El objetivo de este artículo es proveer un análisis sistemático de estudios que indagan sobre las herramientas TIC para niños con Trastorno de Espectro Autista (TEA). Las herramientas descritas están categorizadas en herramientas de evaluación y herramientas de intervención, su funcionalidad y cómo contribuyen a esta área. Por una parte, muchas de las herramientas se utilizan para diagnosticar TEA y, por otra, algunas herramientas juegan un rol fundamental, contribuyendo a mejorar las habilidades cognitivas y sociales del niño con TEA. A través de la revisión de estos estudios, se pretende analizar cómo estas herramientas pueden actuar en el campo educativo para enfrentar las necesidades existentes en la educación en Chile.


The aim of this report is to provide systematic analysis of studies investigating ICT tools for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. They are categorized into ICT assessment tools and ICT intervention tools. The review outlines the origin of each tool; their functionality by describing certain technological features they possess, and how they contribute to this field. On one hand, many ICT tools contribute in the diagnosis of ASD; on the other hand, ICT intervention tools play an important role, trying to enhance both cognitive and social abilities of the ASD child. Through the review of these articles, we try to analyze in depth how far they have come in addressing what has turned out to be a need in education in Chile.

A 21. században a digitális olvasás-és írástudás elengedhetetlen az egyre inkább automatizált és digitalizált munkavégzés miatt. Az informatika oktatásnak tehát hatalmas a jelentősége és a felelőssége is, hisz a jövő rendszereinek felhasználóit és fejlesztőit kell képeznie. Éppen ezért a differenciált oktatás különösen fontos az informatika órákon: a hatékony tanulási folyamat elősegítése végett szükség van a diákok egyéni képességeinek és sajátosságainak, mint például kulturális, etnikai vagy épp nemi identitásának figyelembe vételére. A jelen tanulmány azt kívánja körüljárni, miért szükséges az informatika oktatást nemi aspektusok-különösen a nemi sztereotípiák-felől is megközelíteni. Nemcsak elméleti probléma a nők és lányok-nemi sztereotípiákból adódó-alacsony részvétele az informatikában, hanem kézzelfogható technológiai és társadalmi komplikációkhoz is vezet. Az elméleti áttekintés után a cikk konkrét módszereket sorakoztat fel arra, hogy hogyan lehet inkluzívabbá tenni az informatika órákat.

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of ICT Competencies of university students from Mexico and Hungary. The
research type is quantitative and exploratory. The instrument consists of 14 items. The sample was of 567 students. 302 students
of Veracruzana University in Veracruz, Mexico. 265 students of Óbuda University in Budapest, Hungary. The situation of
education in Hungary and Mexico is not so different although each country have taken different paths. The results referring of
Hungarians and Mexicans Student´s perceptions about their competencies in ICT indicate that they express a high level of
competencies in ICT.

Celem niniejszej ekspertyzy jest dokonanie przeglądu strategii i działań mających na celu rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych w tych państwach, które osiągnęły znaczący postęp w tej dziedzinie. Elementem ekspertyzy jest rekomendacja działań, które należy podjąć w Polsce w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych.

Nasz raport obejmuje:
• podsumowanie kierunków przyjmowanych przez wszystkie państwa członkowskie UE (z wyjątkiem Polski) w swoich działaniach strategicznych w obszarze kompetencji cyfrowych;
• podsumowanie skutecznych działań dla rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych w państwach, w których nastąpił w ostatnich latach znaczny wzrost wskaźników mierzących poziom rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych: Belgii, Czechach, Estonii, Finlandii, Holandii i Wielkiej Brytanii;
• Rekomendacje działań, które należy podjąć w Polsce, sformułowane w oparciu o przeprowadzone analizy i doświadczenia państw będących ich przedmiotem.

Ekspertyza została zrealizowana w oparciu o badania typu desk research połączone z indywidualnymi wywiadami z przedstawicielami sześciu wybranych państw. Na potrzeby analizy wyróżniliśmy cztery kluczowe obszary strategii rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych:
• Edukacja szkolna
• Edukacja dorosłych – rynek pracy oraz uczenie się przez całe życie
• Talent cyfrowy – specjaliści IT i zaawansowane kompetencje
• E-integracja

W raporcie przedstawiamy kontekst realizacji strategii, obejmujący m.in. wyzwania związane z ewaluacją działań i strategii, zmieniający się kontekst - w szczególności na skutek zmiany technologicznej oraz ogólne trendy dotyczące formułowanych strategii. Przedstawiamy też
ramy określone na poziomie europejskim przez Unię Europejską.
Naszą główną rekomendacją jest wypracowanie systemowego podejścia do rozwoju kompetencji cyfrowych, które to jest kluczowym czynnikiem zapewniającym wzrost kompetencji w analizowanych państwach. Przedstawiamy również bardziej szczegółowe rekomendacje dla każdego z czterech obszarów kluczowych.

