect of students’ programs on entrepreneurship education aimed at pre-start-up and its effect on the students’ behavior. This study also attempts the level of entrepreneurship education and pre-start-up behavior among students. A survey was carried out among 441 final year students, including 214 students from business programs, and 227 students from non-business programs. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 22 and SmartPLS 3.3.0, to perform descriptive and multi-group analysis (MGA), including assessment of measurement invariance of the composite model (MICOM). The results reveal that all direct relationships were supported. It was also found that student programs do have a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and pre-start-up behavior.
