Öz: Kendilerini "öteki" yoluyla tanıtma ve tanıma çabası içerisinde olan şarkiyatçılar, sıklıkla kadınların temsiline odaklanmış, anlatılarında cinsiyetlendirilmiş bir mekân olarak harem ve kafesli pencerelerin gerisinde hayattan kopuk olarak yaşayan, korunmaya muhtaç, aciz doğulu kadını betimlemişlerdir. Şarkiyatçıların edilgen olan ve "Türk Kadınları" diye genelde çoğul olarak kullanılan anlatımları, milliyetçi söylem içerisinde etkin olan ve kitleler önünde konuşabilen bir bireye dönüşür. Milliyetçi söylemde Türk kadını savaşa katkı veren "ulusun annesi" haline gelir ve kadın olarak temsil edilen vatan gibi o da korunmalıdır. A 5-year survey was planned in order to reveal the localization of Neoklaudiopolis and its relations with its surroundings and to investigate the history of Vezirköprü district, to identify the archaeological cultural assets in the district. Within the scope of this planning, in 2018, the first works were started in Vezirköprü District of Samsun Province. The survey in 2018 was conducted in 27 villages of the Vezirköprü district. The focus of this season's work was on villages in the vicinity of Istavloz (Istavroz) Stream, especially where the Roman remains were concentrated. During these studies, were investigated in detail and their coordinates were determined and photographed and recorded together with the registered ones, 3 fortresses and 15 slope settlements, 2 mounds, 3 bridges, 4 architectural remains, 15 tumuli, 8 stone crate tombs, 6 rock grave tombs, 10 sarcophagus vessels and hatches, 7 tombstones, 1 rock tomb, 4 architectural remains, a large number of workshops, column, column header and base, architectural building element, grave steles, milestones detailed by determining the coordinates were investigated under and recorded.

Öz: Milli Mücadele Dönemi’nde öğretmenlerin basın yayın hayatı yoluyla Türk eğitim sistemine katkıları tartışmasız çok önemli bir rol oynadı. II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi’nde Darülmualliminden mezun olan Osman Nuri Bey (1889-1981) Milli Mücadele esnasında maarif ordusunun bir neferi olarak eğitim kadrolarında öğretmenlik ve idarecilik vazifesini sürdürdü. Diğer yandan Maarif Müdürü olarak görev yaptığı Sivas vilayetinde Sivas Muallimler Cemiyeti tarafından yayınlanan Dilek ve Türk Ocakları Sivas Şubesi tarafından yayınlanan Birlik mecmualarında yazılar kaleme aldı. 1970 yılının başlarında, Türkiye’de birkaç yıldan beri var olan anarşinin boyutu hükümet ve devlet açısından tehlikeli bir hal almaya başlamıştır. Toplumun her kesiminde askeri bir müdahale beklentisinin arttığı bu yıldan itibaren yaşanan anarşiye kayıtsız kalamayan bazı siyasi partiler, Meclis üyeleri ve sivil toplum örgütleri Cumhurbaşkanı Cevdet Sunay’a şikâyet ve çözüm önerilerini içeren bir takım başvurularda bulunmuşlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bu başvuruları temel alarak 12 Mart 1971 Müdahalesi’ne giden günlerde olaylar karşısında söz konusu bu siyasi partilerin, Meclis üyelerinin ve sivil toplum örgütlerinin tavır ve tutumlarının ne olduğunu ortaya koymak ve en önemlisi de şikâyet ve çözüm önerilerini incelemektir. Çalışmada, temel olarak Cumhurbaşkanlığı Cevdet Sunay Arşivi’ne ait belgelerle birlikte resmi yayınlar, süreli yayınlar ve telif eserler kullanılmıştır.