This paper was developed to explore the topic of digital competences in teachers and students. The content organization is basic but interesting since it is a trend topic these days because of the need to develop the XXI Century Competencies in students and teachers.

Maszyny, przetwarzające gigantyczne ilości informacji w czasie krótszym od mgnienia oka, wyposażane z naszej własnej woli w moduły, które pozwalają na autonomię działania, w tym wybór celu ataku, zmieniają nie tylko przebieg działań wojennych, ale również handel papierami wartościowymi na światowych giełdach. Triada: człowiek – maszyna – bezpieczeństwo, nabiera jak nigdy dotąd fundamentalnego znaczenia.

Czy człowiek, który wciąż wymyśla nowe maszyny, obdarza je systemami informacyjnymi ocierającymi się o sztuczną inteligencję, jest w stanie zapewnić pełną kontrolę nad nimi? Kto jest odpowiedzialny za błąd maszyny? I co się stanie, gdy naszą rzeczywistość ostatecznie zdominują roboty i samouczące się oprogramowanie? Czy grozi nam „bunt maszyn”? A może większym zagrożeniem od buntu robotów jest konieczność poddania się dyktatowi algorytmów?

Mimo tych obiekcji, coraz więcej ufamy maszynom, coraz częściej zdajemy się na wynik ich analiz. Zalewa nas ocean ledwo co przetworzonych maszynowo danych. Na ich podstawie
mamy decydować o życiu i śmierci. Ale na końcu przychodzi refleksja. Maszyny działają w kodzie zero-jedynkowym. Prawda – fałsz. Zero – jeden. Tymczasem wiele zebranych danych jest nieoczywistych. Nie można też wykluczyć błędu maszyn. Nadmiar informacji szkodzi. W niektórych typach działań niepełna informacja nieracjonalna, ale intuicyjna może być bardziej efektywna. Zaufajmy intuicji. Jej maszyny nie mają. To będzie właściwa decyzja.

Uruguay is the first country to implement the strategy proposed by olPC through the Plan Ceibal to reach all children in public education.
This article is based on the experience of flor de Ceibo at the universidad de la República, developed since 2008.
Through comprehensive practices, which combine the basic university functions: teaching, research and extension
and integrating students and academics various approaches have been developed in order to support and understand
the effects of the Plan implementation. The methodology developed with local actors, enables the reflection for this
work, integrating also other national research results.
The Plan Ceibal has had a significant impact in terms of access to iCts, especially for the most vulnerable people.
The main challenges in education included the need for further teacher training and the generation of resources to
support teaching. also an important aspect is the promotion of specific curricular adaptations. In the community area,
the main challenge is the integration and appropriation of the technologies pointing to the growth of the community.
This requires a comprehensive perspective that integrates multiple dimensions such as school-family relationships,
the link with other technologies, the intergenerational relationships, gender constructions and also local community
aspects.

In the scientific literature of the past 15 years it can be found numerous research initiatives and experiences related to the adoption of new technologies in education. Technological innovations have been constant, often accompanied by educational innovations, but the pace of adoption of the same is not as intense as its development. Furthermore, not only changing technologies and methods, students and learning objectives also change, which in many cases cause many conflicts and difficulties. This paper proposes as a research proposal to analyze and promote technological innovation of teachers based on the adoption of the open education model focused on Open Educational Resources. A study of the elements that make up this ecosystem is made and a methodology and a research driven by models of technological innovation is proposed, refered to important concepts of the ecosystem of Open Educational Resources, innovation and technology adoption models.

Today, information communication technologies (ICT) affect every aspect of human life. They play prominent roles in offices, education and entertainment. Disaster Management also accepts ICTs as catalysts in the search for change and innovation. Changes in working conditions, using and sharing knowledge, analysis of teaching methods, evaluation of learning approaches, scientific research findings; It is possible with access to Information Communication Technologies. In the digitalized age, the importance of interdisciplinary collaborations has increased and Disaster Management decision makers and trainers also benefit from the diversity of ICTs. This study illustrates the areas in which Information Communication Technologies are used in Disaster Management; It presents the technologies used at every stage of the disaster cycle to the reader.

