Disposal  of  solid  wastes  has  become  a  major  problem  in  Onitsha,  Anambra state.  The  problem  has  increased  with  increase  in  the  city’s  population  as  a result  of  natural  birth,  migration  and  consistent  increase  in  commercial, industrial  and  administrative  activities.  Consequently  heaps  of  solid  waste  has become  common  in  every  part  of  the  city  which  are  attributed  to  the  household disposal  attitudes.  The  goal  of  the  study  is  to  empirically  establish  the  factors that  determine  solid  waste  disposal  attitudes  in  Onitsha,  Anambra  state.  Five objectives  were  accomplished  in  this  study.  These  include:  (1)  To  examine  the nature  of  household  solid  waste  disposal  in  Onitsha.  (2)To  determine  factors that  influence  household  solid  waste  disposal  attitude  on  solid  waste disposal.(3)  To  determine  whether  solid  waste  disposal  attitude  differ  among households  in  Onitsha.(4)  To  examine  the  household  perception  on  solid  waste disposal.  (5)  To  make  recommendations  for  improving  household  solid  waste disposal  habit  in  Onitsha  metropolis.  Four  hypotheses  were  also  raised  in  this study,  these  are:  H0:  The  nature  of  household  solid  waste  disposal  cannot  be significantly  identified  and  categorized.  H0:  The  factors  that  influence  household solid  waste  disposal  attitude  cannot  be  significantly  identified  and  categorized. H0:  Factors  that  influence  household  solid  waste  disposal  attitude  do  not  differ significantly  among  households.  H0:  Residents  perceptions  on  solid  waste disposal  system  do  not  differ  significantly  in  Onitsha.  Both  secondary  and primary  data  were  well  used  in  the  study.  The  statistical  techniques  used  in  this study  are  Principal  component  analysis  (PCA)  and  Analysis  of  variance (ANOVA).  PCA  was  used  to  test  the  first  and  second  hypotheses,  while ANOVA  was  used  to  test  the  third  and  the  fourth  hypotheses.  The  result  of  the first  hypothesis  showed  that  the  nature  of  household  solid  waste  disposal  can  be significantly  identified  and  categorized.  The  result  of  the  second  hypothesis showed  that  factors  that  influence  household  solid  waste  disposal  can  be significantly  identified  and  categorized.  The  third  hypothesis  showed  that factors  that  influence  household  solid  waste  disposal  attitudes  do  not  differ significantly  among  households.  The  fourth  hypothesis  showed  that  residents perception  on  solid  waste  disposal  system  do  not  differ  significantly  in  Onitsha. The  study  recommends  among  others  need  for  effective  education  of households  and  residents  of  Onitsha,  as  well  as  healthy  solid  waste  disposal strategies  in  Onitsha.  This  will  help  to  reduce  the  way  solid  waste  is indiscriminately disposed in Onitsha metropolis

ABSTRACT
Gastrointestinal parasites (helminthes and protozoans) of humans are one of the major health problems worldwide especially in the tropics and subtropical areas. There is inadequate reliable information on the prevalence of these parasitic infections among patients attending hospitals in Bamenda, Cameroon. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of this parasitic infection in two hospitals in Bamenda which were: the Presbyterian Health Center (PHC) Mankon, Bamenda and Bamenda Regional Hospital by examining their past records Of those at Presbyterian heath center, 2258 persons consulted, 495 were positive with a total prevalence of 21.9% for parasitic infection. Generally,the total prevalence for Ascaris lumbricoides was 13.5%.Balantidium coli 0%,Entamoeba histolytica 58.4%,Taenia species 0.9%,intestinal flagellates 6.5% and Gardia lamblia 1.1% with Entamoeba histolytica being the most prevalent parasitic infection.Of those at the Bamenda Regional hospital,1674 patients consulted,458 were positive with a total parasitic prevalence  of 27.4%.Generally,the total prevalence for Ascaris lumbricoides was 0.1%.Balantidium coli 0.3%,Entamoeba histolytica 23.1%,Taenia species 0.2%,intestinal flagellates 0% and Gardia lamblia 3.9% with Entamoeba histolytica being the most prevalent. Prevalence of parasitic infections in the Presbyterian Health Centre was higher in females, 46.5% than males 32.7% besides; the Prevalence of parasitic infections in the Bamenda Regional Hospital was as well higher in females 17.0% than males 10.6%. In the Presbyterian Health Centre, age group specific prevalence of parasitic infection was highest between the age group of 61 years and above, followed by 13.0% in 31 to 40 age group but lowest between the 21 to 30 years age group. In the Bamenda Regional Hospital, age group specific prevalence of parasitic infection was highest between the age group of 11-20years, but lowest between the 41-50 years age group.
In conclusion, this study shows that intestinal helminthes and protozoan infections are among the common parasitic infections among patients presenting at these hospitals. This information may provide invaluable statistics needed for planning meaningful public control programs.

