Background/ Objectives: The aim of this research is to investigate the relationships between course interaction, perceived learning, instructor behaviors, flexibility, attitude towards online learning and perceived satisfaction of students with respect to Online Teaching. Methods/Statistical analysis: The sample consisted of 795 Under graduate and Post graduate students of Higher education in Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS AMOS 25.0 were used to analyse the casual relationships between course interaction, perceived learning, instructor behaviors, flexibility, attitude towards online learning and perceived satisfaction and to evaluate the hypotheses regarding relationships among model constructs. Findings: All the hypotheses developed within the study were positively confirmed, reinforcing the idea of the former research in this field. The study also reveals interesting implications in between course interaction, perceived learning, instructor behaviors, flexibility, attitude towards online learning and perceived satisfaction, useful to all the stakeholders of educational sector. Applications: Educational institutions would find this research helpful in better understanding the variables which impact the student’s satisfaction towards online learning.

These Translation Quality Scales were developed by the authors as part of Experts’ diagnostic process in the  Pilot Study for  the Translation Quality Scales’ reliability assessment. These Scales were consisted of Five Hypothetical Constructs for Translation Quality Assessment FHCTQA Extracted from prominent Translation Models.

ABSTRACT
This pilot research analyses the translation quality constructs  that deem necessary for both source text ST and target text TT. The researchers’ experiences in translation research and practice revealed that basically, there are five constructs of translation quality analysis which can always correlate with TT regardless of differences in translation models  or theoretical backgrounds used. The Five Constructs for Translation Quality Analysis (FCTQA) include: translator, source text ST, ST initiator, translation process and linguistic characteristics. Thus, this pilot study was directed to develop basic translation quality constructs for reliable translation products’ analyses. Hence, the research was designed to answer five scientific questions about both the validity and reliability of (FCTQA) in question. This study used purposive sampling techniques and a questionnaire for the process of internal consistency data collection which included the sample of professional translators in both countries; Malaysia and Libya. Each construct was loaded with a number of respective factors. The questionnaires were distributed to (n=30) of the said professional translators and all were completed and returned to the researchers. The process of data analyses depended much on descriptive statistics; whereby mean averages and correlational analyses were applied. The data were analyzed and measured against the pilot research constructs. The overall reliability coefficient of (FCTQA) was (r)=0.84 yielded by 136 factors. Then, the general discussions of (FCTQA) findings included guidelines on translation research directions; whereupon, the interpretation of findings addressed current issues on translation quality analysis. Finally, the professional suggestions and recommendations were provided in regard to (FCTQA) applications and implementations, including furthering empirical research on translation for a better understanding of TT quality.

Reconstruction of large oral mucosa defects is often challenging, since the shortage of healthy oral mucosa to replace the excised tissues is very common. In this context, tissue engineering techniques may provide a source of autologous tissues available for transplant in these patients. In this work, we developed a new model of artificial oral mucosa generated by tissue engineering using a fibrin-agarose scaffold. For that purpose, we generated primary cultures of human oral mucosa fibroblasts and keratinocytes from small biopsies of normal oral mucosa using enzymatic treatments. Then we determined the viability of the cultured cells by electron probe quantitative X-ray microanalysis, and we demonstrated that most of the cells in the primary cultures were alive and had high K/Na ratios. Introduction: In times of inadequate resources and rising public demand, social service organizations rely on volunteers to meet needs. In the current human resource for health crisis in Africa there is urgent need for community health volunteers (CHVs). Studies have highlighted problems of high attrition rates leading to high replacement training costs among CHVs. There is need for careful selection of volunteers that can serve long-term, once trained. This study was done to develop a volunteer assessment framework for recruitment of CHVs. The framework is based on identification intrinsic motives for volunteering that have been shown to be associated with long volunteer service. Methods: The assessment tool was developed by searching literature for theory based constructs and assessment items associated with volunteering. These constructs and items were synthesized into a proposed assessment framework. The framework was subjected to face content and construct validation in West Kenyan context in phase 1 of the study. The validated framework was tested for ability to differentiate between long serving volunteers and non-volunteers matched by gender, age and residence. The 2 groups were presented with test items and asked to record their agreement on a scale of 1 to 5 on the reasons why people volunteer. Results: From literature we identified functional, role identity, and social exchange as theories underpinning volunteering. From these theories we identified 8 constructs to include in a proposed volunteer assessment framework. We tested the framework and although all the eight constructs satisfied internal consistency test only 5: altruism, materialism, social adjustment, esteem enhancement and career development were statistically significantly more associated with either volunteers or non-volunteers. Therefore, only these were included on the final volunteer assessment framework, for identification of long serving volunteers in the local context. Conclusion: We propose a volunteer assessment tool with the 5 constructs and 25 assessment items for identification and recruitment of CHVs, with motives consistent with long-term volunteer service. The final framework consists of altruistic (altruism, social adjustment, esteem enhancement) or egoistic (material gain and career development) constructs with 25 assessment statements. The frame work would able to identify individuals with altruistic motives to include and those with egoistic tendencies to exclude during a volunteer recruitment exercise.

In this paper, we tackle an important but unresolved research question: How distinct are workplace conflict, aggression and bullying? We study this question by means of latent class (LC) analysis using cross-industry data from 6,175 Belgian workers. We find a two-factor solution (conflict-aggression versus bullying) to provide the best fit to the data. Employees with low exposure to conflict-aggression and bullying perceived the phenomena as mostly overlapping. Employees who were exposed more frequently to the phenomena reported them to be more distinct - especially so for workplace bullying. We also find conflict-aggression and bullying to have distinct relationships with well-being and strain outcomes. These findings entail that a simple unifying approach or a single label for all three phenomena is not appropriate, at least from a measurement point of view and from the perspective of those exposed. The figure above presents the Five Construct Model of Translation Quality Model which was derived from the common translation models and theories, with the aims of, amongst others, providing guidelines applicable to unlimited professional translation situations. This model emphasizes that translation is not only about translating words, sentences or texts; but translation goes beyond cultural barriers so that to enables the functionally oriented communication.