El uso de las Tecnologías para el Aprendizaje y el Conocimiento como elementos auxiliares o complemento
de los laboratorios debe ser una realidad. Dicha introducción debe ser fundamentada y planeada acorde a
las necesidades de los cursos, por lo que en el presente estudio mostramos la experiencia obtenida al
implementar el uso de un simulador de microscopio en el laboratorio de Microbiología Experimental con el
objetivo de mejorar la destreza en el enfoque de los microorganismos mediante el uso eficiente del
microscopio, lo que implica una reducción en el tiempo de enfoque y la obtención de imágenes claras y
nítidas. Los resultados de la opinión de los estudiantes muestran su agrado por el uso del simulador, en
tanto que los docentes observaron una reducción en el tiempo de enfoque y una mejora en la calidad de
las imágenes obtenidas. Se concluye que el uso del simulador favorece las habilidades de los estudiantes
para el empleo del microscopio dentro del laboratorio microbiológico.

El objetivo del trabajo es presentar contenidos de la materia de ética a los alumnos por medio de memes. Debido a la facilidad con la que los alumnos entienden y comunican contenidos a través de este tipo de mensajes ligados a imágenes y referencias culturales se aprovecha este tipo de estrategia para que los alumnos produzcan memes y comuniquen contenidos de la materia a sus compañeros. La estrategia se dirige a alumnos de 5º año de preparatoria de la materia de ética. Se utilizaron diversas herramientas como: Whatsapp para mantener comunicación entre los alumnos y con el profesor y enviar las imágenes; se usó correo electrónico para enviar las imágenes; y diversas aplicaciones para modificar y crear imágenes como Power Point, Photoshop, Meme Generator, Meme Creator, entre otras; además se usaron teléfonos inteligentes (Smartphones) y computadoras portátiles con conexión a Internet para modificar las imágenes. El aporte principal del trabajo es aplicar estrategias del modelo de formación de conceptos a partir del entrenamiento entre pares según Joyce, Weil & Calhoun (2002) y la propuesta de Montes (2007) de "aprender con la tecnología" que propone un papel activo de los alumnos en el proceso de aprendizaje a partir de crear contenidos.

Resumen Los protocolos de contingencia para la enfermedad por Coronavirus (COVID-19) han forzado a la educación a cambiar la modalidad de cursado de presencial a virtual y a incorporar el uso de herramientas digitales para la enseñanza. En este marco, las prácticas docentes se ven afacetadas al tener que modificar concepciones implícitas para adaptarse a este nuevo contexto. El cambio conceptual en los educadores a partir de la influencia de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación es definitivamente un tema que genera gran interés en la actualidad. A pesar de ello, son escasas las investigaciones enfocadas a esta problemática contemporánea. A continuación, se realizará una síntesis sobre el estado actual de la cuestión y su aplicación al ámbito educativo. Palabras clave: educación, docentes, cambio conceptual, TIC, Covid-19. Abstract Contingency protocols for Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have forced education to change the course modality from face-to-face to virtual and to incorporate the use of digital tools for teaching. In this framework, teaching practices are affected by having to modify implicit conceptions to adapt to this new context. The conceptual change in educators from the influence of information and communication technologies is definitely a topic that generates great interest today. Despite this, there is little research focused on this contemporary problem. Next, a synthesis will be made about the current state of this topic and its application to the educational field.

Η παρούσα εργασία προτείνει μια σειρά από ασκήσεις στον υπολογιστή για τη γλωσσική εξάσκηση μαθητών με τη χρήση υπολογιστή. Οι προτάσεις βασίζονται στα λογισμικά ανοικτού τύπου ‘Hot Potatoes’ και ‘Power Point’. Περιλαμβάνουν σταυρόλεξα, ασκήσεις πολλαπλής επιλογής, ανακατεμένης πρότασης, αντιστοίχησης, κείμενα με κενά, δυναμικές παρουσιάσεις και μπορούν εύκολα να αναπτυχθούν από τον εκπαιδευτικό. Ως παράδειγμα εφαρμογής παρουσιάζονται η πέμπτη και έβδομη ενότητα του προβλεπόμενου εγχειριδίου για το γυμνάσιο ‘Deutsch- ein Hit!’, ενώ βασίζονται στις γενικές διδακτικές αρχές για την εκμάθηση της δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας που προβλέπονται από το ΔΕΠΠΣ. Για τις δύο ενότητες του ‘Deutsch- ein Hit!’ δημιουργήθηκαν ασκήσεις με το ‘Hot Potatoes’ σχετικές με τη γραμματική και το λεξιλόγιο. Στόχος ήταν οι προτεινόμενες ασκήσεις να ενσωματωθούν ή ακόμη και να αντικαταστήσουν ασκήσεις του βιβλίου.
Το λογισμικό ‘Power Point’ προτείνεται για τη διδασκαλία ενός τραγουδιού της πέμπτης ενότητας του εγχειριδίου ‘Luftballons’ που διδάσκεται στο δημοτικό. Στην ενότητα αυτή οι μαθητές μαθαίνουν τις χώρες της Ευρώπης και τις γλώσσες που ομιλούνται σε αυτές. Χάρη στις δραστηριότητες που προτείνονται παρέχονται ευκαιρίες για διαθεματική προσέγγιση στη γνώση και ανάπτυξη επικοινωνιακών και μεταγλωσσικών δεξιοτήτων και τη διαμόρφωση πολυπολιτισμικής συνείδησης όπως προτείνεται από το ΔΕΠΠΣ.

