En el proyecto de investigación denominado RutaTIC, se creó una ruta de apropiación de nuevas tecnologías para cualificar la práctica docente en educación superior para la modalidad virtual. En el proyecto se dictan tres diplomados, dos en 2019 y uno que se encuentra activo actualmente. Cada diplomado está enfocado en una de las áreas del conocimiento: ingeniería, salud y educación. Con el fin de dinamizar los contenidos de la ruta y motivar la realización de las actividades, se integraron de manera consciente varios elementos de juego. Para profundizar en este campo, se aclaran conceptos importantes, tales como «elementos de juego», «juego serio» y «gamificación» o «ludificación»; luego, se presentan los niveles de integración de elementos de juego que fueron aplicados a la ruta y las razones para incluirlos, así como algunos resultados obtenidos. En este trabajo se describe cómo el modelo neoliberal limita las acciones indi-viduales de los sujetos y contribuye en cierta medida a la transformación de los investigadores en emprendedores. Esto supone un conflicto en tanto los investiga-dores deben utilizar una lógica emprendedora para poder desarrollar sus propios productos creativos en el ecosistema académico. De forma teórica, se aborda la reconfiguración de las universidades en el contexto latinoamericano como resul-tado de la lógica neoliberal, para después abordar casos de investigadores en el campo del arte los cuales deben tomar el camino del emprendimiento como forma de estructuración individual, social y económica. Finalmente, se propone un modelo de autogestión como respuesta a la condición antes enunciada.

Este trabajo forma parte de una labor de investigación sobre el lugar de la mujer en el sistema español del arte que hemos desarrollado durante la última década en diferentes ámbitos, y que ha dado como resultado varias publicaciones a las que haremos mención en el presente capítulo. Dicha investigación se inició en 2016, durante la gestación de lo que sería el primer estudio a fondo sobre la actividad económica de los y las artistas en España cuya segmentación de los datos aportados por las artistas españolas resultó fundamental para conocer su situación, y supuso un punto de inflexión en la investigación sobre las mujeres en el ámbito laboral de la cultura en nuestro país. En los últimos años, a menudo nos hemos dedicado a profundizar en estudios comprometidos con la conciencia de género, tanto respecto de la desigualdad evidente en nuestro sistema del arte como poniendo el foco en las mujeres relevantes en la historia del mercado español, y somos testigos de los cambios que ya pueden detectarse en museos, galerías, ferias de arte, colecciones públicas y privadas. Por ello, consideramos que un análisis de la evolución percibida en estos años nos permitirá contextualizar sus causas y efectos y aventurar el futuro más próximo.

That is why this paper delves into the actions of the lifestyle through an analysis of the performances and practices of owners and workers in children’s party venues, and in fitness gyms. The paper’s introduction offers a spatial-temporal contextualisation of the political and economic scenario in which the services covered by our case studies were supplied. Los papers son una de las principales exigencias que tienen los docentes e investigadores para demostrar su productividad en las instituciones donde laboran o investigan y, además, uno de los recursos más sustanciales que tienen las instituciones para lograr financiamiento y prestigio. Sin embargo, en la cultura del “publica o perece”, los papers se convierten en un sistema de símbolos que se institucionalizan y ordenan socialmente en tanto que, permiten conocer y comunicar el conocimiento y la capacidad creativa de una forma específica. En decir, el poder simbólico que ostentan produce que no solamente impongan un dominio del lenguaje y de la construcción y trasmisión del conocimiento, sino de una imposición en la producción de discursos. En este sentido, el presente artículo contará con tres momentos. En primera instancia, pretende reflexionar sobre la manera en que los papers pueden ser entendido dentro de una cultura del “publica o perece”. En un segundo momento, se pretende establecer de qué manera los papers se convierten en una forma de poder simbólico sobre el conocimiento y la creatividad. Y finalmente, se espera ilustrar cómo la cienciometría se ha vuelto el instrumento para legitimar la cultura del “publica o perece”.