Poverty is the world’s biggest challenge and the inequality of global wealth distribution is frightening. 80% of the 7 billion people in this world live less than $10 dollar a day and only 5% of global income was generated by the poorest 40% of the world population while 75% of the global income was generated by the wealthiest 20% of the world’s population. Numerous numbers of studies has been made linking globalization towards poverty and the issue has been debated and inconclusive. Thus, this paper discussed the two schools of thoughts regarding this matter - the optimists that believe globalization as the solution of poverty and inequality, and the pessimists that believe globalization as the cause of poverty and inequality.

The aim of the paper is to show the implementation of fuzzy logic in business,
administration and accounting, through the research published in Scopus.
The results of the document focus on the following sections: 1) Fuzzy set
theory, in business, administration and accounting. 2) Analysis of fuzzy logic
bibliometrics in business, administration and accounting. 3) Identification
and characterization of the documents or seminal documents most cited in
applications of fuzzy logic in business, administration and accounting. The
method used in this contribution is documentary research using the Scopus
database and the VOSviewer science bibliometric analysis and mapping tool.
In the future, this computational practice will focus on new diffuse models
and the combination of these with other artificial intelligence techniques such
as neural networks, genetic algorism, forage bacteria, among others.

In the last years, cultural organisations, in their struggle to become viable in a period of deep socioeconomic crisis and also achieve competitive advantage in a competitive entertainment and tourism market, tend to apply models and practices from the business domain yet in a way that respects the authenticity of the cultural places.
In this context, the present paper introduces a strategic model from the entertainment and tourism sector that has proven successful even at periods of crisis – the ‘experience model’ – to the museum sector. The Acropolis Museum in Athens, Greece is used as the case study.
At first, the experience model is presented: the concept of ‘experience’, the key principles of the model, and the methodology of designing experiences. Emphasis is on the differentiation between ‘experience’ and ‘service’.
The experience model is then applied to the Acropolis Museum, through two advertising spots for the development of foreign and of domestic tourism that present the visit to the Museum as an experience. The strongest, as well as the weakest experiential elements of the Museum are pointed out. Among the strongest elements are the emphasis on the exhibits, and the connection between the Museum and the Acropolis site. The weakest experiential elements of the Museum are: first, the different activities are rather unrelated, do not have unified objectives and do not address to a unified visitor group; and second, the visit to the Acropolis Museum does not seem to be linked to a visit to the Acropolis site and to other cultural sites of Athens – hence the inability to create a broader cultural ‘destination’. Consequently, the visit to the Acropolis Museum is an introverted, optical-aesthetic experience (focused on the exhibits), which the visitor enjoys, but finds it difficult to personally and actively associate himself/herself to it.
The aim is to contribute to the establishment of museums as a competitive advantage for tourism-economic development, in a way that respects the authenticity of the places.

2021 marked a decade since the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (GPs)1 were approved by the Human Rights Council. The GPs set out the obligations of states under international human rights law, including that applicable to Indigenous Peoples, and the responsibilities of business enterprises with regard to the same rights, in the context of economic activity. Ten years on from adopting the GPs, the UN Working Group on the Issue of Human Rights and Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises (WG) initiated a process of dialogue by gathering input from states, businesses, civil society and Indigenous Peoples with which to analyse the implications of the GPs for the protection of human rights in the context of business activity. The objective of the requested inputs was to define a roadmap for their direction and implementation over the coming 10 years (UNGPs 10+ Roadmap). It was in this context that IWGIA commissioned analysis on the implications of the GPs for Indigenous Peoples over the last 10 years in the context of business activity, which was submitted to the WG in 2021. This analysis, is entitled The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples. Progress achieved, the implementation gap and challenges for the next decade2 drew on interviews with Indigenous Peoples’ representatives from different geographical regions and on documentary materials.3 This section presents a summary of the main findings of the report, its conclusions and recommendations, as submitted to the WG for consideration. A critical analysis is also made of the WG's proposal for implementing the GPs over the next decade

Problem Statement: Mobbing is one the serious problems at work, such as the universities work environments. Preventing mobbing in these environments where most of the people are highly  intellectual is not easy. Research Questions: In this study, what are the effects of self efficacy and emotional  intelligence on preventing mobbing at university environments is critically analysed, and  what kind of prevention methodology is  needed is overviewed.