Uruguay is quickly emerging as one of the most innovative countries in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT) by delivering thousands of lessons weekly in public schools via interactive videoconference in a project called Ceibal en Inglés. This article provides a comprehensive look at the history of ELT practices in Uruguay that both necessitated this bold approach and provided the infrastructure to implement it nationally. Special focus is paid to the public school system with historical changes in ELT and teacher preparation. This overview article discusses the many challenges faced in 'democratizing' English language instruction in Uruguay and the new practices, policies, and proposals that support this new national objective.

Information Technology in Industry (ITII) is an open access electronic journal, established by a group of academic members at La Trobe University, Australia for the purpose of publishing and sharing knowledge and research results in all areas of information technology in industry.

L’enseignement/apprentissage du FLE a été influencé par les TIC au cours des dernières années et nous constatons que les évolutions récentes sont difficilement observées en Irak, où les pratiques pédagogiques, en particulier avec les TIC, sont marquées par des contraintes spécifiques. Les équipements informatiques réduits et les pratiques intégrant le multimédia peu développées ne suscitent pas de pratiques innovantes telles que celles qui sont constatées au niveau mondial. Par ailleurs, le système éducatif et les méthodes utilisées en Irak pourraient aussi bénéficier de réformes permettant de faire évoluer les pratiques. Ainsi, cette recherche s’intéresse au changement de pratiques dans l’enseignement/apprentissage du FLE et à l’intégration des TIC comme un moteur pour celui-ci. Une recherche-action a été effectuée au sein de l’université de Mossoul afin de mesurer les pratiques et les représentations auprès de différentes catégories d’usagers. Des entretiens et des questionnaires ont ainsi permis de recueillir un certain nombre de données qui ont été analysées et vérifiées statistiquement. Ce travail a pour vocation de mettre l'accent sur l'utilité d'un dispositif innovant dans l’enseignement/apprentissage du FLE. Pour être en phase avec ce développement, et assurer, dans le contexte irakien, le recours aux plateformes envisagées, le dispositif se doit d'appréhender « le processus d'appropriation sociale » et tenir compte de trois niveaux d'intervention, macro, méso et micro, pour initier le changement. Grâce aux résultats obtenus au cours de la phase d’expérimentation, l’intégration de pratiques innovantes par le biais des TIC pourra sans doute devenir opérationnelle.

The emergent educational paradigm demands the use of suitable environments enabling new learning concepts, resources and diversified experiences based on the use of communication technologies which stimulate the capacity of thinking, expressing ideas, solving problems and taking decisions.
The proliferation of computers connected to the internet, in schools and at home, increases the potential of involving students in collaborative activities through the web. In the same way as the telephone, television, radio and newspapers nowadays do, also virtual communities and shared artificial environments will soon become a part of our reality. Distance learning experiences will be faced by students as a common possibility, even when the same contents are available for teaching in
the classroom. Thus the act of teaching will have in a near future similar attributes as distance learning.
The focus of this work was based on the development of a web based learning system called Oficina de Design, witch is also a multimedia application, whose aim was bringing a new perspective into Portuguese Visual Arts education context. This application focused on the design issues and takes advantage of the internet versatility concerning different media and the ability of developing contents
made available through a nice and flexible context.
The user's access to contents is an essential issue for the success of a learning platform such as the Oficina de Design. The knowledge technical level required to use an online activity should be
reduced to a minimum. Hence there should be no technological barrier for using and sharing contents.
In the Oficina de Design management of contents and activities was made possible through the development of client/server architecture so that teachers and administrators can easily update and create new contents.
The most imports factors considered in the architecture development of the system were the independence of platform and the use of open source software. The application implemented is supported by well known open source components such as the Apache web server and the MySQL relational database system.

