Salah satu partner dalam bidang IT di kampus tempat saya kuliah adalah SAP (System Application and Product). Sehingga ada beberapa jurusan yang mendapatkan materi SAP, baik materi fungsional maupun teknikal/coding. Salah satunya adalah jurusan yang saya ambil, yaitu Teknik Informatika. Di akhir perkuliahan kami akan mendapatkan sertifikasi SAP dengan melakukan test secara online. Selain itu dalam perkuliahan sehari-hari kami juga sering mengerjakan latihan soal sertifikasi menggunakan aplikasi exam yang sudah disediakan oleh SAP dan UAS pun menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Setiap melakukan latihan biasanya soal yang muncul banyak yang sama persis dengan soal yang pernah dikerjakan ketika latihan sebelumnya, akan tetapi tidak semuanya. Ada beberapa soal yang memang baru kita dapatkan. Jadi intinya semakin sering kita melakukan latihan maka akan semakin banyak soal baru yang akan kita dapatkan dan itu artinya semakin besar kemungkinan kita untuk lulus sertifikasi, karena soal sertifikasi juga katanya tidak jauh beda dengan latihan-latihan soal tersebut. This article discusses the Islamic boarding schools (or pondok pesantren) in Indonesia and its role to de-radicalization of Islamic thought. Pondok pesantrens have developed within the framework of a relatively unique and have a different characters compared to similar education institutions in other countries. It’s mainly caused of the nature of peace that is felt when Islam entered the country. It implies on the peaceful nature of Islam in most of the existing pondok pesantrens, including its contributions to the nation. Eventough at current circumstance some pondok pesantrens have radicalization understanding that impact on terrorism in Indonesia, it should be placed in the context of the transnational Islamic movements around the world. This article also emphasizes the importance of strengthening the role of government in an effort to de-radicalization of Islam through pondok pesantrens with the institutional strengthening of this Islamic educational institutions in the form of program to support community empowerment to break the chain of radicalization movement.

In 2017 the Institute of Archaeology named after A.Kh. Khalikov conducted the scientific and scientific-organizational activities in the field of complex archaeological, historical, ethnological, museological and natural scientific research in accordance with the State assignment and the “Development Strategy of the Institute of Archaeology named after A.Kh. Khalikov of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences for 2016–2020.” Scientific research conducted by the Institute are associated with the study of the multifaceted issues of ancient and medieval archaeology, historical and cultural heritage of the Volga-Ural region in the context of studying the medieval Eurasian civilization.

Among the multiple possibilities to study human depressive disorders, animal models remain important preclinical tools. They allow the understanding of the mechanisms of action of antidepressant drugs. Primarily developed in rat, animal models of depression have been adapted to the mouse, an easy-to-use mammal with better genetic possibilities than rats. As an example, genetic manipulation of the serotoninergic 5-hydroxytryptamine-HT; (5-HT) system provided important opportunities to investigate the role of this monoamine in mood disorders. The contribution of either constitutive knockout (KO), tissue specific, or inducible KO mice and animal models in the current knowledge of the pathophysiology and treatment of depression is unanimously recognized. The phenotype of genetically manipulated animals is strongly influenced by both the genetic background of the animal as well as environmental factors. For these reasons, it is necessary to underline that KO mice have been generated on various genetic backgrounds, which strongly influence the behavioral and neurochemical responses to the tests. The present review will thus focus on KO mice lacking G protein-coupled monoaminergic receptors (e.g; 5-HT1B, 5-HT1A, and 5-HT4 receptors) and the 5-HT serotonin transporter, which is the main target of antidepressant drugs (or strategies). The importance of KO mice for neurotrophic factors, particularly for brain-derived neurotrophic factor and its main receptor displaying a tyrosine kinase activity, will also be addressed to illustrate the fact that in preclinical studies, combination of genetic manipulations with pharmacological ones should allow further progress in the field of neuropsychopharmacology.

Tramadol is effective in the management of mild to moderate postoperative pain, but its administration is associated with nausea and vomiting. Patients treated with tramadol, often receive dexamethasone as antiemetic. The aim of our investigation was to assess if the two drugs interact in a murine model of acute visceral pain. Using the acetic acid writhing test in mice, we assessed the antinociceptive effects of tramadol and dexamethasone (a glucocorticoid with antiemetic effect) administrated individually and in a 1 : 1 fixed ratio combination. Tramadol and dexamethasone induced a dose-dependent inhibition of the writhing response when administered individually, with ED(50) values of 2.9 [2.09-4.31, 95% confidence limit (CL)] mg/kg, and 0.13 (0.05-0.29, 95% CL) mg/kg, respectively. The ED(50) of the combination was 0.13 (0.01-0.29, 95% CL) mg/kg; the isobolographic and interaction index analysis revealed a synergistic interaction. The results suggest that the combination of tramadol and dexamethasone could be beneficial in the management of postoperative pain in humans.

Putusan Pengadilan Agama yang berkaitan dengan perceraian merupakan produk hukum yang menjadi landasan bagi pihak yang berperkara untuk dilaksanakan dan dipatuhi. Namun terkadang, ada beberapa putusan yang tidak mencerminkan keadilan bagi sebagian pihak. Untuk itulah, peneliti mencoba menganalisis putusan Nomor 603/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Bm. terkait dengan perkara perceraian. Dalam analisis ini tentu didasarkan pada peraturan yang berlaku dan akan penulis komparasikan dengan hukum syariat (pendapat para ulama) terkait dengan permasalahan yang dalam putusan tersebut. Jenis Penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian hukum Yuridis/Normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kepustakaan atau tulisan-tulisan yang relevan.