This book presents a set of low cost physics experiments, which making use of the new
technologies available (data collection and analysis systems by
computers, Internet, video, commercial electronics, smartphenes, etc.), highlight
the methodological aspects of physics and science in general. The
projects are aimed at university students of science and
engineering, although some may be used in high schools.
The experiments aim to enable students to
answer the questions: how do we know this? Why do we believe
in that? These questions illustrate the nature of thought
scientific. This book is complemented by the site
www.fisicarecreativa.com, where experimental works carried out by
students from different universities, who implemented many of
these projects, are reported.

Cette étude contribue à la capitalisation des connaissances concernant les utilisations pédagogiques efficaces des technologies de l’information et de la communication pour le développement de l’éducation de base. Elle cherche principalement à apporter des éléments de réponse à la question suivante : quelles approches stratégiques et opérationnelles d’intervention graduelle, visant l’intégration des NTIC dans les apprentissages, la formation des enseignants et l’alphabétisation numérique des élèves, semblent les plus efficaces, réalisables et finançables dans le contexte des pays en développement et notamment dans les pays les moins avancés (PMA) africains francophones.

Desde diversos contextos educativos, los autores respectivos de cada capítulo dan a conocer las posibilidades que ofrecen las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación [TIC] con respecto al diseño y desarrollo de nuevos escenarios de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Cabe considerar que las TIC deben asentarse en fundamentos pedagógicos cuando se trate de perfilar las características de dichos escenarios educativos. Así, se podrán mostrar reflexiones, innovaciones e investigaciones que añadan nuevos significados al conocimiento. En este sentido, las aportaciones de este libro se estructuran en cuatro grandes bloques temáticos: Innovación Educativa, Investigación Científica en Tecnología Educativa, Políticas Educativas y de Investigación, y Escenarios de aprendizaje basados en TIC. La Educación es una de las piedras angulares de la sociedad. En este sentido, las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación [TIC] aportan, junto con otras posibilidades y conocimientos, el caudal de una hercúlea musculatura informática, con capacidades potentísimas y casi inagotables de procesamiento, relación, acceso, conectividad, transferencia, comunicación y gestión en el ámbito educativo. Asimismo, las TIC deben asentarse pedagógicamente en el diseño y desarrollo de escenarios de aprendizaje. Este libro contiene diversos planteamientos para poder responder a las necesidades que generan tales escenarios. Se trata de propuestas y respuestas que se estructuran en cuatro grandes bloques temáticos: Innovación Educativa, Investigación Científica en Tecnología Educativa, Políticas Educativas y de Investigación, y Escenarios de aprendizaje basados en TIC. Estos cuatro grandes bloques son cuatro pilares sobre los que fundamentar el aporte de investigación, desarrollo e innovación que este libro contiene a fin de proponer referencias seguras para responder a los retos a los que debe enfrentarse la Tecnología Educativa del siglo XXI.

This master thesis research addresses knowledge sharing for international development cooperation from a double perspective of knowledge management and social network analysis through the case of peer-to-peer (P2P) networks. From the knowledge management perspective, it provides the theoretical – but application-oriented - foundations of the characteristics of social processes at stake when knowledge is aimed to be shared, notably by distinguishing it from sharing of data or information. These insights will be complemented by a short review of the specific challenges and circumstances for an application in the framework of international development cooperation. The research will assess the performance of P2P networks by using measures from the social network analysis literature to understand their specific structure and the nature of the ties between their members. Some insights from psychology and media theory may be monopolized in order to get a deep understanding of the nature of interactions in P2P networks. It will challenge views expressing that the simple use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) is sufficient for enabling knowledge exchange by demonstrating that the architecture and rules of networks matter most, and finally shape the outcomes and the value created by knowledge sharing networks. Nonetheless, by hypothesizing that horizontal and distributed forms of coordination are made possible through ICTs, even at large scale and high degrees of complexity, this research will argue that under certain circumstances, better results can be achieved by P2P networks than by formal organisations aimed to transfer knowledge, notably if one takes into account several “beneficial side effects”.

The master thesis will attempt to establish a systemic evaluation of P2P networks’ performance, which will be submitted to various members and experts of such networks through in-depth interviews. These empirical insights will provide an understanding of the context in which the potential of P2P is best used. Rather than focusing on the study of a specific case, this research will finally propose a general mapping of application modalities and settings in international development cooperation where P2P could represent an adapted answer. It will conclude on the complementarity of different types of networks for a genuine knowledge sharing strategy.

La sociedad actual caracterizada por fenómenos como la globalización, el entorno multipantalla o los continuos progresos científicos y tecnológicos está provocando modificaciones constantes a nivel económico, social, académico y cultural. Estos cambios configuran nuevos escenarios y retos pedagógicos a los que la escuela debe adaptarse. Desde las instituciones educativas surge la necesidad de promover la alfabetización mediática de los ciudadanos, especialmente de los niños y jóvenes. Este trabajo recoge los resultados obtenidos en una investigación realizada en un colegio de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, con el fin de analizar el uso que hacen de los dispositivos tecnológicos los niños de Educación Primaria. Asimismo, se pretende profundizar sobre la inclusión de las TIC en las aulas y conocer las percepciones de los diferentes agentes de la comunidad educativa (docente, familias y estudiantes). Los resultados muestran que el alumnado es capaz de realizar diversas tareas a través de las TIC y que los diferentes agentes educativos valoran positivamente los proyectos que se desarrollan en el centro. Se concluye el trabajo destacando la posibilidad de complementar estas experiencias con prácticas que fomenten la competencia mediática y no únicamente la digital, con el fin de formar ciudadanos responsables y críticos ante los medios.
Modern society characterized by phenomena such as globalization, multi-screen world or continuous scientific and technological progress, is causing constant economic, social, academic and cultural changes. These changes define new pedagogical scenarios and challenges and school must adapt to them. From the educational institutions emerges the need to promote media literacy of citizens, especially children and young people. This paper discusses the results obtained in a research carried out in a school in Cantabria, in order to analyze the use of technological devices by Primary Education children. Furthermore, it also explores the use of ICT in classrooms and the perceptions of different agents of the educational community (teacher, families and students). Results show that students can do various tasks through ICT and that the different educational agents consider the projects that are developed in this school as positive experiences. The paper concludes highlighting the possibility to complementing these experiences with practices that promote media skills, not just digital, in order to form responsible and critical citizens with media.

The object of this research is to present a theoretical and empirical study on the uses and the appropriations of the ITC. The research carried out in this field is characterized by a large variety. Seven fields of investigation were counted :
- approach on the knowledge apprehending the currents on the informational societies and the acquisition of the knowledge ;
- approach of the canonical model "transmitting - receiver" or "offers - request" resulting from the vision economist from the uses and users ; 
- approach of the sociologists supporting the comprehension of the uses (dimensions social and cultural) and guided by two principal types of rationalities:  that of “sociotechnic” coherence and that of the performance “technosocial” ; 
- approach of the training in acquired skills or automatisms classifying the uses through the computer and the relationship between instruments, training and mediation; 
- directed approach "user" being based on the structure of the service and its various components; 
- approach of the societies processes and the ways of life analyzing the policy of the authorities and their interventions on the organization of spaces; 
- approach of fidelity customers being based on the concepts of perceived qualities and qualities offered.

These various approaches of the study of the uses are presented in the form of syntheses.

Business technology is incessantly changing names and varying roles. In the 1970s, business technology was known as DATA PROCESSING (DP). Data are raw, unanalyzed, and summarized facts and figures. Information is the processed and summarized data that can be used for managerial decision making. Its role was to support existing business through improving the flow of financial information. It was primarily used to improve the flow of financial information.

In the 1980s, business technology became known as INFORMATION SYSTEMS (IS). Its role was changed from supporting business to doing business (for example, ATMs and voice mail). As business used technology more, it became more dependent on it. Positively Information Technology has drastic changes in business and management, such as business and their strategies. Now the author has represented brief overview of the role of Information technology in commerce and management, So this research paper totally based on primary and secondary data.

Primary data will be collected by Questionnaire from several respondents from various resources. This paper also tries to explore several, Role of Information Technology in Commerce and Management.

Los museos han experimentado una importante transformación en las últimas décadas,
impulsada por su presencia en las redes sociales, lo que ha transformado su discurso
hacia procesos comunicativos más abiertos y dinámicos. Como consecuencia de la
pandemia, los museos han incrementado su presencia en la red ofreciendo contenidos
online en sus páginas web, de acceso gratuito y de pago, pero también en las ya tradicionales
redes sociales como Facebook y Twitter, y en las de reciente aparición, como
Tiktok. Esto les ha permitido crear y dinamizar sus contenidos para hacerlos más atractivos
y aproximar el arte y la cultura a las nuevas generaciones.
Nos proponemos analizar la presencia de los museos en la última red social, Tiktok, en
pleno auge en el momento de realizar este estudio, definir el estado de la cuestión y
analizar un caso concreto: la cuenta del Museo Nacional del Prado. Nos encontramos
ante un diseño de caso único de carácter exploratorio. Desarrollamos análisis de corte
estadístico y descriptivo para conocer las claves comunicativas y el entramado de interacciones
en la red social. Nos apoyamos en la metodología de Análisis de Redes
Sociales (ARS) (Brand y Gómez, 2006), que se define como cartografía para medir
relaciones y flujos en las relaciones y sus métricas, profundizando en el conocimiento
de los fenómenos sociales.
La revisión teórica y los análisis realizados, así como el estudio de un caso, nos permiten
comprender las claves de éxito en la red, definir nuevos modelos de museo que se
apoyan en una reformulación de sus funciones y en el uso de nuevos lenguajes, además
de la proyección de sus contenidos con alcance global en poco tiempo. Detectamos,
para finalizar, los indicadores de éxito que determinan las líneas de continuidad.

Este es un libro que hicimos en conjunto con Computadores para Educar cuando trabajaba en Coreducar. Presenta diversas formas de aplicación de las tecnologías de información y comunicación en las actividades del Sistema de Aprendizaje Tutorial SAT. Se trata tanto la introducción de reflexiones sobre tecnología, como el uso de sistemas computacionales en las diversas áreas del conocimiento.

Information technology (IT) professionals, such as software developers, require more than technical skills, e.g. software design and programming, to excel at their profession. Software developers work in diverse and cross-functional teams; they must, for example, elicit appropriate business requirements; design and develop suitable software artefacts, and provide training to end-users. A delicate balance between technical and non-technical (professional) skills are key to software success (or failure). IT students must thus acquire necessary professional skills, in addition to technical skills, to be wellrounded and productive employees upon entering workplaces. This study reflects on a BSc/BCom IT degree offered at a leading South African university; it aims to determine whether IT students acquired the mandatory non-technical skills that they needed. So, the researcher interviewed recent IT graduates to reflect on the professional skills they felt they lacked, and incorporation thereof into the curriculum. Actions were then taken, based on the responses of the participants, and teaching of professional skills was successfully incorporated into the curriculum.

Este trabajo describe el proceso de diseño y validación de un cuestionario para el análisis de las percepciones de futuros docentes sobre el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en el desarrollo de prácticas inclusivas. Las propiedades psicométricas de la escala se obtuvieron a partir del análisis de validez de contenido (juicio de expertos y prueba piloto a 231 estudiantes de 4º curso del Grado de Educación Infantil y Primaria de la Universidad Católica de Murcia) y de constructo (análisis factorial) y fiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach y dos mitades), obteniendo resultados favorables.
This paper describes the design and validation process of a questionnaire to analyze the perceptions of prospective teachers on the use of Information Technology and Communication in developing inclusive practices. The psychometric properties of the scale were obtained from analysis of content validity (expert judgment and pilot test to 231 Degree students in 4th year Child Education and Primary Education of Catholic University of Murcia) and construct (factorial analysis) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha and two halves) and it has been obtained favorable results.

Scuola e democrazia: le ragioni di una riforma metodologica La scuola, sia intesa come luogo simbolico, e cioè come l'istituzione sociale preposta sì alla riproduzione sociale di una determinata cultura, ma soprattutto volta formare individui consapevoli, proattivi e dotati delle skills per affrontare criticamente e con successo le sfide del tempo (in vista della "crescita", da intendere in senso più ampio possibile, sia personale/individuale sia del gruppo sociale in cui si è inseriti) e cittadini capaci di vivere e implementare i principi di vita democratica, e sia intesa come luogo fisico, come spazio cioè in cui si realizzano concretamente i processi di trasmissione del sapere, è oggetto di un profondo processo di rinnovamento, il quale investe parimenti la sfera della riflessione teorica sulle metodologie pedagogiche e i processi educativi (nonché sulla loro fondazione e statuto) e la sfera degli effettivi interventi normativi di riforma posti in essere dal legislatore, nazionale o comunitario, di volta in volta competente a riguardo. Dal punto di vista fisico la scuola non è più quel luogo neutro/asettico, tagliato fuori dalla dinamica sociale e dal mondo esterno, territorio plasticamente pensato per essere dominato dalla figura dell'insegnante e concepito per somigliare (Nuikkinen, 2005) ai luoghi del lavoro, individuale e standardizzato, e della disciplina "forzata" (il carcere, l'ospedale, la fabbrica ecc. i luoghi, cioè, dove, foucaultianamente, si riproducono le dinamiche sociali di potere). Il PNSD (Piano Nazionale Scuola Digitale) a livello nazionale e i lavori dell'OCSE (il lavoro sull' «Innovative Learning Environments»), della Commissione europea (in particolare i lavori del Joint Research Centre, Institute for Prospective Technological Studies attorno al concetto di «Creative Classroom»), del consorzio dei ministeri dell'Istruzione europei, e dell'European Schoolnet (il progetto «iTEC» e l'iniziativa «Future Classroom Lab») (Borri et al., 2016) hanno promosso linee di riforma volte a superare il classico edificio scolastico verso forme nuove e confacenti alle nuove esigenze degli studenti. Ambienti tecnologicamente forniti, spazi aperti, classi fisicamente dinamiche sono alcuni esempi di quello che vuole essere un ripensamento complessivo. Lo spazio se è stato considerato per secoli, come qualità primaria, come res extensa, una forma della possibile considerazione oggettiva del mondo e, in seguito, una forma a priori del pensiero, ora è visto anche come risultante della concrezione di rapporti economici, sociali, storico-culturali e politici. Il modo con cui è organizzata la società influisce sull'organizzazione e la forma degli spazi fisici, e in una società democratica, tecnologica e globalizzata come la nostra alla sua definizione contribuiscono le caratteristiche peculiari degli individui che usufruiscono dello spazio in questione e che, al contempo, contribuiscono a creare. Gli studenti contemporanei non sono più quelli del tempo in cui le scuole, che in molti casi tutt'ora frequentano, che quotidianamente vivono sono state progettate e realizzate. Essi sono, secondo la felice definizione di Prensky, nativi digitali. La società in cui essi vivono è in maniera profondissima e capillare determinata dalle nuove tecnologie e questo ha reso i ragazzi completamente differenti da quelli del passato e ha mutato radicalmente il loro modo di pensare, di approcciarsi al mondo del sapere e il modo stesso di elaborare conoscenza e informazioni. E come naturale conseguenza di ciò la scuola deve rinnovarsi, sia dal punto di vista fisico, come accennato, sia, o meglio, soprattutto, dal punto di vista didattico e metodologico, nella consapevolezza che quest'ultimo contribuisce, se effettivamente espressione delle esigenze educative degli studenti, a modellare lo spazio esterno. Studenti con nuove esigenze, protagonisti futuri di una società democratica e tecnologica, hanno bisogno di una nuova metodica educativa. A questo proposito nel lavoro seguente mi occuperò di alcuni tratti che ritengo salienti di una di queste nuove metodologie didattiche che puntano a riformare la scuola e renderla più confacente alle nuove esigenze degli alunni e a ciò che le richiede la società contemporanea: la Flipped Classroom. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai karakteristik opinion leader pada kelompok penyandang disabilitas visual yang membentuk sebuah komunitas. Dalam sebuah komunitas, tentu kehadiran seorang yang disebut sebagai pemimpin opini sangat dibutuhkan, khususnya dalam membangun, dan mengembangkan komunitasnya. Opinion leader adalah orang yang memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan dengan anggota lain di dalam sistemnya. Dan terdapat karakteristik atau ciri sehingga membedakan antara opinion leader dengan anggota biasa. Terlebih jika sebuah komunitas disabilitas dihadapkan pada inovasi baru. Mereka yang dianggap sama-sama memiliki impairments, namun memiliki pengetahuan dan kecakapan lebih besar terhadap inovasi akan menempati posisi sentral dalam jaringan. Inovasi yang dilakukan oleh komunitas Kartunet ini adalah inovasi berupa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas. Hal ini menjadi menarik, karena mereka yang memiliki kendala visual bukan berarti tidak cakap atau tidak dapat menguasai TIK. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap dua orang informan yang dipilih secara purposive, yaitu satu anggota komunitas yang telah lama bergabung dan yang kedua adalah ketua komunitas Kartunet yang menjabat setelah dilakukan reorganisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa opinion leader ternyata mampu menduduki level pimpinan, dan menjadi innovators sekaligus di dalam komunitas. Sebagai sebuah kelompok penyandang disabilitas yang terbuka, inovasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tidak menjadi hal yang menakutkan bagi mereka. Mereka cenderung lebih mudah untuk menerima inovasi dan mau mengadopsi, namun masih dalam kacamata sang opinion leader. Tingkat kepercayaan para penyandang disabilitas tersebut sangat tinggi kepada opinion leader nya.
